Customer Service was non-existent. The Agent Dan that wasted my time and the manager that was back in his/her office giving incorrect information to Dan. I showed Dan everything online and he said he didn't know about that and said they dropped the plan. I told him if AT&T dropped a plan they wouldn't have it on line for e to inquire about switching. He told me to call First Net Customer Service from my phone there in the store and then told me to let them help me. He wasn't even interested in learning the correct way to handle the situation. And he proudly told me that he gave that same incorrect info to a customer days ago. Someone from corporate needs to come and monitor this store more closely. read more

When I went to pick up and activate my new IPhone 12 Pro Max, the manager of the store(Sergio) told me I was eligible for a $750 trade-in for my old IPhone 8. Just needed to bring it in after I deleted all my data. Went back 2 days later and was told that no trade-in allowance was available because I paid for my phone in full instead of the installment plan. I had told him several times on my first visit that I had paid in full but he was trying so hard to sign me up for ATT-Tv that it seems he didn't listen to that. It doesn't say much for his customer service if he doesn't even listen to what he's being told, especially since it made a $750 difference to me! read more

Whatever business you have with this store, talk to everyone else except the guy named JEREMY! He gives you offers that will interest you to switch with At&t, but then when your bill arrives, its not true! Im not talking about the one time charges, but the rate of the services offered. We went back to the store and he said the people sending me the email are wrong and we have to trust him. Now we got the bill and it is NOT the rate we agreed! One of the cheat place, do not trust staff at this place. I went this place around Christmas 2017 and seek there advice to get Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Screen Protector, staff there suggested me PURE.GEAR is a good product, they are using same for their own phone too, having lifetime warranty and bla bla bla... and they have also installed it for me (great service till now). They charged me $35.76 for this, I thought for $1k phone I can spend this to get it secure with good product. Yesterday (February 2nd, 2018) while I was on phone this screen protector got removed by its own, so today I gave my phone and screen protector to my wife to see the store and get it fixed, by the time my wife was at store screen protector in her purse got some scratch and broken sign and store guy just told my wife to go and contact PURE.GEAR for replacement and now they are asking me to file a claim with all details and pictures and on told of that asking to pay for shipping if my claim go through. If you have any phone service requirement, there are other phone store in same mall try to use those and avoid this place. If I could give negative stars for manipulation and deceit, this "store" and it's employees would get them. My daughter went to the manager of this store, Pablo, to file an insurance claim for a replacement Iphone and was told that she had no insurance on our account for it. When I then sent Pablo photos of my phone bill proving I had the insurance, he insisted that he saw no record of it and made my daughter actually purchase a new phone as an upgrade on another of our lines! When I followed up days later (because I had not heard back from Pablo who was "researching this") it turns out that PABLO HIMSELF removed the insurance that night w/o informing us or getting our consent! Only after contacting first our local AT&T store and following their advice and contacting Pablo's DM at Prime Communications did this get resolved (after a week and only with the help of our AT&T store @ 2805 Naglee Road) - however Pablo is still selling phones to other unsuspecting shoppers at this kiosk, where it appears that it is okay to lie to customers and where falsifying contracts is entirely acceptable with the management team.
