Timeshare equivalent to cell phone sales. We were assured that if we switched carriers, our upgraded phones would be included. The young blonde also told us that it would be cheaper if we added an extra line, and that we wouldn't be charged until we activated that line. All lies!!! It had been 12 years since we both upgraded our phones, so our phones were old. Back then, cell phone companies were honest and upfront. Boy, how that has changed along with everything else. Now, we have to pay $1,300 to pay off our phones before we can switch companies. I'm willing to pay that and cut our losses now. read more

Despite not even getting an upgrade, I've had to pay off most of my device due to the lack of knowledge from the "expert" who claims to have worked at all four major cell companies and knows all the secrets. Two weeks ago, he botched the E-Sim so badly that I'm still struggling to fix it, and I'm suffering the consequences of choosing this store. As a Tracy resident, I understand that we don't have any local Verizon stores, but it might be worth the trip to Livermore for any Verizon-related needs. Donald provided us with amazing customer service! We brought in 3 phones to have the oldest phone as a trade-in for an iPhone 12 Pro. It took a while, which was expected, however Donald singlehandedly took care of us while helping other customers at the same time - very impressive. It's almost 9:30 (the close at 7) and we are finishing up, and we are so grateful for Donald's assistance in upgrading our plan while lowering our monthly bill as well. Avoid this place at any cost, there are hidden fees that are not explained even after asking for multiple times and they rushed me to pay the bill.. They ran credit check without informing me. There are more than $100 on my account for activation fees... who charges $40 activator fees for $40 tablet, absurd!!! On top of this they charged me another $40 to set up new devices, I have not seen any other business doing this ... they said there is no contract and they set up 2 year on my account ... none of this explained to me and I was in the store for more than 2 hours today! I wish I've gone to a different place who has some business ethics that really want to help and retain the customers! They should fire Donald for repeatedly lying and misleading through the whole process (irony!) Horrible service! Went in there to pay my 85 year old fathers bill and they would not let me pay it because I didn't have the phone with me nor did I have a pin. I was just trying to pay it and not buy anything. They said I could pay it if I had cash but I never had a problem before paying with a card. Went to the manteca Verizon and paid with a card no problem. They person helping me was rude about the whole situation. Never again. read more

I could write a book on how terrible this store is, the lies, the stories, the upset customers I witness during the hours I spent in the store. The hassles and much wasted time, many hours, probably 20 hours texting, calling and time spent with Verizon fixing all their careless mistakes. Mind you, never really an official apology for wasting all my time and causing so much stress. The service is not what was promised. I wish nothing more to go back to AT&T. But they won't do that as the phones have been turned in. Forget about corporate Victra, is a joke. The only response I got was they pushed it back to the manager of the store that was responsible for all the incompetence to call and ask what's wrong. I deliberately left out names and specifics as I'm tired of writing about it. My BIGGEST regret in a long time, switching 5 phone lines to Verizon with this store. My family has purchased 4 phones from this location, and I can say that the salespeople and manager are nicebut there is an extreme disconnect between service and promises. They DO NOT know their own services. There's NO follow up when there are major issues. Buyer beware. It's not like we bought a pair of $30 dollar shoes. We will take our business, elsewhere. Ordered my phone and was set-up for curbside pickup. I arrived with my pregnant wife and waited over an hour in the parking lot after checking in. After waiting for so long my wife went in(i was fuming) to ask what is taking so long and the gentleman said he had no idea we were there at the business(we even checked-in as the sign had prompted us to)and that they did not have my wife's phone in stock and the order was "cancelled,"after we had already received notification that her phone was ready. We live in modesto and happened to be in tracy for the day for a family event and chose this location out of convenience. Fast forward a few days and now we are receiving text notifications that her phone is ready at the Tracy location. Not too sure what kind of operation is being ran here but i will be telling my family and friends to steer clear of this place. Also, the number listed on the yelp page is out of service. Loved the service from the team here! They helped me get exactly what I was looking for and they hooked me up through some of the deals they had going on. They even helped me transfer my data over and let me know exactly how long it was going to take so I managed to get some other errands done in the mean time! Awful service, had a in store pickup from an online order. Called ahead and they said it they got my order and it would be ready shortly. I turned up a few hours later and the girl went to the back, and I heard her talking to the other girl and saying, "we don't have it anymore". Then she came back to explain to me that the order was cancelled because the phone was on hold for another customer from last week. She never told me it was cancelled and said that she's telling me now. I never got any confirmation the orders been cancelled, infact the opposite, all I had was the confirmation of the order. I contacted Verizon Support and they said the order was not cancelled, the girl was really pushing me to get a refund and that she was gonna show me how to do it right now. Scams, seems like they were not interested to owning up to what had happened and were covering for each other. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Don't go here. The visit took 3x as long as it should have, which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get double charged for an upgrade they messed up (that's an extra $35 tacked on to my bill) and had other items tacked on and changed on my bill without my knowledge or consent. Let's not forget the $20 device transfer fee which they say is mandatory but they don't do anything special in the process that warrants a charge. Save your time and got to bestbuy, target, or a corporate location if you're lucky enough to have one nearby. read more

JACKIE. I cannot rave enough about her. She took over this location several months back and has been trying to unravel the mess the previous employees (term used very loosely) created with my account. It has been almost a year and a half I have been fighting to get the credit/money from the promotion that was going on when I switched over to Verizon. I don't know if anything can be done after all this time but Jackie is trying her best, communicating and keeping me in the loop and is super professional about the whole thing. I just spent about 3 hours in the store yesterday upgrading my phone, I had so much stuff on my old phone it took forever to download onto the new one. Jackie and I chatted in between her other customers as I waited. She is an awesome person. If she can help you, she will. If she can't, she will be honest about it with you. If you had a shitty experience with this place before she took over, please do not go in and take it out on the current employees. An entirely different company owns this location now. Flawless customer service. Exceptional experience. We have been to other Verizon locations in the area but nothing like the attentiveness we received from Neelam tonight. Hubby came in determined to get a Note 9 but left happily with the lastest/most relevant Note device. She helped him pick out his case, ordered the 5g, and even put on the screen protector for his new temp phone until the other one arrives. She really went above and beyond. The transaction went so smooth, we were thinking about buying other devices just to work with her some more. We will be back! read more

I came to this store to get a new phone after calling and talking to someone who told me about special offers, pricing they had and that they had the phone I wanted in stock. When I arrived I found out that everything I had been told was a LIE. The phone was not in stock, the pricing was not better they where I had just left and there were no other deals as promised. No explanation, no nothing. They even tried to make it seem like I did not know what I was talking about or called the wrong store which I proved wrong when I redialed the number and their phone ringed.
