Its like my tastebuds were caught off guard, but then it started to taste amazing a few seconds later. I forgot the name of the plain milk tea i got but it was just milk tea lol. They have many different flavors but im not into all that. They have a pretty cool system to customize your tea. You can choose your ice percentage and the same for sweetness. My favorite spot for tea in dublin!!! I'm sort of addicted to thai ice tea with pearls so I make a pit stop here before I go shopping to the outlets across the bridge. I love t4 but this one sucks, I went over this weekend to order a passion smoothie and they skipped my order mind you it took me over 20 minutes to get my drink I will never go back o this location the place wasn't even busy enough, And to top it off after I told them they skipped me the gentleman asked me for my receipt like if I was lying to him and they gave me a regular passion fruit tea not even the smoothie. This place is very inconsistent in making their tea. I have been there 3 times, each time the sugar level is different. One time at 50% is still very sweet, other time it has no taste. Overall feeling: both Earl Grey milk tea and Jasmine green milk tea, I didn't taste any tea flavor in these 2 signature drinks! They both taste like sweet water with cream. I am not sure if they even brew the tea in making these 2 drinks. I gave them 3 tries and won't be going back. I won't be paying $3+ for a cup of no flavor milk tea. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because I actually like the Tea. Customer service was the worst today! Today I went in to get my usual Taro milk tea. There was a girl who took my order that I normally haven't seen take my order before. When they called out my number I noticed it wasn't Taro. I tell her that I ordered a Taro tea. She then tells me I order something else! In my head I'm like I know what the hell I ordered! Then she looks at me rolls her eyes and walks away speaking her native language to the others making the drink. I was like that was rude!!! I should of told her to refund my money for being so unprofessional and rude to a paying customer! I walked away very upset. While I was driving I thought to myself that they needed to know that the way she acted was unacceptable. I called and asked who was the girl at the cashier was and she was the one who answered the phone. She began to argue with me explaining that I did order something else! Instead of an apology she argued and was rude because she believed I said something different! This is not the way you treat people who come into your business. I've been a frequent visitor of this particular t4 location and have had no problems whatsoever. Tonight I came in with a friend and we both ordered drinks. She took ONE sip of hers and decided she didn't like it and she explained that she had never tried it before and very kindly asked if they could exchange it for another one. Sabrina at the counter rudely said no and that she would have to pay for another one. Typically restaurants would want to satisfy the customer and would be more than happy to change out what they do not like, but not here. My friend had to pay $8 for one drink and was forced to throw away the other one that she didn't like instead of them exchanging it out for her. This is ridiculous and they need to act like they are happy to serve us, not like it's a burden to take our order. I'm very upset to say the least and will not be coming back because maybe the next time I do, I'll be forced to pay double. read more

The service was extremely slow, we waited 15 mins to get our drinks which seems wrong. I always go to t4. Specially this one since it's nearby. They used to have good food and drinks which i love until recently. For some reason, the place is now DIRTY. They don't refill the napkins. Their sauce is awful and floors and tables are sticky and it smells. The popcorn chicken, which is supposed to be for snall bites are humungous! I know this, because i've compared it to other branches (which have the ideal and good ones) and the main reason why i yelped review this now, is because of the pearl milk tea that i ordered, the one which i order every single time i come here. IT TASTES LIKE SOAP. i don't know how or why. Buy it did taste like soap. The very first time i ordered a milktea that tastes like soap. I had them change it after my first 3sips and returned it. And when i did ask for them to change it, they were very hesitant to change it like they don't know what i am talking about. I am not a person who complains much but this time it is really weird. And when they did change it, IT STILL TASTES LIKE SOAP. i didn't complain anymore and threw my drink. A perfect waste of $6. read more

Didn't seem as clean or inviting inside as the one in San Ramon that I visited the day before at about the same time of day - both around 5:30pm on weekdays. A lot more traffic though, and harder to find parking cuz of the layout at the plaza there. We are frequent a this Dublin location because the food and drinks were really good when it first opened. They were a little pricey for their sizes but the taste was good enough to over look it. However, they recently changed their serving sizes for their food. Which wouldn't be too big of an issue except for the fact that they charged the same price. $4.25 for barely 10 thumb sized pieces doesn't sound very reasonable. I was pretty excited to try this place as it is one of the few boba places in the livermore/ pleasanton area, but after today , I dont think I'll be back. I ordered a large honey green tea with white pearls at 80% sugar and lite ice, which came out to be 4.65. Holyy, even purple kow in Berkeley with their huge cups and other better boba places dont charge that much for a standard drink. Because of the higher than average price, I was at least expecting the drink to be decent, but nope, at a first glance, the drink that I received was more than half ice and barely had any pearls in it. While I couldnt do anything about the pearls, I did ask them to take out some of the ice as it was a pretty cold day. The second drink I got still had a significant amount of ice, but I just took it because i didnt want to keep bothering them. So much disappointment as my tea was deathly sweet and tasted of nothing but sugar and water. Service itself was not friendly at all. I've been here twice in one week, served by two different people, ordered different drinks each time but still disappointed by the service and the drinks. It would make a difference if the cashiers greeted me with a smile. They seemed like blah or whatever about their job. The second time I went, I had been waiting a bit for my drink even though there were two or three other workers behind the counter. I saw some drinks on the counter and asked one of the workers if my order was ready. I showed her my ticket and she completely ignored me! She had been holding my drink and was finishing preparing it because I saw her bring the drink to the counter where the other drink I ordered was but she could've answered me.
