I have had just about every cell phone company out there. So I can honestly say this is an unbiased opinion... ATT was HORRIBLE I would never got with them again, their prices are WAY too high, and their phones are just as crappy, along with their customer service... I also had Metro, Cingular, Sprint, and Verizon. I liked Verizon a lot, however I did NOT like their prices.... WAY over priced, and too full of themselves, but the services were good, phones were decent... I went with Tmobile about 7 years ago, and I haven't left sense. I pay 105 a month (before taxes) for 3 phones unlimited everything!!!! I've always had AMAZING customer service, and the lowest upfront pricing of anywhere!!! Plus they have the best phones!!! I love Tmobile and I recommend them to everyone!!! As long as they do not become a part of ATT I'm staying here permanently... Plus this location has been amazing with helping me! They are always very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly... always willing to help and go above and beyond... read more

Honestly, Worst customer service ever. Got signed up for "JUMP" after I said I didn't want to, Lied to about getting credit on my bill, Got lied about being able to pay out of my contract and lied to about my 4gLTE usage limit. Also rude employees for no reason. Had to go to the store 5 times in 2 months and was lied to over and over again by different people about whats going on with my plan and contract. By far the best experience I've had at any wireless carrier. If it wasn't for Farah and Nancy, I would have been overpaying for my wireless phone bill for god knows how long. They made sure I walked out with all the best deals and hooked it up with great accessory bundles! They took the time to listen to my wireless needs and even threw in a sync up drive to give me wifi in my car! I also had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager, Brandon. Just switched to t mobile and I'm actually happy with the service, however the service at this location is really bad. Two words to describe this place: Rude and Unprofessional. When I went in I was highly upset with how poorly the insurance company had handled my claim, I had been a month without a phone on the day I went in. Jason was the first the assist me & he was all ears & once I was done explaining my whole situation, he was quick to help he didn't beat around the bush &was real patient with me. I left Verizon after 7 years because of bad customer service and looked forward to TMobile. But, in only 3 days, they exceeded Verizon. On Oct 1st I brought a TMobile Blackberry (a gift) into their store to set up new service. The person in the store did the set up and transfer of my old phone wrong. The next day the temporary number they gave me was turned off and in 2 days my Verizion phone was shut off because they gave my number to TMobile. It took 5 days countless hours on the phone with "customer service" and 2 store managers to get the service turned on with my prepaid service of $60. In the process of doing that, they attached my blackberry $10 upgrade to the wrong phone and created a temporary flex account as they "fixed it". The manager gave me a $50 credit, but my troubles were not over. On Oct 16, TMobile transferred alot of their flex plans. You guessed it, they grabbed my account and disconnected the internet and blackberry provision. I lost internet and email on my phone. After 5 hours this week with "customer service", many times with people I could barely hear and accents that were hard to understand, I finally got the email service turned on. Their trouble shooting programs sent me in circles as we tried to make my phone work. Finally, as I was on hold (sometimes for 20 min at a time as they "read the notes") I realized that the internet had gone back on and so I went to email manager and saw that my registration had been deleted. I reregistered my email and it worked. I complained that I had spent 5 hours and had to fix the problem myself without the aid of their trouble shooting. They offered me $8. Really? Well, my service is good until Nov 17th. And that gives me enough time to get a new phone with Virgin Mobile. I'm not going to hang around TMobile for 7 years like I did with Verizon and put up with that kind of troubleshooting programming and "customer service" that can't communicate, is hard to understand, and is a robot to outdated troubleshooting programming. This T-mobile store has very friendly and helpful employees. Brandon was very courteous as soon as we walked in the door. He greeted us, ask what we were in for today and continued to let us know it would only be a few more minutes. We were helped in a reasonable amount of time and resolved what we came in for. Stopped by to upgrade my phone to the newest Note 5...was not greeted upon entering the store nor were we acknowledged as we were browsing at the Note 5 on the display wall. Although the store was busy there was 2 associates watching a video and failed to even notice us. I promptly left as I refuse to spend my money if my business is not valued. read more

I felt compelled to write a review not only because of the great customer service I received at this store, but also because the negative reviews here seem to have nothing to do with this particular store. I was greeted by 2 separate employees when I entered. Who doesn't love being acknowledged as a customer. I was helped in a decent amount of time. I was having a hard time getting faster service on my phone & Sergio worked diligently to remedy my problem. He was very patient and not pushy. I went from prepaid to a no contract plan. It saves me money & allowed him to order a replacement phone that I will receive tomorrow. Another employee, Joshua, brought me a cup of cold water since I had been there a while trying to fix my problem. Very nice if him! I was a Sprint customer for over 16 years and it was rare to have so many nice people in one store. read more

I was on my way to San Francisco and I had to pay my bill and had a question so I stopped into this store. Im from Stockton and our T-Mobile store customer service isn't to par. At this store I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped asap. I was helped by Anthony O. He was super kind and helpful, answering whatever question I threw at him. My issues were resolved and he persuaded me to take advantage of the 2 free line promotion, and who wouldn't want free? I do. So I got a tablet and an extra line for my other phone, everything went smooth and he help set up my devices before I left. The store was extra busy but Anthony made sure I was situated before I left. I like that about customer service and making sure the customer is happy. Overall great experience at this store and would come back and recommend to friends,family in the future. I heard so much bad news about T-Mobile and I will never ever switch to T-Mobile even if they are the cheapest on earth! Their customer service SUCKS! They are rude, ignorant and knows nothing about customer service. They'll give you FALSE statement and if you believe it, you are out of luck. It happened to my nephew, he was told that the contract has ended and he will pay NO PENALTIES. After switching to a different phone company, he received a letter from T-Mobile saying that my nephew broke his contract and that he must pay $200.00. He was irate. He immediately went back to the store and none of them could offer a help and denied what was said to him. Thank you Loretta S. for your comment. I believe on everything you had to say. i wouldnt even give this location and their staff one star... both me and my wife waited bout two hours to just process an upgrade on one of our phones on our account and yet they told me and my wife their system has gone down.. the lady that had helped us was not knowledgeable of what she was doing, she kept asking her co workers all type of questions of how the system works?!?!?! oK?! So we had left but no choice but to drive from this location to Stoneridge mall out in Pleasanton to find out the network/system was working fine so 20 minutes tops in and out with our new upgrade. for those with tmobile try to avoid this tracy location to save the hassle.. read more
