The sales rep needs to explain better in more detail about our final charges of your monthly bill before running your credit check. Make sure that the plan you want and services he requested are acceptable and fair and not bring up any special or hidden charges until after they run a hard inquiry credit check done making you want to regret the entire visit. read more

I wanted to transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile. Associate told me I would receive new phone for free and pay off phone. Went to sign up after Christmas and was confronted with new charges and completely new contract. They should be up front and tell you the truth instead of lying to get the sale. They run your credit first before telling you about new charges. Don't advise you change to them unless you want to be giving false illusions. read more

Love this store, I deal with only this T-mobile store. I had to turn in my Note 7 phone. Was upset that their was a re-call. Katrina, Andrew, was so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Great customer service. They help with adding my contacts and showing me and explaining how to do this. I love this store. I had no problems, great bunch of people to deal with. As matter of fact even dealing with T-Mobile on the phone was excellent. Their customer service is awesome this is why I drop Verizon and made the switch to T-mobile. LOVE THEM!!!!! read more

Came to the store and was amazed at the level of customer service! I arrived and quickly was greeted and assisted. The sales person saw that I was in cruches and quickly asked me if I needed a chair or a stool, before I new it the sales person answered all my questions, helped set up my wife's phone and got us out within minutes. I felt as if the sales person was here to help me and not try to pressure me into a new phone. I've been to several t mobile stores and I always feel rushed and as if I ask to many questions, especially if u don't buy a phone. But not here not at this store the employes were friendly and very attentive I will definetely return. read more

Came to the shop today to switch from sprint. Was promptly greeted by the staff and was made felt very welcomed. There was a bit of a line but they worked very quickly to get me the front and helped. I came in looking for a blackberry but was informed they do not carry them, only Verizon as of 4 months, altho online TMobile does carry them. They showed me other phones and explained them well as to what would suit me. I settled on a Sony Xperia Z1s, which I am in like with, not love. (maybe sometime down the line, it's just too soon.) So far so good. My sales person explained my phone and my contract in detail and didn't miss a beat, asked for my input and if I.had any questions at all. Explained how I could exchange the phone if any problems, and I appreciated that. He thanked me for choosing TMobile and I was a happy customer. Ended up spending a lot less than I originally thought ! Good vibes. 4 out of 5 because they didn't do anything outstanding but did provide good customer service. read more

These people are so nice everytime I call, walk in, or drive past they make my day so much better. Im a college student and I am on my own paying my own bills. I just recently got set up with tmobile about 6 months ago and when I was having a hard time tmobile staff understood and gave me 10 more days to pay they listened and they really sound like they care about me. They welcome me to the tmobile family everytime I call to pay a bill they make me smile when I walk in because they greet me instantly and the environment makes me feel so comfortable because everyone is just happy to be at work. I wish every company had tmobile staff because the world would be so much better with these great people working not just in riverside but in LA, las vegas, arizona everywhere in the westcoast and im sure all over the united states. I really grew to love this place and now its my dream job and I wanna stay with tmobile for the rest of my life. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! They only had three employees working with a full store. The lady kept telling us that she would be helping us shortly but that wasn't true at all. When we finally did get help, Miguel, the employee helping us, was being very rude to me and my brother. We asked if we could transfer mine and my boyfriends line to my brothers family plan and he said the only way we could do that was if I paid my iPhone 5s in full!! I asked if I could still make my payments and he said no! I told him that I had asked previously if I could make my payments and they said sure but that I would have to change my phone number. I was ok with that. When I told Miguel he said that he doesn't know why someone would tell us that and that it wasn't true! He didn't even try to help us out. He just looked at us as if we were stupid. He didn't even say anything until I told him that I would have to think about it. As I was leaving he still had the nerve to give us his card!!! Are you serious?! You didn't even want to help is out! Why would we come back to you?! Anyways he was not helpful in any way! I will not be coming back to this location EVER!!! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere where they actually value their customers!! read more

I went in for the BOGO in November 2017 for the Iphone. Unfortunately Genesis was the sales rep who helped me. It was very clear that Genesis was recently hired and didn't know what she was doing. She managed to get us the wrong phones not once, but twice! After that, she told us we could get an accessory called the Sync Up Drive for FREE. We later found out that she had charged us for it. She also kept insisting that we activate it. I had to tell her at least 3 times that I did not want to activate it, yet she still went behind my back and activated the device. I noticed the first bill that she charged all of those things and I attempted to get reimbursed for it at their store, where another rep told me that only Genesis and the manager could do the transaction but that they would reimburse me. I finally went back today and as soon as Genesis saw that I was there, she basically hid! Their manager, Ricky, wasn't helpful either. He told me he could do nothing for me and that everything I was saying was a lie. It's clear they ALL cover up each other's lies. AVOID THIS STORE. THERES PLENTY OF OTHER T MOBILE STORES NEARBY AND I WISH I COULD'VE GONE TO A DIFFERENT STORE AS WELL. read more

My experience in this specific t-mobile store was excellent thank to Erica. She let me know all current deal, benefits that I could get as a t-mobile customer. There was one benefit that I could have had it but no other t-mobile sale associates at different stores had told me before. Then she called t-mobile to help me set up an account. My Iphone 6plus got stolen and until December comes when I can get a Seven free or if i go through my insurance and pay the fee, they supplied me with my sim card to put in a temporary Iphone that I had. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with T-mobile and I have only had about 2 good experiences out of the 4 years I have been with T-mobile in general, and this store was definitely not one of them. A few months ago I came and I was sent in circles and lied to while trying to replace my phone (sound was coming out garbled), but they were giving me so many issues with that that I decided to just upgrade, seeing as though I had Jump and had been eligible for many months. They gave me even more issues with that, saying they could not upgrade me because there was a scratch on my phone screen that could be considered a crack and if they take the phone and decide it is a crack they would have to charge me for the whole phone (as if it were new) despite having only a remaining balance of a little over $100. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone, who told me that what I was told was untrue and they should not have told me that and suggested I go to a different store nearby. I went to another location and they upgraded my phone with no issues or hesitations and said nothing that the first store had said to me. So I suggest if you need to go to a T-mobile store, save yourself the headache and do not come to this one! read more
