My friend and I decided to stop by for breakfast before helping out at the Brooks Truckload sale. It was the perfect opportunity because I would never come to Bothell if it weren't for such purposes. We got the savory focaccia, custard bun, and the yuzu cream puff (probably not their official names, but you'll understand what I mean when you see them). My absolute favorite was the custard bun - the custard was smooth and just the right amount of sweetness! And the bun was fluffy. Focaccia was also pleasantly fluffy but it's kinda messy to eat because your fingers will get sticky. The focaccia was good to eat outside -- I never recognized its garlicky scent while eating it outside, but the scent was pretty strong when I tried to eat the leftover at home. Cream puff was also good, but I don't prefer items with a lot of heavy cream, so it was not my favorite. As for drinks, the latte was good! I liked how the drinks came with a complimentary piece of chocolate. That chocolate was very good. Service is average. It's not really friendly but they seemed to be going about business as usual. Bathroom is clean and it was clutch because I had to go wash my hands after eating the focaccia. No one seems to know what's up with the dining area indoors. They have a pretty nice setup of dining tables inside, but they're blocked out. Each table said they are reserved and had some kind of menu on it. Maybe they have another purpose outside of T55?? I'm curious. They did have like three outdoor seating which worked just fine.
This place is actually so good, if you ar win the area and have a chance to go you should, everything was good. Is there even a point to me reviewing their shit changes, but enough of it was good for me to just recommend the place. The cake thing was like a big ass ferrerro rochet with banana bread and chocolate around it I hope they sell it again some time. Revisited this bakery a few times since they've opened and I'm blown away every time. The cakes and pastries themselves look like works of art and you can tell there's a lot of attention in detail put into every single piece. My favorite is the choux with the flower on top. We also got matcha and coffee drinks which were well done. The staff were friendly and were very excited to tell us about some of the pastries we weren't sure about. The space has home and kitchen items to look at while you're waiting in line and the line does move fast so if you come on a weekend don't get scared away. One of my favorite bakeries and definitely recommend!!!
T55 Patisserie is definitely a bit out of the way, but the drive is a million percent worth it. The bakery serves up a rotating menu and while there were a couple misses, the highlights will absolutely blow your socks off. It's only street parking near the store, but downtown Bothell doesn't get too busy. The store is also extremely tiny, with only space for 2 parties to order at once and a few outdoor tables for seating. Went with some friends around 9:30AM on a Saturday and nothing had been sold out yet. The wait can get a bit long though as even though there were only 3 groups ahead, we waited nearly 20 minutes to enter the store. Highlights: - Banana Cake (4.5/5): Think of a Ferraro Rocher, but instead of a crappy wafer, it's a shell of chocolate and hazelnut around the moistest banana cake and topped light whipped cream. - Black Truffle Goat Cheese Focaccia (4.75/5): Probably a 5 right out the oven, but perfect texture with light crunch, airiness, and chew. Flavors are amazingly balanced with some funk paired with a bit of honey / sweetness; I don't even like goat cheese and I still dream about this sometimes. Skip: - Chocolate Chip Cookie (2.5/5): It's not bad, but they do soooo many things well and this is just okay. Nothing special and the chocolate is good, but the dough itself just was a bit firm (but not crispy).
Finallllly, made it out here after years of wishing/waiting/wondering where Susu Dessert Bar went as its first location in Chinatown is heavily visited by me. Susu, always a highlight in Chinatown, was just different, Michelin worthy pastries that produced early, long lines. I remember nostalgically all of us waiting in line and staring through the window looking and praying that what we want/came for would still be available when we finally got to order. It was part of the charm. Fast forward, they moved to Bothell, with a new name T55 Patisserie. But honestly Bothell is just out of the way for me and I suspect for many more too, but I'm sure the locals there don't mind as now its closer to them, Lucky! :) Its definitely still a 5 star eating experience, and I wish them well and know they will do well, but really wish they were back in Chinatown so I could see them way more. Every bite...."so good when it hits your lips!"
I finally visited T55 Patisserie for a mid-morning coffee and pastry run. This shop is located in downtown Bothell. There's available street parking in front of the shop or across the street. Their space is cute and cozy. There's no indoor seating, however there are tables reserved for customers on the sidewalk. Beautiful pastries are displayed behind a glass case with a brief description of their fillings and ingredients. Staring at the selections, I can already feel the pressure of making my selection. I just threw caution to the wind and ordered an iced americano, cardamon bun, and banoffee choux. The cardamon bun was dredged in sugar and had a delightful crisp. The cardamon flavor was perfect. The banoffee choux was filled with a toffee, bananas, and cream filling. This was topped with a buttercream and banana coulis which was decorated like flower. This all disappeared within a few bites. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this pastry shop and will definitely return to try the other pastries.
A French-Asian pastry shop that features a small selection of pastries and coffee from Fulcrum. I've been wanting to go here but the hours before were challenging to make, but now, they do open weekdays 10am-3pm so it was a good excuse to swing by on a Friday. I came close to 10:30am and there was a line, so it must be good. The small selection meant quality over quantity. Parking is free and plentiful street parking or the garage but I didn't really research on logistics on that. I got the black truffle goat cheese focaccia and passion fruit raspberry choux. Coffee menu is decently different from the standard lattes - they had Asian inspired flavors like yuzu, so I decided to get the yuzu caramel latte. Black truffle goat cheese focaccia - has some honey so it's more sweet and savory. The goat cheese was fresh and creamy, and the black truffle flavor is apparent but not too dominating Passion fruit raspberry choux - WOW. Each bite was heavenly. A lot going on here - the filling is a passion fruit cream with raspberry jam. The bites outside are slightly flaky and soft at the same time. The cream is fairly thick and the center passion fruit jam is tangy. This is one of best pastries I've had! Yuzu caramel latte - a bit sweet but the yuzu flavor is apparent and works well with the coffee. I enjoyed it, though I wished they served without the lid for the latte art and I self serve put the lid on thereafter, but no biggie Downside of this place is that it's super far from the city where I live, but the choux is worth the journey again. Overall, excellent pastries especially the choux. I'd be curious of their new fine dining concept ILMU which is open for reservations on Resy.
