    Prime rib and prawns special
    Stephanie S.

Bruschetta was fantastic!! The coco peach cocktail was so tasty and the service was great! We were seated in the bar area with a party of 9. Hubby had the crab and shrimp cakes special and I had the prime rib special with bourbon shrimp that came with a salad. I'm allergic to Rosemary and I didn't realize until a bite or two into the prime rib that it was heavily flavored with rosemary. My hubby had a nice prime rib breakfast the next morning. His crab cakes were tasty and the table overall had a very enjoyable time with great food and drinks.

A family member shared with us a listing for this place and we tried it out on the way to the Long Beach peninsula. Did bro realize we had walked by it several times when taking in the Astoria Farmers Market. We were able to get a table for 2 although it was 6 o'clock on a Friday night. Drink order was taken - along with appetizer & main meal right away. Service was great (even had live music) and food tasted amazing! It was a little pricy but hands down the best food we have Warren in Astoria that showed they cared & used top ingredients for their dishes (shoutout Tillamook cheese). We will be back to try more off the menu and highly recommend you do as well

Super welcoming, service was prompt and accurate, food was flavorful and what a Black Friday deal 2 plates for $22, halibut tacos so good. Love the decor very Southern warm ambiance and charm. So unique I like that. Cheers to you, we will be back. Thank you T-Paul and company.

Delicious food, great service, and beautiful decor inside. We came in on a Saturday just as their dinner time was starting up. Ordered their Bourbon Prawn Penne and it was perfect. It was also served with a side of salad topped with mango vinaigrette (mmmm chefs kiss). Ended with a Basque Cheesecake, delicate and sweetness was perfectly balanced with the caramel and raspberry drizzle. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance was cozy and enhanced by the gentleman playing his hammered dulcimer. Would love to come back here again and try their other dishes!

The Supper Club has been a long time favorite. You usually get good eats here. For a brief moment the quality seemed to have been taking a nose dive, but the last two times I went, it seemed as if they were back on their game. This time I chose the Halibut Fish and Chip Special. The fried halibut was nice and crispy. Possibly a touch too dark, but still tasty. Their sweet potato fries were plentiful and flavorful. My husband chose the Crab Mac 'n Cheese. He said it was "just ok", and would probably never order it again. It was less crabby than he expected and the portion was just not enough for him. It wasn't his favorite. Blackened shrimp tacos and a salad (can't remember which salad, tho) were also ordered and both people heartedly enjoyed their choices. The Supper Club does make great salads and their burgers are also outstanding. The raspberry rhubarb crisp was delicious. The chocolate cake was kind of dry and disappointing, because it looked beautiful. Unfortunately, it tasted stale and dry. The waitstaff was patient and friendly with 4 old fogies, and the restaurant always has a nice, groovy vibe to it. You really can't go wrong at the Supper

Came here on a a Weds evening which is their steak night. Got the $25 special which came with a top sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and broccolini as well as bourbon shrimp. The highlight was the bourbon shrimp. Mashed potatoes could have had more butter and cream. I really liked my friends linguine with garlic Alfredo sauce and bay shrimps. Service was quick and placed me upstairs so I could talk to my friend in silence. Lots of tables.

Tuesday is blues & burgers night- hard to beat some free music & a great price ($24) for 2 really delicious burgers & fries. Also had one of the best pickle martinis ever! Our server was fantastic, attentive without being annoying. The price for the burgers was so good, we got the bourbon shrimp appetizer also, and thought it was scrumptious.

We had 10 for dinner at Supper Club. Heather our waitress was a big hit and made the evening quite pleasant

She was warm, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. She checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive, making us feel genuinely well cared for. We started with the mussels and Brussels sprouts, and both appetizers were outstanding. Every entrée at our table was equally delicious, and everyone left thoroughly impressed with their meal. We've dined at Carruthers many times, and this level of outstanding food and service has been our experience on every visit. The service was a little awkward and slow. Which was unexpected as fewer than half the tables were occupied. It could be that they were short staffed that day. It was fine as long as you're willing to relax and enjoy the wait. We sat by the windows and had plenty of time to watch the locals and tourists come and go from the market. The place itself is nice. Very clean and even upscale. I'd definetly come back and try more things off the menu. I saw a couple get some excelent looking cokctails and a mimosa flight, which consisted of full size mimosas. :)

They have 2 floors, a bar on each floor, an outdoor courtyard area, and a barn area in the back with two bars and a stage. We caught a live show and thoroughly enjoyed it before driving back home to Seattle. We also hung out in the courtyard, enjoying the large caged wood fireplace, before heading to the barn for the live show. The service was excellent, maybe because they weren't too busy that day, and we entered upstairs, not downstairs, since street parking wraps around the building and, depending on where you park, you'll enter at different parts of the brewery/restaurant/warehouse. We were seated right away and got seats near the windows to enjoy the sunset. We ordered: Shrimpy Bread-this was tasty, but the teeny tiny frozen shrimp they use were not it. I'm thinking even normal-sized shrimp chopped up really small would have been tastier, but also, if you live for that shrimp flavor, this will be your jam. For me, the lemon flavor stood out, and combined with the cheese, it made it so worth it. Yum. Wood-fired pizza-half almighty and half carousel - this was omg, chef's kiss, perfect to share between the two of us. If we lived in Astoria, we could see ourselves coming in for this combo to take home. Really liked the decor. It felt very brew house, with wood throughout and lots of windows for ocean and neighborhood views from up on the hill. Also noticed folks from all walks of life here, families, couples, tourists, locals. It was a nice, casual vibe. We'll be back next time we're in the area :)

Needless to say, two pints down and one pizza later, we were well satisfied. We ordered smaller pizza - a peperoni combo -and added mushrooms to it. It came out quickly, hot, and delicious!
