Went to the store to trade in an old phone. Walked in and no one offered to help me. I did ask a girl for help and she said ok. So I sat down and waited. A few more people walked in and sat next to me. Then the same worker offered to help them first before me. Luckily the other customer saw I was there before her and I was able to get some help. She told me I could not turn my phone into the store but had to ship it out. Which I don't want to do during the holidays. David was very helpful. I had poor reception for at least 1 year. Most of the technicians provided solutions with very minimal results. After having multiple lines with TMobile and being with them for 6 years, i was ready to cancel my account to go to Verizon. Howevet, David provided successful solutions : new sim card, delete unneccesary apps, check "roaming" on my network settings. Immediately I had the best reception I had in about 1 year. I don't even know where to begin. But, let me begin with the fact that I visited 2 different T-mobile locations yesterday, and let me tell you that I learned a very important lesson! Not all Tmobile stores are created equal! I went to the west Covina tmobile store for a service appt on my phone. The person who fixes phones sounded extremely frustrated that he couldn't find the issue I was describing on my phone (trust me there were many, but I hyper focused on the most annoying one! A rattling robotic sound from the speaker that was heard (SPORADICALLY)at incoming notifications or calls. I had told him that this noise wasn't consistent, but rather heard one moment and non-existent the next. I ended up leaving that store, because he couldn't find an issue and was told by him to go back to the store I had purchased my phone if I wanted to get a replacement! So, there I go! From one extreme to the next.... west Covina to Rowland heights, down azusa! ( if anyone has ever driven down azusa during rush hour, you would completely understand how I easily went from Fiona to ogre Fiona lol) I was upset, I had just bought this phone 2 weeks ago. I loved the green color! I was upset I was having issues! I arrived at the Rowland heights store ready to just unleash....Hulk style! But, OMG! The workers here were the crytonite to an evil superman. So welcoming! So happy to see a customer. Evil had no place here! Eddie is the rep that greeted and offered to help me, however, mid process he ran into some technical difficulties that needed to be addressed by the manager! And, I'm so glad that they did. The manager (Humberto Gonzalez) in this location is simply the best of the best!!!(Yes, I've been around my share of tmobile managers, I've been with tmobile for 14+ years! I've seen my share of managers, and this manager eats them for lunch any day of the week!!! He walks around his store with such grace and welcoming vibes ready to warmly welcome any customer lucky enough to come to this store! Such a gem! Extremely professional and just went above and beyond his duties (even calling corporate to fix the issue my account was having, printing out the return labels for me and even giving me a box I could use to send my old phone back in) and not only that... he oversaw the data transfer from my old phone to my new one himself, - making sure everything went smoothly (data transfer took more than an hour! (Which reminds me to delete some stuff!) With some issues here and there bcuz of my security settings (folks! When you go in for a phone... make sure to unlock your phones! It makes their job easier). Anyways. I've rambled way too much.... just know this... that Eddie and Humberto are a force to be reckoned with! Ray is the T mobile Jesus. I came in because the screen on my brand new Galaxy S5 crashed on me BEFORE I even got to transfer all my pictures! Over 1000 pics. It was IMPOSSIBLE to transfer over the pics without a screen, but instead of just saying it can't be done, Ray was up to the challenge . Like a swift ninja he ghosted my phone with another funcional S5, using 2 hands he mirrored the movements of his fingers on both phones ever-so-gracefully , as I sat there w/ 0% hope (no freaken way this was gonna work) I then heard the words "got it" . This is the closest corporate store to me, but I swore after the first horrific customer service experience I wouldn't come back! Laziness forced me back (because I didn't want to drive over the hill into Whittier). Learned my lesson this time. I will never return to this store again. The staff is comprised of indifferent, rude 20 something's. They "pimp" the phones and plans like mad to make their sales numbers, but they don't give a damn when you have an issue with your phone or service. Get a clue T-Mobile and don't staff a store entirely with high school and college kids that address customers as "dude" and "boss" instead of "sir" or "mister". You should have a manager there that is over 30 that isn't working his or her first job acquired because of their "mad computer gaming skills". And what's with all the extra "service charges" for returning a phone under warranty for replacement?.. I went to a DIFFERENT t mobile store telling them about the problems on my phone and how it wasn't working and that I needed it for work and they didn't even try to SELL me a new one! I then came to THIS t mobile store and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Ramiro L. I explained my situation and even after looking at different options and exploring new phones and price plans, he was able to solve my problem by replacing my problematic phone instead of making me buy a new one, effectively saving me a ton of money and taking a huge weight off my shoulders. DIANA ORTIZ CERNA helped us as soon as we walked in and from the beginning till the end she made us feel comfortable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Ive been waiting awhile in the hopes that Id calm down instead of saying what really happened during my phone buy or what I thought I was buying but instead turned out to be a lease on a phone i wanted to buy. Jacob straight out lied. I went in to pay off a phone i was told i had bought only to find out that it was in fact a lease. As i questioned the service represenative asking questions going round in round. Jacob was on a computer not far away helping another customer he was probably no doubt lying to as well. He was hearing everything going with me and this other represenative. Not once did he lift his head up to offer to assist in explaining how I had gottenn screwed. I really enjoyed my experience at T-Mobile today! I was feeling a little apprehensive about it because I was coming from a different service provider to try out T-Mobile and I must say that Priscilla really helped me out! I was there for a long time because of all the phone calls we had to make, but because of her cool attitude, I was able to remain patient, calm, and most importantly, unrushed. I took my time with the process and what was supposed to be just me searching for quotes, ended up being me buying a new phone and activating my new service. We were being helped by this rep when suddenly LINDA VUONG pulled him to do another work while on the process of helping us without even informing us or atleast ask permission from us. She saw that he was helping us but still told him to help another customer and leave us. SO RUDE !!