James gave me outstanding service this evening!! Thank you James! He deserves recognition for this! I have had horrible service previously from an employee. Very pushy n basically pushed me to get a wifi tower that doesn't work at my home.n I didn't get around to trying to return it for a long time n i was told i wasnt able to return it that it was past the return date! Almost $300 for something that doesn't work .i was made to purchase it! That employee should pay me back the $300 I lost on the tower! Dave is pushy n should not be working there.sorry it was the most horrible service experience. Ive been a customer for 4 years and im thinking about taking my business else where.But James is an employee that would make me feel bad for switching companies. Seemingly harder and harder to get good help in all aspects of customer service. We recently joined T-Mobile due to a signal issue with xfinity mobile in our town. While I have to admit the signal is night and day better, the customer service in person as well as 1-800 phone is below par. It seems as if all the good local customer service reps when to work at Comcast, as I've have nothing but amazing in person experiences backed by equally great phone calls. Unfortunately I'm stuck with T-Mobile for cell phone because of the reception but i would not recommend them if you have the option of others!! read more

My mother's phone randomly just died. She went to this store to see what she could do. She was thinking of possibly setting up an extra phone she has access to that is no longer being used. He told her to go home and charge it and go back in the next morning. When she did he told her the only way they could help her is to send a text to her phone to verify it was her. Not sure how that is the only way it can be done. I can't imagine she is the only person that may be having phone issues so can't get a text. So basically if you have a broken phone you can't get assistance in the store? He originally had her call me to verify the account since I am on the account holder. He said he was going to text me a code to verify. Then once I was on the phone it was another waste of time because he then said he couldn't do that either after he just had her call me. Not only is it inconvenient that if you have a broken phone that you can't go into a store (or at least this store) for help, but why would they waste her time and tell her to go back the next day and to call me to verify? The customer service was horrible. The guy that "helped" (he didn't help at all but don't know what other word to use) her was extremely rude. Along with his rude tone, after he had her call me he said "I'm not having this conversation" when I was on the phone. Then in the store he said "This conversation is over, I'm not talking to you" and walked away and just left her standing there and didn't speak to her again. Even if you can't help, there is a proper way to talk to people and clearly this guy doesn't know how. He should probably not be working somewhere he needs to work with the public. I know it is hard to find help and we went here several times to find a note on the door stating they were closed because of this. This store is better staying closed until they have proper workers that can treat people correctly, rather than hiring rude customer service that will have customers never return there. read more
