I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available. After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received. I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true, as I still haven't received my refund. When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration. The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund--not through the company's direct efforts. Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.

We were welcomed promptly after walking in and was able to get everything completed very quickly! My bf put on the return label and the FedEx technician was able to slowly remove it for us and place in a FedEx clear envelope to make it easier for scanning and tracking. I was very happy with the level of service this FedEx provided. I also enjoyed that they enforced the mask and social distancing to keep the customers and employees safe!

Fex Ex in Hampton, VA is incompetent to have deliveries on the truck. This has happened multiple…read moretimes. This last shipment has live animals and the delivery was expected overnight. It didn't arrive in the scheduled window however the tracking said it arrived at the facility at 8am the morning it was scheduled to be delivered. Call customer service and they said it would be later that evening. It was not. Talked to 2 additional customer service and they kept say it would be delivered the next day. Put in a complaint ticket for someone to call back and asked for manager to call. Received nothing. Now 2 days later, o. Saturday, received a notification that our delivery would arrive on Monday. Why pay for overnight?! You can't trust them to do thier job for delivery and they down right lie. Ridiculous. I am worried that our livr animals will now be dead when it arrives.

However, this Staples is local to my parents in which case I've frequented for random one off needs for likely 15 years in whims. Even amid all the challenges retail is currently facing, this location continues to feel consistent and uninterrupted with how they operate. Inventory, staffing levels, and team morale appear pretty unchanged, which is of course a big win. With that covered, I want to talk specifically about the staff and the UPS/Print Center where the majority of my interaction takes place. The team is always super friendly and personable, appear to enjoy doing what they do, and are really helpful. This particular visit was very difficult on an emotional level due to a family emergency. The team at the photo shop delivered in an exceptional manner doing everything they could to help me with a print need with an extremely short window of time to work with. They were empathetic, efficient, and exceeded expectations. I unfortunately can't recall the young ladies name that assisted, but Steve is who called and left my voicemail. Both - Wonderful! If anyone from the location reads this, I cannot thank the team enough for this emotional delivery.

Very poor customer service at customer service. I had several Amazon returns. Dead slow employee…read morewho decided to organize returns and cut up with a fellow employee. No greeting or thank you. The line behind me kept growing as he did everything but take care of returns. I was there with 7 items which were ready to go. He went and organized everything, including packing boxes in between each scan. UPS would have scanned everything and provided a receipt in under 5 minutes as opposed to Staples. The only thing he said was something about my packages were going to run up their UPS bill. Amazon is either paying or comping them for any shipping. So 30 minutes later, he finished and refused to provide a receipt. I'm now going round with Amazon as 2 of the 7 packages do not appear to have been scanned. Avoid this store. Just go to UPS. I wouldn't buy a single item at this store, even online. So much for increasing foot traffic to the store. I'm pretty sure everything was overpriced and antiquated anyway.

The owner looked at the original FEDEX shipping document and said it was pre-paid overnight return. He said he would take care of it, inspected to see the scanner was in there, taped it up and put it on the shelf. The owner had also investigated buying a scanner so was familiar with Leica and scanner range. To my surprise the following day the scanner was shipped back to me here in Williamsburg!!!!!!! I immediately went back, presented the box and he accused me of a mistake and it was my fault! After disagreeing and recounting how he had taken it with assurances of delivery, he admitted his mistake. Rather than offering to fix his mistake, he said the only way to send it was to pay him again for a very expensive delivery!!! I refused and protested but he just told me to leave his store, repeatedly saying "goodbye". I said what a horrible shop and as exiting I heard him say "F___- You!" People know me as genteel, but I was in the Marines and I don't take that "poop" so I went in and let him have it verbally, very loudly - with no curse words as I have class! I've never had any business here in Williamsburg treat me like this.
