HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!…read more I went in about two weeks ago to trade in my old iPhone for a brand new one, which I have DONE before at this place. I went in and they didn't necessarily greet me in the moment because they had one other customer, but over a few minutes they greeted me and asked me how I was. Which I replied in a settle tone. I was soon helped by a representative with my questions about trading in my device that wasn't able to work. He confirmed multiple times ensuring me that a cracked and non-workable phone is eligible for trade in. (!!!Mind you I asked multiple times over and over & all his replies were yes I'm able to trade it in for a new device!!!). We sat down and talked about the trade in price and value of my old device, trading in for a new one. Once we have discussed all of that, the representative STATED " so you're trading this non-workable iPhone for a new one correct", and I said "yes" . Once we have finished all of the discussing and agreeing, he told me bring the phone home and transfer all of my information onto my new device and bring back the old phone within TWO weeks. Which I did, when I came back two weeks later the representative said that I was trading in a whole different device for my new one ( which I never stated that, although I had another device, it's non- workable as well, it wasn't able to transfer any of my information so I was trying to trade my other phone which is also non-workable but the data is backed up on the one I wanted to trade!!!). I told the representative, I have clearly stated I wanted to trade in the one I already had backed up and he said yes two weeks prior. I came back to this place to bring my old phone they told me to bring back for them. Once I went in told them, gave them my information, and the representative said "under this new phone in this account, it shows you are trading a different device not this one" . I KNOW for a fact when I left that day receiving the new phone and agreeing, I could trade in the one that was backed up, that manager didn't like it at all!!! Which I think made his employee change it under my plan saying I was supposed to trade in the non- workable one that WASN'T backed up. The managers attitude and his facial expressions were the rudest, discourteous, and impolite!! This place, the workers, and ESPECIALLY the manger wasted my precious time out of my DAY. Telling me one thing and confirming multiple times it's possible, and then telling me it's not possible. I wouldn't ever recommend this place at all!! Florin road, Verizon is WAY better, top service, and friendly!

They also sell the jugs there I think they're $15. The parking lot is a lil shady with many homeless. But water is life, and this is my fave place to refill.

This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me.
