And after reaching back out because I was still getting charged I actually was on the line with the same lady this time she hung up on me and thankfully I got someone else who was able to help me cancel afterwards but they couldn't reimburse me or have access to any recordings even though they record calls!

He stated "well I have a coworker here somewhere I'll try to locate." Then he went and found Manager Joseph Lopez who claimed he "owned the location." Joseph continuously took phone calls mid meeting or helped others who just walked in which prolonged our progress causing multiple delays, never apologized once, even after being there for an hour with little progress. I told him we would stop the process and go elsewhere to which he replied "go ahead, but this phones disconnected now." He is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service!

When I got home, I got an email confirming a new feature 'Home Tech Protection' for $25 a month added to my account. I did not discuss or authorize any changes to my account. A text message confirming the change was sent at the exact time that I was in the store. I have been an AT&T Wireless customer for many years, but it is not acceptable to make changes to my account without authorization. I called customer service to have the feature removed, but if I am charged even one penny for this, I will be changing carriers.
