The quote for the 2 big issues was very reasonable, so I authorized the repairs via text msg. I was then given DAILY UPDATES on my car repairs via text msgs with ETA's each time (1 OEM part on back order). Upon picking up my car, checking out was quick and I was given further context on my repairs. The staff were all awesome. When I drove off, I immediately tested my car for 1 of the issues I had and found that not only was the problem resolved, MY CAR NOW DRIVES BETTER THAN IT HAS IN YEARS!!!

We left it overnight, went back to pick it up he was nowhere in sight. Although he knew that she was coming to pick her car up. No phone no text no email. Finally I texted him that I needed some work on my car and I was in the area and he picked up the phone. Now mind you he hadn't picked up the phone for my niece for the last at least hour. I handed her the phone his explanation was, that his phone had been broken he told me the screen was broken and he couldn't see who called was calling. When he finally arrived at the shop, I asked him what the problem was he said his phone had broken he showed me a phone that was off, but there was no broken screen. I asked him was he done as he had been supposedly working on the car since the day before. Usually replacing in power steering pump is a one to two hour job for a good mechanic he said he was bleeding the system I saw no hoses or anything anywhere the problem came when I requested the old part which we never got. Also we had to come back for the car which was supposedly bleeding. The next day while driving the vehicle it start to smoke and they were flames. We found out later the distributor was loose. Apparently someone had bumped the distributor and the carburetor, and that was leakage from the gas or other fluid flammable no less. I'll be very Leary of taking my vehicle to such a dismissive repair shop and I use the term loosely. The customer service is nonexistent. And after I asked about the part that he supposedly removed I was told GET THE F OUT REPEATEDLY. Needless to say there was a verbal altercation that almost got really bad. This man has no respect for his customers their autos do not leave your car in this man's care. Do not trust what he says is wrong with your car. According to the automobile bureau, a customer has the right to receive the removed part. We are taking our vehicle to the automotive repair bureau in rancho Cordova, to be inspected for proper repair. To be forewarned is to be armed.

I asked for my money back but he still owes me about $300. I've been patient waiting months for him to refund me the full amount I gave him but he keeps saying he'll send the rest but never has. This is a warning to everyone that wants to hire him DO NOT trust him with your money or you'll be stuck chasing after him like I am.

I called and he was able to fit me in and did a complete brake job in my garage for a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. He has always been honest and never tried to sell me more than I need. He checked several other items on my car as well. One of the best benefits of using Parker's is that you can continue being productive while the work is being done. I didn't have to hassle with dropping off my car, arranging rides and being without my vehicle all day. He came to my house on time and it took less than two hours while I was able to do other things inside. Truthfully, I put off needed repairs simply because of the hassle factor. When any of us go to buy a different car we always call Pat first to see if he works on that kind of car and if Pat says no, none of us would even dream of buying cars unless he works on that model. And when we do pick a car, we take it over to him first and have him tell us whether he would recommend that we buy it. The car has to get his OK or we won't buy it! Pat & his mechanic Jason love that shop and when you walk in you say how are you doing Pat? He always says " I'm living the dream!" His shop is clean as a whistle, because he loves his shop and his customers, and he always gives us all an extremely fair rate and he does a wonderful job. Whenever I'm waiting for him to tell me what I owe, when somebody walks in that I don't know ... I say how long have you you been going to Pat? Every time over the last probably 20 years, the people always say "I can't remember. I've always gone to Pat. My friends and family have always gone to Pat ..,,who would go to anybody else, if they don't go to Pat, they are out of their minds. He's the most honest mechanic we've all ever met in our lives."!Everybody always says the same thing. I highly highly recommend Pat's shops. Take advantage of women because they think that we don't know about cars and I have had some really terrible mechanics that gave me a raw deal when I lived down in the Bay Area and I didn't know Pat yet. But when I moved up here, my best friend recommended him and I've been going to Pat ever since. My 2025 Tahoe was brought in by the dealer for paint correction due to factory paint dimples. What…read moreshould have been a straightforward repair has turned into a nightmare of ongoing issues. The shop has now worked on the vehicle three separate times, and each visit has resulted in additional damage rather than improvement. The paint has developed new chips and scratches, the clear coat has been compromised, and the overall finish is noticeably worse than when I first brought it in. In addition, the paint protection film (PPF) was damaged during the most recent repair process. Instead of preserving the integrity of the vehicle, the repeated work has diminished it. There has been little accountability for the cumulative damage caused during these repairs. At this point, the vehicle is no longer in the condition expected for a new car, and there has been no meaningful resolution offered. If you value proper paint work and careful handling of your vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Previously, I came in for an oil change/inspection on our old car and later a post-purchase inspection on our newer vehicle. Both of those visits went well, which is why I returned when I started hearing a concerning noise. The reason for the lower rating is the communication, consistency and trust issues during this visit. There was a new front desk person. When I called and asked about the diagnostic fee, I was told $115. When I arrived, the estimate I was given to sign said $160, which was a huge discrepancy and very surprising. What bothered me was not only the difference in price, but also the way she handled the situation, which came across as defensive and dismissive rather than helpful. I then asked whether the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the repair if I moved forward, and I was told no. That was the first time I had ever encountered that at any shop I have been to, so it did not sit well with me. A staff member who overheard the conversation then stepped in and said he would try to complete the diagnostic in 30 minutes instead of an hour and, if so, would only charge half of the diagnostic fee, which I appreciated. Two issues were identified that required repairs. The only reason I chose to have the one repair done here was because I was told it was dangerous to continue driving the vehicle in that condition, and I did not want to risk taking it elsewhere first. However, because the other repair was not presented as an immediate danger, I will be having that work done at another shop and will be transferring my future service there as well. There was also conflicting information during the process, including differences between what I was told by phone and what I was later told in email responses, seemingly from two different staff members. I had to follow up by email to get clear answers in writing, and some important details were either left out initially or only clarified later after additional emails. One concern was consistency in the inspections. In less than 3,000 miles of driving, I was told the rear brakes went from 9 mm at the earlier inspection to under 2 mm at this visit. There is no plausible explanation for a change of that magnitude based on our driving. Therefore, that kind of change in such a short time raises questions about whether measurements are being taken the same way each time. The email responses I received did not really resolve that concern. I understand that mistakes and miscommunication can happen, but clear communication, consistency and trust matter a lot. When those things are missing, it creates a negative overall experience and fractures the relationship which is why we will not be returning.

My vehicle had been…read morehaving intermittent starting issues for about 4 months, and last week, my car up & died while I was driving, thankfully after 20 or so minutes it started & I was able to drive home. I took it to a mechanic (No Name) here in CH and they billed me $210.00 and couldn't locate the issue, so I brought it home. Well, this past Saturday my car wouldn't start, so I was told by a very good friend that I take it to TN3 Automotive, which I did (Had my car towed) on Tuesday. I'd previously contacted the owner, Tom, informing him my car was being towed to his shop, and so he took basic information regarding what types of issues I'd been experiencing, which I provided. I met Tom the following day, and he was genial, kind, listened intently, and just a solid individual through & through. He exudes honesty & integrity, and assured me he'd locate the issue, and he did just that. The thoroughness of his Teams assessment of my vehicle, every part captured by clear photos that included a specific narrative of my car parts issue, and whether it was deemed an emergency fix, or just watch & keep an eye on it was noted, & reassuring. Not once did he advise that I needed this or that done to my vehicle, but clearly enunciated in line of priority things I should take care of. Ended up being a PGMFI Main Start Relay why my car wouldn't start. Out the door for $340.00. Car is running excellent!! I have very high expectations of service providers, and he exemplifies the highest of integrity & standards!!