How have I not reviewed this place? Anyway, my husband and I have been to T55 twice in the last month or so. The first time we went, it was shortly after they opened. There was already a line but we only waited less than an hour. An employee came out and showed the drinks menu to everyone so we can order drinks while waiting to get inside to order pastries. For the drinks, we got the yuzu caramel latte and the pandan matcha latte. OMG! Both drinks were delicious. The coffee was strong and the syrups did not make the drinks too sweet. For the pastries, I don't even know where to start coz we got a lot! All I can say is we loved every single pastry we got and I'm excited to come back for more! The second time we came, it was on Father's Day and it was towards their closing time. The pastries were sold out except for the Passionfruit coffee dessert so we only got drinks. We ordered the yuzu caramel latte again and tried the genmaicha latte. I'd say the genmaicha latte was good, but the pandan matcha latte stole my heart. You can actually preorder if you don't want to wait in line especially on weekends! If you don't, just come early! The service is pretty quick anyway!
I finally was able to make it up here to try some of the desserts I've heard so much about. Sadly, the cafe area was not open and a lot of Items on the menu I had wanted to try were not offered mid week but the ones I did try had nice textures, gentle complex flavors and were overall light. Price point was a bit higher than I expected for a few small items (average $8/each) but still nice to try.
I have had this place bookmarked for a few months now, but when a friend shared one of her strawberry matcha choux with me one day, I immediately had to come and get more. & not to mention, I am not even a sweets person. It was slightly past noon on a Friday, and although the selection in the display case was very limited, I was glad to see there were still some strawberry matcha choux left! If you wanted to secure your top picks though, pre-ordering is available each Wednesday after 5pm for pickup on the weekend. To drink, I ordered the iced pandan matcha latte, which I was happy with. The two flavors went well together, although the pandan was very subtle. The pastries here are very intricate compared with most other bakeries. I am hoping for the matcha tart and durian flavors to come back into their weekly rotation soon because those are the ones I've been wanting to try! In April they will finally be opening ILMU, which is a restaurant that offers a 6 course tasting experience. I am definitely looking forward to coming back for that as well :) If you wanted to sit down and eat your pastries, their only seating for that is outside. Parking was not too difficult. There is both street parking and garage retail parking available.
Came here around 2pm on a Wednesday and while some things were sold out they still had other options. I tried their black sesame raspberry choux, tart, guava drink, truffle chocolate, passion fruit hazelnut coffee dessert cup and goat cheese black truffle focaccia. Everything was delicious! I wouldn't get the truffle chocolate or the guava drink again since they weren't anything too special, but the choux, the coffee cup and the focaccia were amazing. Flavours are blended well together and I love how the dressers are not too sweet! It's a small place inside and there are spots for you to sit outdoors. There isn't a lot of space however, so if there is a line, except to take the food to go.
Stopped by here randomly a little bit before they closed, we decided to grab two treats: the chocolate chunk hazelnut cookie and apple Szechuan crumble cake. I really liked the chocolate cookie and it's one of my favorites I've had in a long time, I also liked the cake but it wasn't my favorite but definitely very unique and not like anything I've had before. The service is very nice and friendly and fast. The shop Is pretty small and there's a sign outside that says only 5 in line for inside. There seems to be an area to sit but i guess it was reserved or something because it was blocked off.
I am a big fan of SUSU Dessert Bar in Seattle's CID. So when I heard via IG that they were taking over another patisserie spot in revitalized, downtown Bothell, this is a definite score for northenders! I showed up half an hour early for the first day of their soft opening and there was already a line! Thankfully, I'm accustomed to lines to popular brick and mortars and pop ups. The interior has definitely well thought out space: pastry case, coffee counter, well curated retail, and the ability to see into the professional production kitchen. It's like a boutique bake shop with an amalgam of Sur La Table or Pacific Food Importers. However, there is no indoor/outdoor seating. Retail items included Emile Henry baking gear, beautiful tea towels, wooden utensils, Valhrona Chocolate, Fermin meats, Maldon sea salt, evoo, assorted mustards, baking decor, as examples. Featured coffee (Silver Cup & Urban City Coffee beans) and tea, with beer & wine forthcoming. Bought a kouign amann ($5), Basque cheesecake ($6.90), cherry chocolate financier ($4.80), and a yuzu sesame mooncake ($10)! Please note that this visit was on day 1 of their soft opening period. I'm sure the product line, retail items, business hours, et cetera could change accordingly as time goes by. I recommend following timely updates via Instagram. Nice addition to downtown Bothell's business core and proximate to another indie cafe a block away and an established bakery across the street. read more
- Review for soft opening only on Saturday 9/3/22 - Store opens at 10 am, came around 10:30 am and lime was wrapped around the corner. Probably 60th in line and got to the counter around 1 pm. For the soft opening, there were a few pastries such as the lemon meringue tart, chocolate cookie (the name was much better than this but the sign was taken away we got closer), and some others. But the main attraction was the mooncakes in unique flavors. I've supported SUSU bakery in ID, so even though I don't like mooncake, I'm willing to give it a shot with their twist on it. To note, I wish they updated their IG or had staff inform people in line how many mooncakes were left. I know it's a soft opening and they're figuring things out but something like how Flourbox (notorious for lines) updates via IG story and a sign outside on the remaining number would be helpful. This may require an additional staff member but the person helping wrap up the mooncakes could possibly communicate this info. My group picked up 4 mooncakes and there were about 10 left with at least 20 people behind us. Just a suggestion to respect your loyal customers willing to wait in the line for hours. Our group of friends enjoyed the green tea and was the favorite. The cranberry was surprisingly not bad and people found it enjoyable. The honey grapefruit was the least favorite but that may be due to personal preference. Our first choices were sold out - milk tea, pu'rh, yuzu sesame, and red bean orange. What likely slowed down the line were the drink orders so they eventually had the barista bring a card reader and take orders for those in line which helped speed up the process. The lemon meringue tart was well made! I love how the toasted meringue added some complexity to the flavor and tasted less like egg. Perfect amount of tartiness and the crust was firm but still had some moisture. Look forward to what other things are in store and the process being more smooth for the grand opening! read more

