Recently got my phone exchanged at this location. Their staff is very unprofessional and need some customer service etiquette training. There shouldn't be so much personal chit-chat going on when you are helping a customer. This is not in regards to the specific T-Mobile store but more in general. You should know there is a very difficult password system for security. However someone was just able to change the phone number in my account when I called to find out the problem they informed me they can't even tell me who's on my account! Trying to get a hold of a customer service representative is very difficult they have revamped their system to have groups connected to certain customers the problem is if your group is busy you have to wait instead of getting another representative. I would pick an easier company with better coverage. I've never had any problems with your stores or Representatives it's more of a company issue. Your representatives have always been super helpful. It's just so frustrating to make a quick inquiry can take up to 10 to 15 minutes. read more

On Nov 9th needed a new phone after checking in at the Apple store on my iPhone went to T-Mobile. Everything they did and said after we purchased are new phone and turned in are old phones was a lie to convince us on the sale and sign the contract. The seem friendly but it's a act. Spent 5 hours in total that weekend in the store as they tried to set up the contract and back up our phones then when I got home found out my phone wasn't even activated, had to call in. Then, when I got my bill we were overcharged, not the price I was told in the store and a new number on my account, they never closed out my daughters plan when she was added to my account with her number. And she was charged for her number. Now, we are suppose to pay for 3 lines instead on the two we actually have, so I call in and spend another two hours on the phone. He (Matthew) talks to my daughter tells her she will get a refund in two days (doesn't happen). Now, Dec 12, I check my bill, I have a $13 dollar credit, and I get a phone call for Matthew and he states they have corrected the phone lines and my bill will reflect the adjustment, I guess he means the $13. So ask about my daughter $90 he checks the plan and tells me she has to call back in on the 29th to request a refund since the line hasn't been cancelled for 30 days. I remind him of the whole store experience and our previous phone call and the it was indeed 30 days and explained $90 for a young adult is a significant amount of money to hold from her for almost two months. He states the charge was valid and theirs nothing more I can do. Not sure how the charge was valid which I stated to no avail. Horrible store and horrible customer service with dishonest and inexperienced employees. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I honestly will never come to this location. A few months ago I purchased a brand new phone, phone case and screen protector. They told me that I will have warranty on the screen protector and that all I need to do is bring the box for proof of purchase and Tmobile will replace it for me! I thought wow that's awesome let me over pay for this screen protector. Today I took it to a different location to get it replaced thinking what they told me at this location was true and guess what warranty is only through the distributor. I'm all about Customer service but don't lie to customers to make a sale. read more

Worst service ever! Never stepping a foot here. Came in so they could print me a shipping label to send back my preordered phone and both employees sent me to the library. Would give 0 star if possible. Went here to add a Line. 04.29.15 Everything was ok. Sales person who helped me was "Nice". So Curtis was nice enough to help me right away. added my 4th line with no problem. asked me what color of case do i want for the new phone. I asked him how much is it. then he answered " oh its included on the price of the phone" great?? right.. So i said.. ok,cool. so he installed everything. Left store as a happy Tmobile customer. I usually check my online account as soon as i make changes on them. but that time t mobile website was down for at least 2 days. so 2 days later i checked my account and. voilaaaaaaa!!! The case and the screen protector? $30 each. The reason why it didn't showed on my upfront bill? It's because it was on my EIP. Called corporate to file a complain. went back to store and returned the case and the protector. I don't wanna waste my time making this review longer. To make it short. "Im super pissed" Go find a corporate store. avoid this place with their "sweet deals" If you noticed when you open a line. Retailers charge $15 for sim but it's only $10 on corporate. The people in the store were great and this review has nothing to do with them, my problem is The company itself. Which you can't review for some reason! I was told they would pay up to $600.00 per phone to have me move my service from Verizon to T-Mobile to save money and I believe them. Which we were moving 2 phone over! They lie, they do everything in order not to pay for your final payment which was $1030.00. I have sent the final bill in 3 times and they keep coming up with lies to why they will not pay it. Then I worked with a person named SarahD and after 3 hours and also sending in my final bill to her multiple times I am told to just go into a T-Mobile store and they might be able to help. So in other words she was just done with me! I am not going to just let this go! It's a scam that is all it is! Do not Trust them! My husband and I recently decided to change our phone carriers. We picked T-Mobile because they have a really good deal on phone plans for service members. We originally went to the T-Mobile on pleasant grove and decided to switch both of our lines over. Our customer service rep Jay, was awesome initially. He went on lunch and we went to get my husbands haircut then came back while he was gone and dealt with another rep (female I believe her name was Victoria?? It started with a V.) anyways, we found out the Jay didn't check if my phone was payed off or not so when the lady went to switch everything over, it said sim card unavailable or something like that. Which basically means they transferred my service from sprint over, then checked that I still had a balance with sprint, even though I told him I was already in a contract with sprint. So long story short, I had to either pay off the balance on my old phone, or get a new phone. I was pretty angry that Jay was didn't check before hand. The lady had told me she was sorry and that she would talk to her manager. She came back and told me that I should just pay off the balance and suspend my phone line until I was ready to un-suspend my account with them (later on I discovered they did NOT suspend my line-I'm assuming they don't get paid commission if they have someone suspend a line on the same day. So beyond frutrating!! My husband and I decided to just get a new phone and turn my old one in. We came to the T-Mobile in the mall and told them everything that had happened with the T-Mobile on Pleasant Grove, and they were extremely pleasant, helpful and we had all around great customer service with them. Before we came into this store, I had just debated ending the contract with T-Mobile given all of these issues, but Julissa and Leisa fixed everything and made us feel much better about being with T-Mobile. They were so sweet and willing to help us. You two are awesome and you both deserve a promotion! Thank you, ladies!! read more

