I had such a great experience in thos store! I went in with 8 months worth of issues with my service, I was not excited about having to talk to another person about all the problems I had been having just to have them do nothing... I walked in and was greeted by Kyle N. He was polite and very friendly. (Side note)I have recently started my gender transition and was accustomed to being misgendered by people especially in Roseville... to my pleasant surprise Kyle used the correct pronouns talking with and about me. Also instead of using the name on my ID he opted to ask for my name! (Very trans positive behavior!) Kyle spent the time to understand my grievances and issues with Tmobile and my service. Without making false promises about things he set to work and within 45 minutes Kyle was able to address every problem I had. Even when other.customers of his were showing up and waiting he persisted with helping me, instead of pawning me off on someone else. Best experience ever with T-mobile. recently went into this store to buy a new iphone. I was on the fence about ordering it through tmobile in the first place, but after some consideration i decided to go ahead and place an order with their team member Jerald. He was very friendly which i appreciated and it made me trust him and what he was doing. But now i look back and all i can say is what a SHADY experience i had at their store. when i considering buying the phone he ran a quote for me telling me how much would be added onto our bill (because im an active user on a shared account) and that agreed amount is all i thought i would be paying each month for it. Flash forward, here I am receiving my next bill and there was an additional charge of almost $20 a month for a protection plan that i was 1. never explained what im protected from, and 2. added to my phone bill without my consent. NOT ONCE did this jerald talk to me, ask me, or tell me about this protection plan. i would not have accepted this plan even if he was kind enough to ask me because i know when i buy my new iphone i have one year of apple care. so why would i add ANOTHER protection service. just very disappointing to see that tmobile workers are allowed to do this to people in order to try and boost their sales, when we talked to tmobile on the phone to get this charge removed from the bill (we did luckily) they basically told us that there was nothing she could to about it other than take it off our bill and that everything else would have to be handled by this store... so this is me kindly leaving my honest opinion about my visit. very stressful, shady, and annoying. thanks jerald! read more

Fantastic Customer Service from VANESSA! My wife and I went in to purchase two phones and change our plans from Verizon and Metro PCS. T-Mobile has the best rates and best unlimited plans. Unfortunately, we forgot that we had frozen our credit accounts when Equifax had all that data stolen last year. The buy one phone, get one free deal was ending that day so we spent hours at the store trying to unlock the accounts. Vanessa, our rep at the store, was right there with us the whole time calling corporate to try and help out. She even gave us snacks to eat. She was just incredible. I was very frustrated and stressed because my phone stopped working. I was prepared for someone to try to rip me off when I simply wanted a replacement. I figured I'd have to file an insurance claim and pay the deductible. To my surprise, I was greeted by Vanessa S., who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The store was very busy, but she warmly greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She helped me with my phone and was very friendly and understanding. She made me feel like a valued customer, which was a first in all my 18 years of being a loyal T-Mobile customer. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was only there for about ten minutes. Instead of going through insurance, she informed me that my phone was still under warranty and it would be replaced by the next day free of charge! Quick review! I had to go into the store to correct a billing error that's been carrying 3+ month's worth of liability. I hopped in this corporate location and was greeted immediately despite there being many other customers there. A quick wait later, Seth, the manager helped me square the issue away and explained each step he took to combat the billing error that occurred. I was assured that the problem would be removed and corrected within days to which he gave me his contact information to call if for any reason the solution isn't what I intended. This is been the worst experience that I have ever had, I purchase to iPhone sixes the big ones, 3 -64 gig iPad air, and literally was treated with the worst customer service I've ever seen.my recommendation is never do business with the store. Once you buy something they will not help you at all,and even though they sold me the wrong accessories and the product was not working properly after 30 days they will not help you, and make it quite clear that your 30 days is up and now you have to pay full price to fix the problem. Ok, so this is probably going to be more about the corporate side than the local store, but here goes anyway. For starters they are very friendly and willing to help, no problem there. But if you have to order something because they don't have it in the store... maybe like an iPhone 6 64gb for example, they cannot do anything to your order once it is placed. Want to change the address it is shipping to because the order is going to take 8 weeks to ship, not a chance. Want to cancel the order because you won't be at that address, ha yeah right. Ever time the store has to do anything they call the same people you do, so save yourself a wait in line and just call customer care from the comfort of your own home. I mean who has to wait 8 weeks for an iPhone, only those with this service I guess. So the positive spin, they have the best plan pricing in the industry and I have had great service everywhere I have traveled to. People always say "do you get service anywhere?" when I tell them who my carrier is, and I always have to say "of course, but when I am traveling in the Yukon out in BFE I will sometimes lose my signal." Every time I am in a mid sized city or on a recognized highway I have had service. Not to mention they include wi-fi calling, so if you have wi-fi then you can call, no extra cell towers or boosters like some others have to have. read more

This is our favorite T-Mobile store in the area; my family and I always go here after getting a very hard sell in another store in the area. Recently I decided to upgrade my phone over the Internet, and went into the store to see if I could return my old phone there. They weren't able to accept it due to the terms of the deal I chose, but they packaged it for me, printed out the postage free mailing label and put it on the package, and gave it to me all ready to drop off at the post office. They gave me exceptional customer service, and didn't get a penny out of it. Very good store & exceptional customer service. read more