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give this location zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!! The assistant manager Roman Cruz is entirely unprofessional he's has NO knowledge of how to do his job and clearly lacks common sense. My mother came into this store location to get a device because the previous store said the device she wanted was out of stock. Keep in mind she was ALREADY an authorized user on my account when I got on the phone he said she wasnt an authorized user and he offered NO HELP to add her as a user with me on the phone after offering to give him my pin to my account and my social just as I did with the last representative at the last store she went to he said he could not then said he would not do that because he had other customers to help this man didn't even advise me to go online to get her added to the account. We actually had to get on 3 way with tmobile customer service to PROVE to him that she was a user on the account and for him to trained in the knowledge that he could add her as a user through the phone at the store all things you would EXPECT an assistant manager to know!!!! He was rude, he cut me off while I was speaking and has zero customer service skills how he got this job is beyond me but he definitely needs to be demoted! This man also TOOK A PHOTO of my account a with his perosnal cell phone after this negative experience!!!!!!!!!!!! Came here last week because I had terrible service at another location. It was really busy when first walking in but we still got greeted & you and get your name to put on a waiting list. It was about a 30 min wait but again there was a lot of people so I can't take away a star because they were busy. Finally got called and was helped by Bao. Really nice girl. Asked what we needed/wanted and of course had her recommendations. Some people get turned off by the upswell, but it's part of their job. I really respected that she wasn't too pushy on it. She explained the perks of stuff but respected that I only wanted certain things. She was also nice to my mom and made her feel comfortable and included, which is kind of hard. She was knowledgeable, funny and always smiling. She was able to upgrade my phone, my moms phone and my dads. She even offered for my mom to come back so she can teach her how to use the Galaxy 5s, hahah. All the workers were very patient and was multi-tasking like crazy, but they had everyone walking out with a phone or their problem fixed. Great customer experience and a new iPhone 6s read more

I had such a terrible experience at this store which has given me weeks of just anger. This store has done very little to help the many issues I've had with T-mobile and I went through so much trouble just to upgrade my phone and plan. When I first tried to upgrade they kept saying their system was down and told me to come another time. My 2nd visit same issue however this time they said it was specific to my account and the reason they gave me was "I don't know why." They at least filed a ticket with T-Mobile to get the issue fixed and told me they will follow up with me and call me when it's fixed. I never got that phone call so I visited this store a 3rd time and asked them if I can finally upgrade my phone/plan but the problems with my account still existed. They told me to call customer service on my own and see if customer service could resolve the issue for me but after calling customer service 4x they still could not resolve my issue. At that point I just gave up on this store and visited another T-Mobile store in downtown LA and they were able to fix all my issues for me and help me get the phones I waited weeks to finally get. The issue on my account was still there but the T-Mobile store in downtown LA called their manager and he had the experience and knowledge to fix all my problems for me on the spot. He did everything for me, he called customer service for me and helped me setup a new data plan. I didn't have to go through another 3 weeks of waiting just to get phone. It was all done for me in front of me. I was going to give this store 1 star but I'm going to give them 2 for at least trying. This store must have very inexperienced sales associates because my problems were so easily fixed in another store that I felt like all the trouble I went through in this store was a waste of time. After 3 weeks this T-Mobile store couldn't help me upgrade my phone and plan yet in 1 visit to the downtown LA store they were able to do everything for me in less than an hour. This particular T-mobile retail store's sales persons are really horrible! I am the person who hardly write any bad reviews unless it really got on my nerve! 1) One of the sales person in this t-mobile retail store dropped my brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 phone right on the concrete floor after i bought it. I was in total shock when I saw it! He didn't apologize nor offer me another new phone. Instead.. he try arguing with me that he didn't break the phone and force me to keep it. After arguing with him for at least 20 mins, he finally went to the back and grab me another S4 phone. 2) After using my Samsung S4 for about 3 months, this phone just went dead on me for no reason. I've never drop the phone once. I went back to this same t-mobile retail store since i bought it from them so i thought they might be able to help me. I pay extra $8 every month for additional insurance coverage on my phone. The reason i bought cuz the sales person who dropped my phone told me that I will receive a replacement phone the next day and service fee will only cost me $5 if anything goes wrong with the phone. Guess what!!! It has been 3 days now and I haven't receive my replacement phone!!! All the sales persons that work in this retail store bs too much to their customers! One of the sales person that i spoke with yesterday even insist that my Order ID number is the UPS tracking number when it isn't at all because the cooperate office didn't process my order until 2 hours ago today!!!