I've been a big fan of susu especially when I used to live in downtown Seattle. Since we moved to Eastside I was ecstatic to learn they're opening a shop in bothell. I'm not a huge moon cake fan but I knew I had to try t55's version so I came first day of soft opening. We got there half an hour before opening and already there were 6 ppl ahead of us. Honestly I was a bit surprised lol- I foolishly thought the line would be better than susu in ID since this was bothell. For the soft opening there were only a few pastries available besides mooncakes. I got two mooncakes and a cookie decorated with caramel and raspberries. The cookie was delicious. Still haven't eaten my mooncakes yet but my friend who also bought some said they were yummy! The shop itself is also adorable- with shelves full of really the highest quality ingredients. Eye candy for any foodie. I can't wait till they start offering more items- the owner told us there would be a LOT bigger daily selection of pastries/ breads (like 16+ items) once they get to full operations and they even plan to offer sandwiches. I'm hoping the lines ease up a bit though! I had friends who came later and ended up waiting almost 2 hours before buying their mooncakes. read more

Their pastries are always so unique and delicious! My favorite here is the black truffle goat cheese focaccia. It is super easy to pre-order and pick it up, no more long lines! One suggestion is to pick a few classic items such as croissants to be on a regular menu! read more
We went there on a Saturday morning and the line was longgg! Everyone was so friendly and the interior was so beautiful. They had an array of different pastries that were so unique - particularly their durian choux and Tom yum scone. I'm not sure how often they change their menu but if they do, I'll definitely be coming back to check it out. Pricing wise, it is on the higher end, but it was absolutely delicious! Would give it a go if you're in the area! read more
Everything looked amazing and super tempting but the desserts were pretty average. It took almost 45 mins wait time to order, but once we were in the service was good. I loved the fulcrum coffee, but the orders need to be take away as it doesn't offer a place to sit. It had a nice ambiance. read more
Stopped by to try T55 after having it on my list for months - I made a point to go on a weekday early afternoon to see if I could avoid the lines I had read about and was lucky enough to be basically the only people inside. They're currently renovating to include a dining space, which I'm very excited about! First impression - the inside was incredibly clean, and visually appealing. We took a peak at the drink menu while checking out the pastries in the case and behind the glass on the counter. It seems that they have rotating breads and pastries (and potentially some mainstays?) that are offered, which all looked so mouthwatering that I asked the staff for their input. The owner was so sweet and helped answer our questions and pointed us towards some of the popular choices. We opted for a cortado, mango refresher, matcha rice tart, and the berry cheesecake choux. The drinks were lovely, albeit the mango refresher was just a tad sweet for me, but the pastries blew me away. I peeked into the kitchen while at T55 and saw staff prepping them, but I couldn't believe just how delicious they were. I'm actually a bit sad I waited until I was home to try them, because I would have gone back in and ordered more!!! I'm already planning another visit here because the pastries blew me away. I had this place in my bookmarks forever, I almost never visit Bothell and I never thought of driving up here just for this place. But today there was Delfino's Chicago style pizza's food truck in Bothell, and for that I would drive to the moon LOL. So I got my Delfino's special (wonderful as usual btw) and realized that I was at 3mins walking distance from T55. Well, how could I not take the opportunity to try it. They're renovating the place, so only a small space is open, with the pastry case, espresso stuff and cashier. There was a bit of a line, but it went very fast. All pastries looked amazing. Got basque cheesecake, hazelnut choc chip cake and a whiskey truffle. The basque cheesecake was a bit of a let down, but maybe it's just my taste. It tasted of pure Philadelphia cheese... the hazelnut choc chip cake was good, but not mind blowing. Probably delicious dunked in coffee. The truffle was very good. There was an amazing looking banana caramel cake, but I don't like banana desserts unfortunately. If it was a hazelnut something cake, that would have been my choice for sure. read more

