I'd look elsewhere if I were you. First experience was decent when I got new rims and tires. Second was pretty bad and customer service is a joke. No matter what the issue is they will just tell you "that's normal". I got suspension and lowering springs, fist what they shipped was not what was described or pictures so I asked if that was a mistake. They said the website was wrong and what was sent was correct. Next I installed the suspension and the car sits high in the front and very low in the back. And by high I mean basically stock ride height in the front. And the rear is maybe a 1/2-1/4 gap above the tire. So my car looks like it has an invisible trailer on the hitch. 3 months of emails back and forth and no matter what I say or show they only ever respond with "it's supposed to be that way" And the icing on the cake , it took a month to ship the parts. Which turned out to be wrong and they have no inclination to fix the issue. read more

My husband recently purchased a new Tesla 2026 Model S in red and wanted to protect the paint on the exterior of his new car. So we went to T Sportline, Van Nuys, to get this done. The car was wrapped with a clear wrap coating plus a special ceramic coating. With this being done, we no longer have to have the car detailed, just washed with soap and water. In addition, he wanted to give the interior an "up-do ", so he had Elie reupholstered the lower dash, center console, armrest panel inserts plus the front and rear seats with Ferrari black leather with red stitching. When we went to pickup the car, it was spectacular. The exterior color of the red was magnificent. Absolutely amazing. The interior looks fabulous and so elegant and sophisticated. Wow, Wow, Wow!! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with T-Sportline--specifically with Elie Rothstein--was so unnecessarily combative and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased three used 20" T-Sportline wheels (exact part number) for my Tesla Model S and needed to source a matching fourth wheel. I reached out to T-Sportline directly to buy one new. For over a week, I could not reach anyone by phone or email. Multiple voicemails, multiple emails--nothing. When customer service finally responded, they confirmed they had exactly the wheel I needed sitting in their warehouse. That is where the ordeal began. I was repeatedly asked for my vehicle specs (which I promptly provided), only to be told they "couldn't sell the wheel" because an internal spreadsheet showed it wouldn't fit. This was confusing because I had already test-fitted the identical wheel on my car, verified load ratings, offsets, clearances, and everything else. The wheel fits. Perfectly. After more emails and more unreturned calls, Elie Rothstein eventually called me back. To say the conversation was unpleasant is an understatement. From the beginning, he was dismissive, argumentative, and constantly interrupting--seemingly uninterested in understanding the actual situation. His position boiled down to: "We're the manufacturer. Our spreadsheet says it won't fit. End of story." When I repeatedly and calmly explained that it does fit because I physically test-fit the same wheel and verified all technical criteria, he continued to push back without offering any concrete engineering reason beyond "it won't fit." The tone wasn't simply firm or cautious--it was combative, unprofessional, and genuinely off-putting. I've dealt with aftermarket automotive companies for years and have never encountered a conversation this hostile. Only after I pushed for a real technical explanation did he seemingly consult with an engineer. The engineer confirmed what I had been telling him from the start: Yes, you may lose some dry-weather performance on a narrower winter wheel, but it will work exactly as intended. I've now been running the wheel for two weeks with zero issues. Fitment is exactly as expected. The problem was never that T-Sportline wanted to be cautious. I respect that. The problem was the tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism displayed during every interaction leading up to that point. As a customer simply trying to purchase one wheel, I've never been treated with such hostility by a company--let alone by someone representing themselves as a leader within that company. After this ordeal, I will never buy from T-Sportline again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering them prepare for the possibility of the same combative treatment I experienced. Warning, false advertisement for their 10 year warranty for wraps we spent over $8,000 on wrapping our new cybertruck now the owner Adir doesn't even want to honor his warranty for his wrap that is peeling from underneath wrap only after 1700 miles on our new truck that's kept indoors one year old only this is ridiculous. I purchased a set of caliper covers for my model 3. There was an issue with the front driver side cover with stripped threaded insert. But customer service sent me a replacement asap. Very please with the look of the covers. They look much better than the typical offshore cover option. Very unique and fit the caliper correctly, not too big etc. read more

