Went in to do a upgrade for the new lg4 and made shure chris douglas was there as he had helped me out tremendously in the past.upgrade was smooth and chris had jay p. jump in and finish up as they were super busy. These guys were awesome good music great atmosphere.they were helping people left and right chris even checked up on the upgrade and helped me submit my rebate for free case and charger.. This location is not helpful if you have problems with a phone after purchasing. Just bought a $720 phone 20 days ago - keeps crashing and freezing for long periods of time. I was told sorry, its past 14 days. The only help they offered was a factory reset or contact Samsung for a warranty issue. Called Tmobile from home they are mailing me a new phone. Keeping current long time customers happy should be a priority- apparently it's not at this location. read more

On Wednesday the 8th I stopped by the store after work because my current phone wasn't allowing me to download an app I needed for work. I was lucky enough to get Vanessa when it was my turn in line. She spent a little over two hours helping me find the right phone that allowed me to download the app. She kept apologizing for the length of time it was taking, which wasn't necessary. What was important to me was that she didn't seem annoyed by the amount of time it took, didn't make me feel like a bother, and took the time needed to help me find the right phone and the accessories to go with it. Yesterday I went in to change my service over from Sprint I was first greeted by the manager Justin who was very helpful even though the store was very busy. He told me that he would send someone over as soon as they were free. After waiting Justin brought Jerrald over. They both had a great sense of humor and amazing customer service. I went back in today to finish porting my number over and I was again greeted by Justin who remembered not only my name but several of the jokes we had shared the previous evening. He quickly set me up with a rep (whose name I do not remember, but he was a new guy) the new associate and Justin ran quickly through the process and withing 5 minutes I was out the door. Jerrald, Justin and the associate whose name I don't remember gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would go back in a second. read more

Called this T mobile today @3:40pm sounded like a white male little bit older I did not catch his name. I had some questions about my current phone vs. what I was thinking about upgrading too. He got increasingly irritated with each question and even muttered under his breath "oh my god" when I asked how much I owed on my phone. This conversation was around 4 minutes long. Do the representatives not understand that we are purchasing expensive items? I was looking to spend close to 700$ on a phone and I'm rushed and treated like a burden because I want to be educated on my purchase!? I then hung up because I felt disrespected and did not want to say anything rude to him or get worked up. Shortly after I called back asking for a manager and he put me on hold. Came back on and told me he was in a conference call. I highly doubt after the service I received today that anyone from this location will reach out to me. First of all, if you're thinking about getting t-mobile, don't. Second of all, if you do have them, avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. I've been ignored by staff, made to seem like a burden for needing any assistance, staff makes it seem as if even the simplest of tasks they performed for you are ones that should be praised and praised, all for doing what should be done in customer service. Sold a defective product, been dealing with issues that should definitely not be happening with a brand new phone, especially one I'm paying full price for. There is an issue literally every time I visit. Called to try and talk to the manager, was told I'd be called back, never received a call. Waited a week, came in and was there for an hour to finally be told that a manager is needed and I have to come back tomorrow but they will call me to let me know the outcome before I come in. Never got a call, had to call myself before coming in. Beyond ridiculous, seriously considering finally running far, far away from t-mobile after 10 years. Received excellent customer service from Baily and Jerrald. They were so helpful, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to get into a Contract through the major carriers. T mobile service was dropping over 40 times in one hour at my own home called 611 it dropped 20 times they never called back. then 21st time I talked to a agent I told them to fix it or I'd want to cancel so that call dropped right then and next thing I knew the guy actually cancelled my service. Funny that only took 30 seconds but they couldn't fix it in 24 hours! So I had no phone and had to drive to this T mobile location where they told me I had to open a new account! 10 year customer! Stay away from T Mobile but they are all just as bad when it comes to actual service. read more

This store is HORRIBLE! Everytime i go in there i always end up waiting forever. Yes there is always a lot of people in there but there is always at least 2 people standing around the back pretending to do something and cleary they are not. I went in the other day to purchase my 6th phone from them. I ended up getting this dumb kid to help me. Of course he was a know it all about everything. I told him i was on my lunch break and sort of in a hurry. He didnt care in the slightest and was trying to show off by joking with his co-workers and talking about all the stuff he knows. Great for you kid i just wanted to buy a phone. I pick a phone and go to the desk to try and set it up in the system. He proceeds to take out my SD card and tell me how old it is and then has his co-workers come over and shows them how old it is. There was nothing wrong with my old phone i just wanted to upgrade, which i told him when i came in. So why in the hell is this such a big deal? He then tells me i have a really old plan. I know this and i love my plan and have never had any issues about going over on mins or texts, but tells me that if i upgrade my plan to unlimted everything then my bill will be $4 cheaper. Im a sucker for a deal so i checked, double checked and triple checked with him that was he was saying was true. I asked him serveral times and had a pretty lengthy conversation with him about it. Turns out it wasnt and i am actually paying an extra $6 a month now and i no longer have unlimted data. He also failed to tell me that i could no longer switch back to my old plan. While he was setting everything up for me i dont know why but he started going through my internet search history on my old phone. I literaly told him to mind his own business and stop being nosey. Im pretty sure this is against policy. It was nothing embarrasing but he was trying to make conversation about it and be cute. It wasnt. I also couldnt remember me email password for my gmail and i didnt want to set it up right there because i had to get back to work, so somehow he figured it out without me giving him permission and told it to me. That worried me a little. I ended up leaving a littled irritated and late for work. I got to work and realized that he never gave me my rebate info for my phone. He also never told him what my final total was going to be for my new phone and how much an activation fee was. I ended up paying over $100 more than i wanted to. Would have been nice if he told me this up front. I also needed a cover so he brought the 3 over for my phone. I asked if they were all the same price. He said yes. I picked one. Of course it was $10 more than the other 2 and he had to reverse the sale, and re-ring me up for the cheaper one. WORSTservice in the world. I used to really love T-Mobile and rave about their customer service. I will no longer be doing that. Since i didnt have unlimted data anymore i now have to pay another $4 a month. So now i am paying $10 extra a month than what i was as apposed to my $4 that i thought i was saving. read more
