With lady customers, he probably, cleans it up. He lied about damage to one of my plastic hubcaps. He denied the damage & blamed it on the carwash, that I go to. NO way the car wash caused the damage! I wanted the cabin filter changed, along with an overall inspection. It was not changed. I have been a solid customer, with hundreds of dollars spent. I've never had them go over an estimate but I have had them come in well under on one occasion. My…read morestarter failed on me on a Sunday and I had a string of gigs coming up the following week and knew I had to act fast. I was able to get my car towed to Casey's the following Monday (we used D&R Towing at the recommendation of the shop, and that was a great experience in and of itself, I left them a good review too. Thanks, Rich!) and my car was assessed the next day despite being told Wednesday-late Thursday was the soonest. I was in a pinch working an hour from home and needing the car back before noon today, but the crew got it in and sorted and had it back to me just shy of two days later! The price was as-quoted, no surprise fees or "other" issues that arose between my phone calls and arriving to pick the car up. I was also advised of some preventive maintenance to be done on my next oil change, but was told I can wait until then for that. We recently had to send our manual car in because of some starting issues. They listened to some other problems my husband was noticing and let him know what else they could look at while they were down there. If it was something they could do easily, it would save them time from having to take the part out again and fix it later, then they would be able to offer a discount on the bundled repairs. If the issue was something that required them to be in a different part of the car, then they recommended we wait because it would cost more for the labor of looking/disassembling/reassembling. Totally reasonable! While they were fixing the car, they noticed something with the clutch that was making it wear faster. They provided a recommendation that would improve the engagement plus allow it to last longer. Anyway, the details are just to prove that they're great to work with. They communicate really well and make sure you're comfortable and educated with your options.
