    Do not go to this place to get Tmobile Tuesday merch. They will take their time and ask for an ID. I never got asked for an ID to get anything from Tmobile. All the customers in front of me did not provide an id. BS! CS was horrible here. They only had two people working. Also, we had our phone, and the code was never used.

    A representative named Victor treated me very aggregiously and rudely. I asked if he could help regarding my new galaxy 5 watch. He asked if I had a receipt I told him I did not as I bought it through customer service. He told me I should call customer service. I asked if he could on my behalf. . He refused to help me. I asked if I was at a franchise store or a company store he replied it was a franchise. I said oh, I see why you cannot help me. On the way to the door he told me to go f..k myself. I immediately turned around and said what did you say to me??!! He was silent. I asked him his name and his manager's name and he refused!! The staff there in closing was extremely unprofessional and used foul language to a paying good customer without any merit. This is a very bad reflection on T- Mobile and its stores and shareholders. In the real world the customer is treated with respect. No exceptions! Victor obviously has no respect for himself, so how could I expect hem to respect any T Mobile clientel.

    I just went in today to switch out phones and Michelle was amazing. She guided me through the process and was a joy. I'm not tech savvy and she was patient and very knowledgeable. I appreciate excellent customer service like this. Thank you Michelle

Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. I love seeing those smiles, especially because that is not very common nowadays. Thanks again for such a great experience!

The whole process takes a long time to transfer information phone to phone, so bring a book or something to keep you from staring at the walls and listening to other people's conversations. Britney was very attentive, Knowledgeable and helpful. This location seems to get very busy but they had 6 customer service reps working the whole time I was there, which was about an hour. I would come back when in need!

The background with the experience at Reseda Wireless is that another U-Haul location in Northridge gave away the moving dolly that was a part of my moving truck reservation. This happened the night before I had a 9am move-time coordinated with 4 other people. So the initial error was due to another location, hence the 2 stars instead of just 1 star. But there were issues with the truck rented by Reseda Wireless as it was out of alignment and had no windshield fluid. I had to deal with this for over 500 miles. And despite it being marked as half-full of gas, it was completely empty when I picked it up which created problems when returning the truck at the receiving location. I was directed to this location which is not open on Saturdays... I tried to avoid that incase there were any issues. When I finally got in the truck and opened the back, there was no dolly to be found and no employees that could help. So I was forced to go to a Home Depot in Van Nuys on a Saturday morning, where at least a dozen workers in the parking lot tried to solicit work from me entering/exiting the store. My girlfriend was visibly uncomfortable due to the attention there. I ended up spending $175.18 on a dolly because they were picked over. This entire ordeal made me over an hour late to meet the rest of the group, negatively impacting our move schedule. I actually made 3 attempts with U-Haul to try to find some kind of resolution before any online action was taken. In the end, U-Haul's representatives didn't think my time and trouble were worth anything more than $50. I would have gladly paid $50 to avoid putting my girlfriend in that situation, having to spend $175 on a dolly, making us late and forcing 4 other people to wait on us.

    UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: ​The owner's response is…read morefactually inconsistent with the service I was provided. Before I agreed to the $450 repair, the technician explicitly stated they needed to open the device first to verify the main boards were functional. They specifically told me they didn't want to charge me for a screen if the phone wouldn't work. Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. ​To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. ​By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. I am seeking a full resolution for the damage caused to my device. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS ​After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. While the owner was correct that the phone was blocked, their "professional diagnostic" was a blatant attempt to scam me. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. ​Think about that: they were prepared to take a $1,300 Galaxy S24 Ultra with a brand-new screen and perfectly healthy internal hardware by lying about the "main board" being broken. They were clearly hoping I'd hand over the device so they could flip it or use the pristine parts, knowing full well the board was fine. ​Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap.