10/10 You can tell how much thought has been put into each menu item. We went before opening and there already was a line growing and by the time the store opened the line grew across the block. The inside of the store is so beautifully curated and the service was also great. I love that they have an open kitchen concept so you can see the the team making some of the pastries in such a clean environment. Id recommend going with a group of people so you're able to try more pastries and drinks and definitely going ahead of the store opening so you can find parking nearby. read more
T55 Patisserie is the latest venture from the owners of SUSU Desert Bar. I finally made it here on a Saturday morning at around 11:00 am and there was already a long line. It took me about 45 mins to finally get to the front counter to order and they were already out of a few of the selections and down to the final few pieces on most others. Their menu is a mix of a rotating selection with a few staples. I got the Whiskey Truffle, Lemon Matcha Choux, and Passion Fruit Shiso Tart. The flavors were subtle, and the pastries were light & airy. Chef Fai does an amazing job combining Southeast Asian flavors and French techniques to come up with some really unique baked goods. In addition to tasting good they also look like works of art, really gorgeous and it does live up to the hype. Whiskey Truffle - 5/5 One of the best truffles I have tasted. It was chocolate goodness with a slight hint of whiskey. This was my favorite. Passion Fruit Shiso Tart - 4/5 The Tart was nice & crispy, and the passion fruit was flavor forward. I did not get much of the shiso flavor though. Lemon Matcha Choux - 3.5/5 The Choux pastry was so light and airy, but the lemon flavor overpowered the subtle Matcha flavor. This was my least favorite of the 3. The space is also big enough to hold a market section stocked with baking supplies, jams, caramels, sauces, chocolate, and coffee and also serve espresso & other drinks. Tip: - Get here at least 15 mins before opening time to get a chance to have your choice of baked goods selections. read more