I have the absolute WORST signal in Rocklin. 85% of the time my service is too weak at work to even stream music on Pandora; service IS TOO weak to stream Amazon music or Spotify period. Forget launching social media apps l, can't do that either. Most of the time when my bf and I are in the car, we have to use his phone for GPS because T-Mobile can't load the Maps app. The saddest part: on T-Mobile Tuesdays, I can't even load the app to check for deals when I'm in Rocklin. If I do, it's a miracle, and usually requires me opening/closing the app over and over. Garbage. read more

Shannon is great! I hope she is rewarded for the fantastic service we received from her. We had to go to the store a few times on different days for a relatively complicated matter. Austin kindly helped us on our first visit. We then came back with some required paperwork. Austin was busy, so Shannon took care of us. Shannon patiently explained everything to us and even talked to our friends (who are on at the store) on phone. She got the best deal for us. Next day I found some issues with my service and called Shannon. First she asked me to see her in the store then she said "give me sometime I will call you back" after realizing she won't be in the store for the next 2 days. If I could give this store a zero star I would. This is the most scam artist up selling store I have ever been to. I've been in this area for quite awhile and I have never had any problems like this. Went in to look at a galaxy phone. I was bored with my iPhone. The guy told me I could trade in the iPhone and pay off the remaining balance of 300 to get 800 dollars off a S21+ galaxy.I went for it because it sounded like a great deal! I ended up not liking the phone because it had a ton of problems the 2 weeks I had it. I brought it in 3 days after the 14 day mark. Of course they wouldn't accept it. Whatever. The supervisor came out and he was probably the rudest man I've ever talked to. Entitled and told me I'm stuck with the phone forever. I had just bought an iPhone out right because I hated the phone so much and they didn't even offer to set up my chip in the new phone. I walked out of there literally in tears. I get it a policy is a policy but they didn't even suggest I just pay off the whole phone to get out of the deal. Even worse they didn't give me the 800 dollar off deal even after I traded my PAID OFF PHONE in. I was not going to be paying 8 dollars a month for 2 years like the guy said I was actually still paying 20 something and not getting any 800 off. Mind you I called the 611 the previous night and they told me how sorry they were about the galaxy and that they would issue me a refund. They said it would be no problem to return it and they would waive the 14 day rule. The manger in the store continued to argue and say that the customer service people aren't aware of what we actually do in the store. Don't you think you guys should be on the same page? You are at Apples Mercy currently I will not be able to get an appointment for two-plus weeks to repair a cracked screen. I have spent 2 hours and 50 minutes of my day and still no resolve? Hand to God one of my phone conversations was 1 hour and 9 minutes just to find a serial number?? LIAD TO MY FACE! I have been with T-Mobile for over 6 years and I go in the store to pay my bill with cash. From the start I was lied to about the insurance plan and overcharged multiple fees to my account without knowledge. Currently I was told with my jump plan I could upgrade to any phone in store for free. I found it too good to be true as they are liars so I went to all other Roseville locations and asked the same thing stating I wanted to iPhone 7Plus and the particular color and GB I was told it was free by 4 different employees one of which was a manger I found out later. I went into the store and sat down to get my free iPhone 7 and asked again and was told it was free then the sales associate said "ok that'll be 100 for the down payment" yet he just said it was free.. I asked why he was lying to customers and couldn't answer me so I left in a rage and called the customer service hotline.. I was directed to 4 different representatives all of whom told me the cost and breakdown of the iPhone monthly when I simply asked "why are you lying to me point blank?" I was told the supervisor was on a phone call and couldn't talk to me. I insisted I'd stay on the line as they wouldn't accommodate and answer my question. I was told I'd be called back and it's been weeks now and no phone call. T mobile is a lying deceitful company whose employees are malicious salesman. As a customer of 7 years I DO NOT recommend T-Mobile save yourself the money and time please don't bother with these liars. I came into the store looking for the Samsung Galaxy Note5 phone. I was greeted and my name was put on a list. I was then greeted and helped by a representative named Jerrald. He pulled up my account and reviewed it. Jerrald then gave me a few options to consider for purchasing my phone. He was very thorough and gave me information to make an informed decision. I didn't have time to make the purchase right then and there but I did tell him that I would return later to make the purchase. Things came up and I wasn't able to return until the next business day. Again, he gave me the same information and nothing changed. He even informed me that they carried the 64gb phone in the store. I was pleasantly surprise being that the store in the Galleria Mall told me that the only way I could get the 64gb was by them ordering it and having it shipped or me calling customer service and having them ship it. I bought the phone and because of the great job he did in providing exceptional customer service I brought my wife back to the store later that evening and purchased a second phone. My wife had to return on Friday, the day of the launch for the iphone 6 so Jerrald set her up with an appointment so that she didn't have to wait to pick up two wireless chargers. All the employees in the store was very nice and I highly recommend them for your cellphone service needs. Great Job! read more

My associate, Jay, did a great job and I was in and out of the store fairly quickly for such a big change (probably 30 min). I have a fairly flexible schedule and purposely hit up this store at off times to minimize waits, so I have rarely had to wait more than 3-5 minutes to get help. I switched to Tmobile fr AT&T more than a month ago. It brough me so much trouble just because the agent who helped me did several mistakes. I had 3 trips to the store within 1 wk after getting the service and several phone calls to ff my rebate which I havent received until now. Tmoblie got my AT&T iphone when I signed up with them but the rebate to that phone is not processed after over a month now. I say sometimes paying a little more money is worth it that trying to save a few bucks but get into lot of inconvenience along with it. read more
