Have been waiting to visit once I saw they were opening this location near 99Ranch, Daiso, Teso, and SomiSomi! After a day of shopping, this sweet crepe was the perfect way to end the day of errands. Lots of seating areas with outlets in case you need to charge your phone or get work done. Lots of big windows to let in natural lighting and they have adorable crepe displays outside to lure you in, haha. We ordered via the digital cashier/ipad to get a blueberry cheesecake crepe. They also had mini crepes as well as refreshing drinks. It came out to ~$11.85 for one regular sized crepe, which is a little expensive. But, the crepe was pretty delicious. It came with blueberries, cheesecake filling, and ice cream. Service was great, often saw them cleaning the tables and our crepe came out super fast. I finally got a chance to try this place out after saving it on the gram!! Yummmmm!! I'm a true fatty (I mean foodie) at heart, so I love all things sweet AND savory. Well guess what?! You can get the best of both worlds here at T Swirl Crepe in Chandler! They have a bunch of different crepes to choose from and they are all made fresh right before your eyes. It's cool watching them create your masterpiece! We shared the Blueberry NY Cheesecake because duhhh, bloobs are my fave and so is cheesecake!! I think I got the Mango Green Tea, but it wasn't the best tasting imo. I would have liked it a bit sweeter, but I guess less sugar is better. Service wasn't bad. You could order from the 2 kiosks or from one of the cashiers. We waited about 10 minutes or so before our order was ready. It was everything I thought it would be! 11/29/25: a friend told us about T Swirl & this particular Saturday we decided to finally give it a go. The parking is a nightmare -- but may not be so bad during the off hours. Unfortunately, we stopped by during what was clearly the busy time of day. It's part of a strip mall & there are many other Asian shops (food, boba, sweets, etc) and the area was bustling w/ activity. Despite how busy the whole area was, we did not really have to wait very long to place our order, but it was close to standing room only. The seating was rather comfortable but the floor was pretty darn sticky & dirty. Again, they were busy so I'm sure customer orders come first, but a sticky floor is not a welcoming sight. The crepes were pretty good and likely would have been better had we eaten them there (still warm). Although I abhor all the plastic they used, it was a pretty handy carrying case for to-go orders. 11.21.25 - I had the week off and saw that they were having a grand opening so I went right around 11am. I believe I was 9th in line. I tried using the kiosk at first but couldn't find either of the two items I was looking for and the line was getting longer behind me. Finally, I decided to ask someone (might have been the owner?). She was very nice and helped me. The mini crepes are in a different section and they unfortunately didn't have the Double Eggs savory crepe yet. I ended up ordering the Crepe Brulee Mini w/ strawberries and the Angus Short Rib. Ended up running into our lovely Yelp Phx Ambassador Joyce and Mike W and joined them at their table. It took a while before my order came out. Understandable since these are made to order plus it was grand opening day and it was super busy/packed. They gave free teas with your crepe orders on this day! I believe it was mango tea. The crepe brulee was good but my favorite was the savory angus short rib. It was so flavorful!! Mango tea was refreshing. Stopped in again on 12.14.25. They were out of milk tea but was able to make the taro milk tea. I only wanted just the tea and no add-ons but it had boba when I received it. Gave this place a visit last night with family and we all enjoyed our crepes! We ordered four sweet crepes - two regular size and two minis. I ordered the mini Crepe Brulee with strawberry and it was delicious! We also ordered a mini mango raspberry, a regular strawberry cheesecake, and a regular strawberry banana with Nutella. The strawberry ice cream was delicious and I really liked the gooey consistency. The custard was also really good as it was not too sweet and just went will with the crepe. T-Swirl Crêpe just opened in Chandler and I'm already obsessed. The chocolate crème brûlée crêpe? LIFE-CHANGING. The perfect crackly brûlée top, warm crêpe, silky chocolate inside. Honestly, it's kind of unfair how good it is. Like gasped out loud kind of good. You get your choice of fruit with it and we went with strawberries. Delicious! The vibes are cute, the crepes are gorgeous (and gluten-free) and the team was friendly despite being already super-duper busy during soft opening week. Everything came out fresh and photo-ready.   