This review is for T-Mobile cellular internet service and NOT the store. In a nutshell, when it's connected, the speed is super, but, this is the most intermittent service I have ever had. It's UP, wait, no it's down, it's up it's down. I have a water leak detector that notifies me anytime the device loses internet connection. I am getting notifications all day long. Ahhhhh! Time for Starlink I guess. read more

I purchased a new phone on May 11 2026. I began having problems with the sound. I returned to the store on June 21 2026 to get some help. The person first told me that there is nothing wrong with the phone. That I was looking at an advertisement and that is why there is no sound I had to convince him that there was a problem with the sound. After that, he was still no help. He gave me a website and sent me out the door. They are great when you are buying a phone but do not support you when you are having problems I would recommend that you run not walk away from this store Find a different retailer. I have seen your half- hearted apology to other negative reviews. Se below " Hi ! It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.'" Please do not bother. I do not want to see it. Do not call me either. I have blocked your phone number. I do not want to hear it either. I am done with our store I also found it necessary to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau read more

Update: Upon requesting the regional supervisors contact information, after a 10 minute wait, the manager supplied an email address and name which , when later emailed, came back immediately marked "Blocked." If further proof is needed for the unprofessional, non-transparent and shady level at which this TMobile store is operated, certainly giving a customer a fictitious/non responsive 'supervisor' contact would be that proof. Buyer beware. read more

Was told that its because of the amount of devices we had connected. Most were connected through ethernet, and all but two devices were idle-not even being used. We were never given an account number. Sales Rep was terrible at following up calls and communication. They left the install half done, we are still waiting for them to pickup the equipment and remove the wires from our yard. Was told a manager would call us within 24 hours-that never even happened. Took over two hours to cancel service. They have you repeat all the issues to each person they transfer you to-this just engrains the dissatisfaction I experienced with every interaction and I will NEVER give them another chance. The modem failed the first night. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!!! I'd avoid at ALL costs-you WILL REGRET giving them a chance. I didn't think a company could be that UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced. The tech suggested also replacing the hot water valve. I agreed to the price and he had it repaired inside of 30 minutes. He also checked out the drum bearings and the pump. The tech was a great guy who cleaned up the inside of the machine and made sure everything was the way he found it. I couldn't be happier.

He made a quick trip to our house and was able to assess the cause of the leak was the tubing connection to the Pilot control valve. He was repaired it and tested it with a gas sensor showing the leak had been stopped. I appreciate that he valued us as a past customer and fit us into his busy schedule. If you value fair treatment, I recommend visiting the corporate store in Cottonwood rather than the independent contractor location in Sedona. We reside in Sedona and decided to visit the T-Mobile store here after seeing some positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, primarily due to Delahla's demeanor. From the moment we stepped inside, she was quite abrasive and unprofessional, displaying a lack of respect. When I inquired about the new plan options and the pricing for a new phone, she became noticeably irritated. As a senior whose first language isn't English, I needed a bit more clarification. In a sudden outburst, she left, exclaiming, "I'm done with this chick," and kicked something as she walked out. Additionally, my husband, who uses a walker, was not offered a chair when we arrived. I had to go retrieve one from another desk myself. We had already paid off my phone in-store during the purchase and traded in my old device for a $150 credit. After reviewing this month T-Mobile bill, I noticed an unexpected $20 charge for equipment. This billing error forced us to return to the store, which I dreaded given our previous unprofessional experience. Upon arrival, Delayla was once again not a pleasant to deal with and didn't really want to take responsibilities. She suggested we contact the billing department instead. I expressed my frustration, emphasizing the time and stress this situation had already caused and that an apology for our earlier interaction would have been appropriate. In response, she claimed that there was a communication issue and insinuated that there was a hearing problem. Fortunately, haha I do not have any hearing issues yet, however I refuse to accept poor service. We reached out to the billing department, and they clarified that the transaction needed to be processed differently, resulting in us receiving only a fraction of the funds from our trade. After navigating through several hurdles and discussing the issue with a manager, we were fortunate to have him agree to issue us a credit to cover the difference, recognizing our loyalty as long-time customers and ensuring our satisfaction. read more
