The tech confirmed and had me check my nails each step of the way to ensure they were perfect. AMAZING! If I could give 6 stars, I really would. Came for a quick pick me up while visiting out of town and I am very impressed. Tam. L was so so sweet and positive, we had some great conversation. This place is overrated because they provide alcohol. It's way overpriced and they give you the worst massage for pedicure. They painted my nails all choppy and looked like I painted them and did the pedicure at home. Might as well have cause I spent 40 dollars on just the most simple pedicure. I wanted to get something to spoil myself a bit for my birthday and this was a disaster the whole thing from start to finish. None of them behaved professionally and my nail lady maybe said two words to me the entire time. Horrible service and horrible job, if I could rate zero stars I would. Go save your money and time and go get yourself a 25 dollar pedicure somewhere else or do it at home. You'd be better off. read more

I haven't had a bad experience but I haven't had a great one either. The actual technicians are great and nice. But you really do feel like a number and not a person. We've done pedis here infrequently for about 4 years. Never had any issues, always got a massage chair. They serve beer and wine, which was the reason we tried them and kept coming back for girl time. Alcohol used to be free every day but now it is only free on Tuesdays. The gel manicure lasts a decent amount of time. This photo was 10 days later. The middle one chipped and peeled off and I'll probably just paint it myself until the others need to come off. read more

This was our second time here. First time I loves them, this time I walked out with tears. My wedding is Saturday, I showed them picture of what I wanted before beginning, and explained I wanted gold instead of silver. They asked if I wanted powder or gel, I explained I didn't know the difference I just wanted it to look like that. Got to the end with it not looking anything like picture I mentioned it to assistant manager that I wasn't happy and asked if that was really the closest they could do. He said ya because they don't have the right stuff.. Okay why wasn't I told that to begin with. Paid $70 for a full set that I hate.. I walked out just as tears started rolling. This salon was ridiculous. I'm giving it 2 stars because my first visit wasn't too bad. I went on a Wednesday at around 3pm and they were able to get me in right away. My process was fine, besides the fact that my tech spoke NO ENGLISH. I'm not saying a need to have a conversation with her, but when I ask her for pink with white tips I expect her to know what I mean. Over all the nails were fine... she painted outside the lines on my toes a bit but it wasn't anything acetone at home couldn't fix... However that brings me to today. One of my fingers had the gel fall off partially so I ran in to get it fixed before it all fell off. Because it had only been 2 days they were willing to fix it for me, however when the sake lady sat down to fix it she didn't understand what i was trying to tel here because once again she spoke NO ENGLISH. Eventually I just pull back the gel and say Fix it please. She started by painting a coat over it... we cured it and it did nothing because the under layer was not stuck to my nail. She then took nail glue and shot it up under my nail and told me she was done.... she got nail glue over all of my fingers! You call this a fix? I could have fixed it better! read more

I'm not one to write things on Yelp very often but a young lady named Lindsey deserves a YELP APPLAUSE and a Hip Hip Hooray for Customer Service....even more so during this past COVID year. I've been coming here for 3 years now and absolutely LOVE IT! Why? Many reasons... 1.) The first person to greet you is the fabulous Lindsey. She always has a bright smile and upbeat demeanor no matter what. Phones ringing off the hook, people doing drop-ins, technicians asking her a million questions...no problem for Lindsey. Even if they are completely full for the day, which they are in many cases, she makes you feel like you matter and schedules you for the first available. She makes you feel like your a FRIEND of T20. Who does that anymore? Lindsey does. Her calm, friendly and professional demeanor is consistent every time. She deserves big bonuses if she doesn't already get them. 2.) If you want an extra 5 or 15 minute extra massage for your pedicure, they'll do it and it's amazing. 3.) You can have bottled water, Champagne, Wine etc. while you have your service done. Linn is an amazing technician. 4.) Danny is the best manicure technician this side of the Rockies I swear! He's fast, good and always polite. Offers you a bottled water and paraffin dip with hand massage that cures achey hands. Well done T-20! With how busy they are, thinking another salon may need to be opened soon?! . After my mani I was brought over to the pedicure station where I soaked in warm & cold water for 90 min...with no service. I've gone twice in the past month thinking maybe the first time was just bad but the second time was worse. The first time I showed the reference picture of the girl wearing the white sweater and I got a totally different shape. People kept asking me if I intended to do that to my nails. The second time I just said coffin shape and red nails, to make it easy. The guy who did it only filled the top and didn't put any of the fill anywhere else. Because of that my nails are super thick up towards my skin and then so thin everywhere else, except the nails where he left a huge pile of nail polish at the tips. The nails are so thin that while he was filing them, it burned 3 of my fingers. Felt as if he filed too deep on my actual nails. The nails are even see through in the light. The length is all off on most nails. One even turns completely to the left. He also left a bunch of dust under the nail and painted over it. I thought of going back for them to fix them but I'm actually worried of what they'll need to do to get the nails off of the ones that were already burning when he filed them last time. read more