Yes there's a line even before they open but the line moves pretty fast based on my experience here. Staff were friendly. We're just happy that there's a good croissant place in Bothell now to fulfill our cravings. Pastries review: Plain croissant (4/5) - buttery and flaky, one of the better croissant we've had north of seattle. Focaccia (4.5/5) - this was my fav thing here, the texture of the focaccia was spot on. I love that they let us pick which part of the bake we'd prefer (crusty side or center section). I've been missing the focaccia from Il Corvo after they closed down and this totally satisfied my cravings! Pineapple choux (4/5) - Quoted from my husband "best choux puff I've had in a very long time". I thought the flavors and textures were good but it was a little too sweet for me. Kouign amman (3.5/5) - If you crave a kouign amman, this will totally satisfy your cravings. It was a little too crunchy and sweet for my liking. If you like crunchy things, this might be a good one for you! Pandan matcha latte (3/5) - loved the idea of pandan and matcha together but the matcha flavor was faint. We couldn't really taste the matcha in the drink. I appreciated that it wasn't very sweet but it definitely tasted light and watered down. Overall we'll be back for more pastries :) read more

BEST croissant I've had! I'm so in love with T55 and I've been spreading words to friends to come check this place out ever since my first visit. The desserts here are sooo cute (c'mon, a flower cream puff? sign me up) every item is a piece of art, beautifully and freshly made each day, and they taste just as amazing as their looks. I've tried their famous flower choux, regular croissant, durian choux, flower-shaped chocolate croissant, basque cheesecake, and lemon basil tart. The only thing that isn't to my liking is the lemon basil tart but the rest are fabulous. I highly recommend getting the croissant, flower choux, and basque cheesecake. Also, their drinks are pretty unique and tasty too. I tried their genmaicha latte and it was amazing. The super nice owner lady said they will introduce hojicha in fall and I can't wait :) definitely planning to go back to try all of their menu. In terms of the line, it wasn't too bad based on my two visits so far. Went there last time around Sunday noon and took us about 20 minutes to wait in line and get our orders. No wait at all the first time we went (also Sunday noon/ after lunch). The only downside is there is no indoor seating. They set up a few tables and chairs outside but those get taken fast. Best to order for take out. read more

