Have always had pleasant interactions at this location whenever I visit. They area always nice and attentive.

Yesterday I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store in Delta Shores. I was having trouble transferring my iPhone to a new device. When I say the manager, Ike took his time and made sure my problems was resolved. He did just that. I was very frustrated at first because I went to a different T-Mobile store which I normally don't do. I normally just come to the one on Delta Shores, but that was a lesson learned. Very poor experience at this T-Mobile store. The woman standing at the doorway was about 150 cm tall, wore glasses, had pigtails, and was slightly chubby. She had a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to help. She was evasive, gave unclear answers, and provided no real assistance with my issue--completely unprofessional. She kept talking while farting, and you could even hear the sounds. It was extremely disgusting. read more

My mom's phone was not receiving my text. Tried a fews things did not work. Could not figure out how to reset phone, it is old. Kevin I believe helped me. He showed me how to reset phone. Differs from newer phones. Phone seems to be working. Kevin was polite and helpful. When I am ready for a new phone will get it from him. read more

Be prepared to be scammed! The female employee with glasses said their store only carried IPhone 17 Pros and everything else had to be ordered. I went to the corporate site near CRC and they told me the Delta Shores store absolutely had other phones in stock and showed me their inventory. They apologized on behalf of the Delta Shores store. You're better off going to the one near CRC. I'm truly surprised the delta shores store is one of the higher rated tmobiles... they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Went to this at T mobile to trade in my phone for a new 17 pro. They said it was too late to do any transfers and that we could just buy a phone at that time since it was an hour before closing. The lady helping us was a slightly chubby woman with crooked box braids. The entire time she was "helping" us, she was frustrated at herself because she couldn't complete the order for the phone, and gave my dad and sister attitude due to a language barrier. Eventually she gave up and returned our phones to us with half ass instructions basically telling us to do it ourselves and not come back. Her nails were also very ugly and left marks on phone. 0 stars. Go to a different T-Mobile. read more

Do not visit this store after 7:00 p.m, the customer service is terrible. We went in to trade in my phone and were met with an unprofessional attitude from the moment we arrived. One employee with braids was visibly impatient when I told her I wasn't familiar with the T-Life app. She responded by saying, "Take your phone and download it," in a dismissive tone before eventually downloading it herself. Throughout the interaction, she spoke disrespectfully to my dad and was like "god damn and damnit" when another family came in. Mind you this is during open hours. After several attempts of using the app herself to order the phone we were looking, she did not get it to work, sending us off with "you don't need to come to the store, you can do it yourself" while providing no answers to the questions I asked on how to do it ourselves, and said "the app will guide you." It was a waste of time, unprofessional and rude. I have been a t-mobile customer service for over fifteen years and this is the worst customer interaction I had received at any t-mobile store. read more

SKETCHY Business Practices!! I placed an online phone purchase and came into the Delta Shores Branch for assistance in completing my order when the website experienced a glitch. I was told that my online price was a lie, and the phone I had in my cart was a lie because nationally the phone is sold out and T-Mobile can't purchase any more of last year's model. They immediately showed me much more expensive phones in their display. UPSELLING for BONUSES. After getting a manager involved, and arguing with him as well, mysteriously the phone I wanted was available by online delivery!! This branch wants its commissions and will lie to your face and will try to sell every more expensive phone and accessory available! Know what you want and demand it! I felt like I was in a shady used car lot on Fulton Avenue. I got what I wanted by demanding what I wanted and called them out for "bait and switching!!" Buyer Beware! read more

My experience was great. I scheduled my appointment online. Once I got there, the store rep met me at the door and checked me in. I waited less than a minute before the sales rep called me in to the store. This is during Covid, so masks and social distancing was inforced, which I love! It took less than ten minutes to resolve my issue (needed a new sim card), and I was out the door. Everyone was nice and respectful. My rep was very knowledgeable. I was profoundly upset by the lack of knowledge and customer service at the stores I've visited over the past year and during the transition phase. All of that changed today thanks to one TMobile sales technician. Mike is one of the absolute best human beings I have encountered in any business anywhere! He spent over an hour with me getting my new iPhone up and running and managed to be both professional and personable at the same time. From now on I will take all of my TMobile business to delta shores and specifically to Mike. If you are a TMobile customer or thinking of switching to TMobile please go see Mike. Thank You Kevin for talking Me out of buying an IPhone 15 Pro Max. I wanted to buy the iPhone without the financing so my Wife wouldn't have to pay for the phone on her monthly bill. You identified our poor plan with T-Mobile as our plan would pay out so less for our iPhone trade in. I was so disappointed not to get my Wife the Christmas present she has been waiting for since the new iPhone release. We later decided to do some late night Christmas shopping at Target & an AT&T Rep offered my Wife a $1000 for her iPhone and to Dump T-Mobile. O Yeah, Got myself a New iPhone too!! I am a little late in writing this review but I think it is good for others to get the heads up. I was going to trade in my iPhone for a upgrade. The rep was looking at my phone asked me to unlock it, and then he attempted to walk to the back with my unlocked iPhone. I called him back, locked my phone, and handed it back to him. He then did a few more checks in front of me like plugging it in to ensure it charged, took it out of the case to look for damage. He then asked me to unlock it again which I did and he tried to walk to the back with my unlocked iPhone AGAIN!!! I stopped him and asked him why TF you keep trying to go somewhere with my unlocked phone?! We all have sensitive material on our phones. Banking, Investing, Photos, and the Notes App which lots of people keep passwords etc on. He apologized and said he needed to take it back there and I told him to give me my phone and I left. I ended up purchasing a phone from Apple directly. Please be cautious when you hand your unlocked iPhone to these employees. Identity theft is a real thing. read more
