Service is slow, you order on a kiosk or scan the app with your phone, no real customer interaction which is ok but been here 20mins for two tea drinks and they've called 3 other orders. I visited the location on a weekday (Thursday) at 12pm, right when it opened. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, so the wait wasn't long at all. I received my order pretty quickly. I got the Okinawa milk tea, popcorn chicken, and calamari. The milk tea was perfect-just the right level of sweetness, and the boba wasn't hard. It was soft and chewy. The calamari and basil popcorn chicken were flavorful. I honestly expected the worst for the calamari, but was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It wasn't chewy and had a crisp exterior. The popcorn chicken was just as great. Since it's a new spot, I had low expectation, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience, and the staff was fantastic. read more

I placed an online order for an earl grey milk tea with pudding and a winter melon tea with boba. A couple minutes later, they called to say that they ran out of boba, so I subbed with lychee jelly. Once I got to T4 my drinks still weren't ready, so I asked an employee about it. They said my drinks were coming and then gave me someone else's order. I told them my actual order and had to wait some more before they gave me just one of my drinks. They forgot about the other drink, which was a winter melon tea, and when it was finally ready they gave me a winter melon milk tea with boba. I just took it because I didn't want to wait anymore. In total it took 40 minutes from the time that I ordered to produce 2 drinks, which is ridiculous. The drinks tasted fine at least. read more

Wasn't expecting much because every drink I got at the Fairfield location was bad. But this time I got the Sunny Fresh Fruit Tea. It was pretty refreshing and had real apple and lime slices! They ran out of boba though. read more

My 2nd trip here. The first time I went, I ordered at the window and had to wait for a bit, but I think it's because they had to deal with some annoying 'Karen' customer before us. Our teas were delish, popcorn chicken was great too. Today, I decided to order online, and everything went smooth! I chose a time slot that was about 20-30 minutes out. They called me to let me know that my order was ready. I thought that was very courteous! Everything was great! Had it for the first time today. Ordered basil popcorn chicken, taro milk tea, and roasted oolong milk tea- both with grass jelly. All on point in my opinion. I'm also taking into consideration that they haven't been open that long. I've been to other T4 locations so at this point in time I feel this location's quality is decent. read more

Save yourself the disappointment and go to Quickly or ShareTea instead. It took literally 10 minutes for them to take my order, even though I was the only person in line. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my drink. I ordered a large taro milk tea with pearl, 100% sweetness. I didn't start drinking it til I drove off and boy was I pissed. It was so bitter tasting -- the worst boba I've ever had. Tried adding Chobani Sweet Cream once I got home, but it just wasn't it. This place sucks. read more

The only way to order was through a kiosk, which was fine. But I didn't realize there was a reason for that. There was one employee working on all the drinks, bagging up the cooked food and calling them out to customers. She did an amazing job and kept calm, cool and collective. When I arrived there had to have been 5 different groups of people waiting on their orders. I order 4 drinks, no food at 12:14 pm. I waited patiently because I honestly didn't want to make the employee feel pressured or any type of way. The owner was there but he was going in and out of the establishment not even worried or checking on her. It was obvious they were short staffed but the owner didn't decide to check on her and help until 12:45 pm. Another employee finally showed up and added on to help I think close to 1 pm. I continued to wait as they dished out orders. Mind you, they take online and door dash orders so those 5 transactions before mine added to the delay. I received my 4 drinks at 1:11 pm, waiting exactly 57 minutes for 4 drinks and no food. As much as I wanted to cancel the order, I didn't want to add to the pressure on the employee. A message to the store owner: do better! Take care of your business because that was absolutely unacceptable. I'll have to purchase my boba somewhere else. read more

Was looking forward to this place because an old friend told me about it but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my drink only for it to have been forgotten that the ice melted lol. There was also another person who had an issue with her order at the same time. I asked the girl at the counter when the drink would be ready 15 minuets in and she told me they forgot it on the side and made me a new one. Don't think this place will be my go to but hopefully with time they improve better than the Dairy Queen though. read more

Service and quality is absolutely awful. I would rather drive to the Fairfield location when I'm craving boba or a snack. The children working here are disrespectful and lack work ethic in every way.