Life's simple joy can start in a little cafe in Bothell. I was lucky to get the last slice of cheese cake today. I also got a yuzu caramel latte and the matcha puff pastry. Let me tell you, I didn't think much about yuzu and caramel but they just balance each other so perfectly. I know I will have craving for this latte from now on. read more

Finally stopped in here today. I bought the Banana Carmel Cake for a small birthday celebration with my parents. I also bought the Black Truffle Goat Cheese Focaccia, and an oat milk latte. It was the best Oatmilk latte I've ever had. The Focaccia was very good too, but the Cake was AMAZINGLY! I've never had anything like it. At first my mother said she was only going to have a bite because she didn't need the sugar, but after tasting it she not only ate her pieces but started picking at mine and eating the crumbs in the box. Given my mom usually won't eat sweets, this was high praise. Both my parents kept talking about how good it was with every bite they took. I will definitely be looking for more opportunities to buy this cake, and stop by for a latte. read more

Fantastic pastries that are delicious, beautiful, and worth the wait! When we got here at 9:45am on a Saturday morning (15 minutes before scheduled opening) there were already a dozen people in line ahead of us, and by the time they opened around 10:05am there were another 20+ people behind us. Thankfully the line moves pretty fast once they open, and they have someone going through the line to get drink orders so that also helped speed us along. Our favorites were the Forest Fruit Cheesecake Choux (pronounced shoe) and the Parisian Milk Bread. Both had fantastic fruit fillings that perfectly complemented the soft moist pastry/bread. The Flower was also a winner with its flaky crust and dark chocolate in every bite. Least favorite was the apple crumble, it had good fruit flavor but there was a bit too much going on with the spicy Szechuan kick, it left a odd after taste. However, we can't wait to go back and try more of these pastries, so glad to have this kind of bakery in downtown Bothell! read more

T55 is an absolute must-visit for any cake and pastry lover! While there's often a line out the door, the heavenly baked goods are well worth the wait. Their cakes are true works of art - beautifully decorated and even more delicious than they look. From light, airy chiffon cakes to decadent mousse creations, every bite is pure bliss. The pastries like the buttery croissants and flaky danishes are also top-notch. The coffee is just average, but you're really coming here for the stellar baked treats anyway. With such high demand, items do sell out, so go early for the best selection. A little patience is required, but T55's incredible cakes make any wait time a small price to pay for pastry perfection! read more

Small pastry shop that produce good quality parries/cookies but seem low on quantity. We went twice - first time it was out of pastry (during soft opening). Second time very limited items left. We got a double chocolate cookie and this other item I can't recall the name. I liked the chocolate cookie and can tell it was good quality. The nuts on the cookie is also roasted and coated with some sugar caramel, I believe. The other item has a soft cream on top and some cream mix with fruit in the middle. That item was very well received by my family. I hope the shop will increase the quantity and variety so that even if people come at 2 pm can still have choices. read more
The pastries here are super impressive, but be prepared to wait in line if you're coming on a weekend. I came right when they opened on a Sunday AM and left after about 1 hour. The shop itself is super cute and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I ordered an assortment of pastries (almost everything actually) and my favorites were the pineapple Szechuan financier, the flower (chocolate croissant), and the basque cheesecake. The flower was the best chocolate croissant I have ever had because usually biting into a croissant is such a mess and you don't get chocolate in every bite, but with the flower you can just remove each petal easily with no mess when you bite in since the petals are bite-sized, and there's chocolate in each bite - truly perfect. read more
TDLR: moon cakes are not worth $10/each and long lines be aware. Line wrapped around the corner at 10am and got our food around 11:20am. I LOVE susu dessert bar but wasn't as impressed by this one so far. Skip the moon cakes. They are good but nothing exceptional. Gula Melaka (palm sugar) was average and pu'er tea was more interesting but not much better than the store bought ones. Got a banoffee cream puff and a truffle madeleine. 8/10 but wasn't amazed. Just didn't happen to like the flavors but I'm not giving up on t55 yet read more
This bakery is very unique! Nestled in downtown Bothell directly across the street from the iconic Ranch Drive-in. The croissants are elevated in design and taste to the next level, my family and I have been back multiple times since our first discovery and know we will be frequenting for years to come. The staff is so friendly and don't be put off by any long line, because they have a good system in place and the line moves fast! read more

