I do feel as a customer, it does work better for me when I have a purpose. Then at least your asking questions based on intent rather than just simply browsing... which is totally fine as well. A laptop screen should not fail this quickly under normal use. When I brought it in, an employee initially checked the computer and told me it would be repaired under the warranty at no cost. Three days later, I was contacted and told they would not honor the warranty unless I paid for the repair because they claimed I had damaged the screen. It's frustrating that after first agreeing to fix it under warranty, they changed their decision and refused to repair it without additional payment. Very disappointing experience. Between the poor quality of the laptop and the lack of support, I expected much better from both Best Buy and Lenovo. Best Buy seems very greedy and will charge for anything. Fix your terrible computers or at least give a free warranty for everything. Should not break if it's such an expensive computer. 0 stars if I could. Greedy computer corporate executives and store management. Will do anything for more money and status.