Dessert lovers and crepe fans need to go here immediately. Arrived here on a Sunday at 4:30p and waited about 2 hours to receive my crepe order. Today marked the third day since their grand opening. Their soft opening was 2 weeks ago. They currently have a promo that offers a passion fruit tea drink with any regular size crepe order. The crepe comes in a regular size and a mini size. The crepes are made to order and the ingredients looked fresh. There are a variety of drinks, sweet crepes, and savory crepes to choose from. Prices are reasonable. My friend ordered their matcha chocolate truffle crepe and thought it tasted decent but it definitely would've benefited from being warmed. She liked the truffle pieces. 7/10 My husband ordered their short rib crepe and absolutely enjoyed it. He says the flavors were very tasty but it also could've benefited from being warmed upon receipt. 8.5/10 I ordered the lychee romantic crepe in the mini size and also loved the combination of flavors. However, it also could've benefited from being warmer. I thoroughly enjoyed the lychee pieces throughout the crepe and it wasn't overly sweetened. I would order this again. 8.5/10 It was very busy. So, I personally would wait for maybe another month or two before coming back to try other crepes. The workers were great and definitely trying their best to crank out all the orders. I've been here about five times now since they've opened and have yet to be disappointed by any of the crepes I've tried so far. I've also tried some of their drinks but was not impressed by any of them. Out of all the sweet crepes I've tried so far, my favorites would have to be the strawberry banana crepe for something not too sweet, and the crepe brulee if I want something super sweet. I've also tried some of the savory crepes and have really enjoyed the T-Swirl BLT and the Thai chicken. The most surprising one to me that I enjoyed more than I thought I would, was the Thai chicken. It was mildly spicy with plenty of chicken from top to bottom. What I really love about this place is how extensive their options are for both sweet and savory crepes. There's something for everyone's taste buds, ranging from not to sweet to tooth achingly sweet for sweet crepes. Not in the mood for sweet dessert crepes? Plenty of savory crepe options that will fill you right up as a meal. Service has been fine but understandably slow for making the crepes. The crepes and different styles are yummy and flavorful, but there are some kinks that have to be worked out (I understand it opened recently though). The biggest issue right now is how long it takes for everything to be prepared. On one of my visits about a month after opening, I was the first in line with one other person in the restaurant. I ordered a relatively simple Nutella and strawberry mini crepe and ended up waiting a good 20 minutes for my number to be called. There was a long line after I ordered, but I saw some of those that hadn't even ordered get their multiple crepes first. The menu is packed, sweet and savory crepes, fruit teas, slushies, milk swirl, milk tea, all the goodies. The cashier told me the wait would be about 35 minutes, but I still wanted to try it, so I ordered the Crepe Brûlée with blueberries and got it to-go. There were like seven people making crepes, and they all looked a little stressed, I'm guessing everyone's still new and getting the hang of things. But the crepe? Really good. We were heading to Daiso when we noticed this place. There were signs saying that if we bought a regular-size crepe, we'd get a free fruit tea. The line was short, so we hopped in, but unfortunately their tea machine was down, so we didn't get the free drink. We ordered a regular-size Strawberry Banana Hazelnut crepe. They also offer a mini size. The regular size is smaller compared to the Unicone crepes I've had in Washington, but it was still a good portion for one person. I've been to T-Swirl many times over the years on the East Coast, and I'm so glad they finally opened one here in the Valley. Their Japanese-style crepes have always been consistent. Reliably good, not mind-blowing, and usually not overly sweet. The new Chandler location delivers the same quality. They're currently in their soft-opening phase. We'd hoped to order the Crepe Brulee (we loved the one at Millet in LA and this is the only spot in the area that offers anything similar), but they'd already sold out by the time we arrived. We tried the Chocolate Crepe Brulee with banana instead. It was decent, but a bit sweeter than we prefer. The interior is airy and inviting - much nicer than some of the older locations back east. We'll definitely be back, but we'll probably skip the Chocolate Crepe Brulee next time. read more

