I needed watch batteries for an online banking card reader from the UK and needed four of them which would have come to over $20. They gave me a different battery that still works and cost me $14 in a multipack. Yes, it's cheaper on Amazon - but I needed something ASAP. I appreciate all their efforts, but sadly the batteries didn't work as they were just a bit too thin in width and wouldn't press down on the contact strips fully. I should have taken the reader with me, really, but regardless, impressive customer service, even if it is a bit pricey in here.