Tried T55 again on a Sunday. This time we stood in line at 9:40. There were only a couple of people but the line got longer at 10. There is no limit to how many pastries someone can buy so the popular ones will sell out fast. I found that a lot of people in the back of the line aren't able to get pastries so I'd recommend getting there at 9:50-10 if you want to try something popular like the Kouign Amann. The best bakery in Seattle area. T55 does not miss. The technique is flawless and the Asian-inspired flavors always surprise and delight. New menu every week. Must try the Banoffee Choux and Kouign Amann. Coffee/Tea here is also top notch. Everything is limited and there will probably be a wait. Just do it. It's worth it. read more

T55 was a wonderful experience. I say that even though we had to wait in-line for an hour to get our yummy treats. There's no indoor eating, so assume whatever you get is to go. There's plenty of free parking in the underground lot around the corner, and it was a nice day (sunny, no rain and not uncomfortably cold), so my significant other and I had a nice time just jabbering away. If you're getting drinks as well, they'll start taking orders before you even enter, plus they give you a menu of the day's pastry choices. There were about 15 to choose from on this morning. We chose the basque cheesecake, the banana coconut cake, the matcha rice tart, and the black truffle goat cheese focaccia. They were all delicious. The cheesecake was less dense than a New York style cheesecake, but not as moist as Italian. I'd give it 4 stars. The matcha rice tart had a lovely little crunch to go with the creamy center. Also 4 stars. The banana coconut cake had a chocolate outer layer which wasn't expected. Another delicious 4 star item. The biggest surprise was the focaccia. After a quick zap in the microwave it was a delicious savory surprise. That gets 5 stars. So, my recommendation is to get yourself up to Bothell, wait in line for an hour and grab some of the best pastries you can get. You won't be sorry. read more
Cute little shop with delicious pastries and small, niche kitchen items to shop for while waiting in line such as yuzu olive oil, smoked olive oil, black truffles, and kitchen utensils! While waiting in line, we had a worker take our drink order and they delivered it to us in line while waiting to get to the counter for our pastry order. It's a small shop, but well organized and so aesthetically pleasing! We ordered the cheesecake, kouign amann, miso caramel brioche bun with apples, croissant, flower (pan au chocolate), and the hazelnut chocolate cookie. Everything was great - will definitely come back when they change their menu again. :) read more

What a wonderful place! No wonder this place is so crowded. The lattes are perfect. Not burnt and just the right temperature. Now for the pastries, the croissants are a buttery goodness. The focaccia bread with goat cheese is balanced and soft and crusty. The cheesecake and banoffee cakes are delicious. Sorry no pics, since we gobbled them up! Next time for sure. read more

I love the French pastries! You must deal with very long lines. I went early on Sat but it wasn't early enough. I highly recommend the truffle goat cheese focaccia, I will gladly buy them all! The chocolate banana log was beautifully presented, I give it a 4. The matcha tart is amazing it gets a 5! The financier & Bailey's choux was freakin fabulous! I need to get more! Lastly, the gal who rang me up was so nice! read more

Is there any way to order ahead of time either by phone or online?
Not that I know about, but you can order drinks ahead of time while you're waiting in line and when you get close to the front you'll get your drinks.
Are they dog friendly?
It is not that type of establishment, but they have amazing pastries!