UPDATE: Hannah reached out to me and sent me 3 new TPMS which I swapped out. It turns out the other 3 TPMS valve stem wasn't screwed on completely with one valve stem broken. They are also crediting me the cost to swap out the TPMS sensors. Even though it was a big inconvenience for me, I'm glad they sorted it out and took care of the issue. That right there deserves a 4 star in my book. I purchased a set of wheels during their Labor Day sale for my Tesla Y Performance. While I expected a $500 discount (which seems to be a regular promotion every month), I placed the order on 8/31/2024. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation until 9/6/2024, which I understood due to the holiday. Two days later, I received only three wheels, despite living just three hours away from their shop. After tracking the fourth wheel, it showed repeated delays. I reached out via email, and two days later, Adir responded, claiming all four wheels were picked up but he would contact FedEx to file a claim. Long story short, the fourth wheel was mistakenly shipped to Connecticut, while I live in San Diego, and I didn't receive it until 9/17/2024--a clear shipping error by the shipping company. The good: I like the wheels and compliments the look of the Tesla Y Performance. The bad: After finally getting the wheels installed, I noticed that one of the TPMS sensors wasn't being detected by my Tesla, causing a TPMS error. I contacted support, and Adir advised me to reset it by reducing the tire pressure to 20-25 psi and then refilling it to 42 psi. While I followed this advice, I had a feeling something was off since the other three sensors were working fine. This was on Friday, 9/20/2024. After trying the reset, I drove 80 miles the next day, and the error persisted. On Sunday, I tried again, deflating to 19 psi and refilling to 42 psi, but the issue remained. I emailed Adir again with pictures on 9/22/2024 to ask for further guidance. By Monday, I had enough. I hired a mobile tire technician to swap the TPMS from my stock wheels to the new ones. Immediately after backing up, the error disappeared, confirming that the TPMS sensor that Tsportline installed was faulty. I emailed Adir again, requesting compensation for the cost of the swap. The good: 9/24/2024, Adir responded by offering to replace the broken TPMS sensor would credit my account for the $95 cost of having it swapped out bya mobile tech. The bad: Drove up to LA on 9/28/2024 and while driving I started to get the same TPMS system fault on the 3 other TPMS sensors that came with the wheel package. I made sure to take a pictures while driving and emailed it the company. It is now 10/2/2024 and no response from the company. I'll probably end up replacing the TPMS due to the slow response of customer service for Tsportline and I really have better things to do. Would I purchase or recommend them to others... probably not. Even though they did credit me on one of the faulty TPMS, the other 3 TPMS are starting to give me issues as well. Their lack of response on my recent issue tells me that if I ever have any future issues, they would most likely ignore the email. Also one more thing to add, they have a chat on their website that doesn't work, it will route you to create a ticket. If you call their number, no one will answer the call and you are forced to leave a voicemail which no one will return your call. Your only option is to email them which has a 2-3 day turn around time. read more

Purchased a set of their anti-sway bars for my Tesla M3. Delivery was very fast. Had a minor issue with a missing part in one of the packages. T Sportline got me a replacement within 5 days over the holiday. The anti-sway bars are great. They fixed the oversteer problem I was experiencing with the original M3 suspension. The car is much more stable and pleasant to drive up the canyons in CO now that I have the new suspension installed. read more

Ordered carbon fiber mud flaps for my Model S. When they arrived it turned out the mounting hardware was missing, and they sent me two of the same side. After contacting them to express my concerns I wanted a refund. However, Adir told me they could expedite sending me a replacement and would have it as early as the next day. Well several days pass and I receive nothing. I email back and Adir informs me that they haven't shipped the replacement yet and thanked me for my patience. Put me out nearly $1k more than expected. I argued about it how it should be their responsibility but they just whined about and refused to cover the difference for THEIR mistake. Placing an order over $700 which included a $112 2 day shipping which I paid for on Monday 8/12/2024 and it is not Monday 8/19/2024 have yet to receive my page nor has it been "shipped". One of the customer service rep by the name of Adir is completely incompetent to do his job and unable to provide any sort of clear any on why my packages have yet to ship. When asking for a refund he o my wanted to return my shipping which is ridiculous! I want my entire ordered refunded and no longer want the items due to the lack of communication and taking my money for 2 day shipping when nothing ships on time. Scam of a company!