I was in the area to shop for groceries at 99 Ranch Market in Chandler. I saw this establishment advertised/promoted on Instagram and decided to try it, the restaurant is just about 4 shops to the east of the 99 Ranch Market location of the strip mall. Upon entering, the a young lady was finishing up on attending to 2 other customers. I was immediately greeted by the young lady, once they were done. She was friendly and professional. I decided to try their Angus Short Rib, that was listed as spicy and a mini version of their dessert/sweet crepe and decided on their Matcha Chocolate truffle (that is garnished with sliced strawberries. This a small and simply decorated place with about 10 2-3 seat little tables and long booth on the wall. There is also a small bar seating with about 3-4 seats looking out on the parking lot. Once I placed the order, it took about 20-25 minutes for the food to be prepared, but they are cooked to order, so everything was fresh. The savory crepe was cooked, seasoned properly and dressed well with a sesame dressing. I would definitely come back and try other things. Definitely worth the wait and stop. read more

I'd probably give a 3.5 star to be honest, just cause service. I know this place is newer but service is pretty inconsistent, which is a huge bummer. Sweet crepes are fairly quick to make but if you want a savory one, definitely need patience. I went here for crepes with a friend and her husband. We got the one similar to dubai chocolate (chocolate, pistachios and a yummy yogurt sauce) which were delicious. My friends husband got a savory shrimp crepe and it took about 25 mins to come out. I like how they offer a small and large size of most crepes and they have a ton of options available. Hopefully service improves soon! Ok...what the heck is a Japanese Crepe?! Well asked the very kind owner and she explained, they're gluten free, crispy, hand held, and have more stuff in it like fresh fruit. Yep and all of that tracks! She's right. Opening day was today. We went and the line was long. We did wait about 20 min. But you order at counter, find a seat, and they call your number. There were a bunch of people behind the counter. Clearly being trained. The team was slow. But meticulous. They will speed up. The restaurant is comfortable. It was hopping. And not too loud. As for food, my lychee Romantic was delish. They are canned lychees not fresh. Cream was excellent. And my crepe had just the right amount of crisp and chew. I loved the fresh raspberries! We drove 45 minutes from home to try this place and it was completely worth it. We tried two of the menu items the teriyaki chicken crepe, and the mini Nutella and banana crepe. The crepe batter itself is delicious but the infusion of flavor of sweet and savory are mind blowing. Was anticipating the opening of this place. Being in the same plaza as such amazing and delicious restaurants and establishments such as A Ma's Kitchen & Pho, Boba and Brew Tea House, bb.q Chicken, etc. I had high hopes and expectations. What a mistake that was. I understand that grand openings come with chaos--lines, crowds, long wait times--but what I experienced was unlike any previous experience. My main issue was the woman--she seemed like the owner--who conducted herself very unprofessionally. She would speak AT her employees, as opposed to speaking TO them--there is a difference--and would raise her voice from time to time. There's speaking over the music and borderline yelling; she was doing the latter. On top of that, she constantly stepped in while customers were trying to order to let the (nice and polite) girl at the register know she was doing something--whatever it might've been--wrong. I've never seen a boss/manager act like that in front of customers. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If she had something to say, maybe go behind the counter and correct it that way. Maybe don't step in front of the customers while they're ordering. I mentioned before that long wait times were to be expected. I did not expect to wait over 20 minutes for 2 crepes. I especially did not expect for everyone and their mothers to get their crepes before me. A few people getting their orders before me? Fine. I can wait. Soon it was 5, 6, 7, 8 orders that came after mine that got called up. Again--fine. What wasn't fine--when I went up to ask about my order, only to be told that I had "already received it." So I'm just waiting in the pickup queue for fun? The crepes themselves...were okay. Nothing quite special; nothing to rave about. And definitely not worth having waited 20+ minutes for. read more