The staff only cared about what they had going on got charged for 25 dollars and the SIM card didn't even work asked to exchange it the crew said they couldn't then went right back to playing there music and only caring about what they had going on. I went in yesterday (October 19, 2019) because the T-Mobile website said they had a purple iPhone 11 in stock. KATIE was the employee who "helped me out" and when she came out from looking for the phone, she went over to another employee (a man/possibly a manager) and they were whispering about something for a while, the man then says, pretty loudly, "Why? Are you trying to keep it for yourself? Then just tell her we're sold out, tell her we only have black, white, and red." Both my sister and I heard and instantly turned our heads towards them. Then she still had the audacity to come back and smile while she told me they "sold out." No, Katie. You are holding on to the last one for someone else or yourself. Which from my understanding, is not allowed. I am extremely disappointed and have never experienced such awful/unprofessional service as a T-Mobile customer. I can't say enough!! This group of people managing and working in this store are above all other!! My original visit was with Bosco and Curtis. Ended up closing down the shop with them. They helped me add a line to my account and take advantage of the promotional deal with the tablet. I was also fortunate to be able to work with Brian and Aman! Love them all! They treated us like family. Talked us through everything. Explained the new phone, helped my 8 yr old with some downloading....and even played with my 2 year old during down time to help keep him quiet! These guys ROCK!! read more

Honestly this store sucks the associate manager Curtis was "nice" but he didn't even ask if i wanted a wireless charger or tablet he just assumed I did. Curtis asked my budget and I told him what it was and he kept trying to add things that I didn't want to my bill, for example he kept trying to add one of their popular tablets he told me it was free but it would be charged on my bill?? I purchased an I phone 5S from this store on November 5, 2013. I went back to cancel and return phone on November 8, 2013 because there was not any cell reception at my house or work. They were nice when I went in there to return the phone and told me they would send me a check for $314.00 in the mail within 3-5 business days. Let me tell you that the date today is 12/10/13 and I still have not received my money. I have been in contact with the manager, district manager, and corporate office and for some reason keep getting "your money will be there by next week." The first excuse to why I didn't receive my check was that the sales guy didn't fax over the confirmation. Then it was because of the holidays. I am sorry but how hard is it to mail out a check? The frustrating part is that I paid $200.00 cash and put the rest on my credit card. I feel that I should have been given my money back the way I paid for it. Also, the manager Melina wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake and implied that it was some how partly my fault. I have been an Android user for many years and since I was planning to leave AT&T I thought I'd get the new iPhone 7 and start fresh with my carrier and phone. I was not looking forward to the transition- however, Anton and the other two gentlemen who helped us were awesome. There was also a lady manager there that was terrific and I'm kicking myself for not remembering her name! They answered all of my questions and concerns and were very helpful and attentive. My Son has been with TMobile for years and was encouraging me to make the jump. I did it! The first day I had trouble downloading and sending pictures, but after restarting my phone, everything kicked in beautifully. I am very happy with my phone, the phone service and the top notch customer service I received at this location. It is my understanding that they have just gone through a huge management change. Give them a chance, these new employees obviously take great pride in their location, their company and in serving their customers well. By the way, my phone bill went down considerably, even with the payment for the new phone, it's well below what I was paying with AT&T. I went here a couple weeks ago to get a new phone. I already knew what I wanted as I had done research beforehand. The girl who helped me out was nice and I got helped right away, but without even asking me the sales rep got me a SD card, phone case, and screen protector to go with my phone. When she took me over to the phone cases, I asked if it came with the phone and she said yes - I assumed free, so I picked one out. She had the screen protector, SD card, and case on my new phone before even ringing me up! By the time I realized that I was going to be charged on my monthly bill for these items it was too late! When I first went in there and told her why I was going for a cheaper phone than the newest model, I explained that I didn't want to pay so much for a phone just because it was new. What made her think I wanted to pay more for all these accessories? I have no clue! My husband and I were pretty upset. We complained to the manager and his response was "That's just how we do it." and went on to explain how they get paid based on the packages they sell. That's all great and dandy for them, but not so much for me who has to pay for the extra stuff. I say, go to another store and be wary of what they offer you. read more

Couple weeks ago I bought 1 new phone note 5 and I was having an issue with my phone so I called tech supports and troubleshooting my new phone the issue I was having was when I make a call they can't hear me. Long story short when I talk to the technician on the 800 number they said it was the hardware issue with the phone so they told me to go to the store to do an exchange and it was noted as well. So I went to store and the assistant manager help me and look at my account. And he said will since u are a day off the 14th day I cannot do anything about it you need to call the customer service back and tell them they are wrong and he couldn't help me at all and being rude.but I told him it was not my fault sine when I made contact with the customer service with in the 14th days and they told me to go to the store for an exchange since I told them I bought the phone new I want a new one back not a refurbished and he told me he don't care it's out of 14th days call who ever u call. So I'm frustrated. So I called customers service back and they said they could exchange it if they want to the assistant manager was being a dick don't know maybe I'm Asian or what.
