If you're looking for Asian food at Snoqualmie resorts and casino then this is your main option. They have a selection different types of Asian cuisine such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai etc. It's really hard to decide because I kind of wanted to try everything but I committed to picking sushi. The sushi definitely didn't disappoint. Chirashi is the one I chose the first day which didn't disappoint. The sashimi is really big and fresh. It's literally just a bunch of sashimi on top of rice which is what I liked about it. The second day I got the different types of nigiri and that was really great as well. They were all pretty big and tasted really fresh. The prices are pretty high but the quality is worth it. The service was pretty simple as well we're outside in the first place. We wanted to see the scenic view of the mountains and trees. They checked on us once in a while and were pretty decent. The second time we sat in the bar and it was pretty fast. Great time having lunch at 12 Moons. Restaurant has an upscale setting & ambience with beautiful views of the mountains. The Taro chips were a hit at the table and all of the food was fresh and tasty. The won ton soup was piping hot and had 4 good sized dumplings. My Chirashi Don had at least 9 types of sashimi and the spouses 1/2 House Salad with chicken was nicely prepared and only $9. She couldn't decide on dressing so the waitress brought her 3 kinds to try, the house dressing was her favorite. Will definitely be back, good food and gambling is a fun weekend outing. read more

So happy to try this Japanese sushi spot inside the casino. We went on a Sunday evening about 8:00. Nicer atmosphere than expected with the huge windows facing the serene evergreen valley. They have a sushi bar w/seating and a small lounge area. We started with a lychee martini, hot sake, miso soup, side salad & karaage chicken appetizer. Service was prompt and courteous. They bring taro chips complimentary, very addicting! Our apps and drinks all delicious, although tiny portion of the chicken the salad was packed in the bowl w/refreshing light house dressing. Hubby really like the tiny mushrooms in the miso. We then ordered two special sushi rolls. The Tiger and the Seahawks, both good but preferred the Tiger plus beautiful presentation. Truly rating the salad, for $5 you get a huge serving that is full of good stuff. Takuan, slivers of daikon, bit of shredded bell pepper, mixed greens, tasty dressing. I'm incredibly shocked it's so good for the price tag. You can get a large for $11 but this to me IS so big! The salmon + avocado roll is good, it meets expectations and is $11. These are items I have gotten twice now, and will likely always order them based off of quality and price. Service is decent, they meet expectations as well. I like the front desk staff, they're kind and funny. Our table waited for an hour plus (mother's day weekend), and I got to watch them interact with countless customers. They're sweet to elders and also maintain a level of connection with regulars, which impressed me! Ambiance is straight forward, the view is quite nice. I got to watch some birds taking flight. We ended up getting the pho and the wonton soup, both which were incredibly tasty, and even the "small" serving was perhaps enough for a meal. But we were both used to "small" meaning "four ounces," so we also ordered spring rolls and two more sides. Which was far too much for just two people. We had quite a lot of left overs for a full meal at home the next day. This feels upscale, but they don't bat an eye if you show up dressed as you like. The booths are comfortable, and the staff is *excellent* and they know every menu item. We had some questions about some of the ingredients, and they were easily answered. Took my 5 adult girls to Snoqualmie Hotel & Casino for our holiday overnight celebration. The new hotel is amazing as 12 Moons where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We ate family style and had house salad, chow fun noodles, fried rice, sushi roll, bok choy dish, katsu Don, teriyaki Don, and of course their taro chips. Everything was delicious and plentiful! Had cocktails as well and the Ube martini was yummy. Great service , beautiful view and all so nice. Besides all this it was only $170 for 6 of us and that included the service charge as we had 6 people. 12 Moons is a must!! Thank you for making our holiday adventure so great. Four of us go every year for our birthdays which are about 3 days apart. I told the staff it was a birthday but no one acknowledged One of guests was recently diagnosed with a rare auto immune disorder. She has to adhere to a strict anti inflammatory diet. Which is totally doable with the caveat of "CANOLA" oil. The chef/kitchen didn't accommodate at all. And I might add our group sat at 5:00pm. Restaurant was at about 30%. Why does their steaming water for veggies have canola oil? I have been in the hospitality industry for 40 years. Managing front of house we would ALWAYS TRY to accommodate guests allergies or aversions. They at 12 moons did nothing. And the server actually laughed a few times. We will never go back. We ordered a variety of items like sushi, wings, pho, stir fried noodles, prawns calamari. Nothing really stood out. Just very average food. The Pho was probably the worst of what we ordered, just bland. The sushi was also just kind of bland. The sushi rice didn't taste properly seasoned so the flavor wasn't balanced. The other dishes were just ok. I'd say the only reason this place gets 3 stars is that the prices are still fairly reasonable and they do offer small and large sizes for some dishes, which is nice. Oof. This was...not good. For a place with such an upscale aesthetic and live music, I don't think we've ever been as sorely disappointed as we were during our meal at 12 Moons. Ostensibly an upper-crust hodgepodge of Asian classics, it's really just proof of the adage that you should never order seafood from a place this far inland. For starters, I wasn't feeling well, so I only ordered a bowl of the miso soup for myself; and yet it was my wife who ended up suffering the most. Her order of Mongolian Beef came with dangerously undercooked beef that was stringy and gristly, and to top if all off (well, bottom it off), there was a long hair (that wasn't hers) at the bottom. She ended up picking around the meat and just eating the veggies, which were fine. Unsatisfied, she ordered a spicy tuna hand roll which, even upon arrival, was unappetizing in its appearance: it looked like someone had topped it with a scoop of wet cat food, and sadly, it tasted like it as well. She couldn't finish it. There was also a $15 uni nigiri that was shared between us, as neither of us had had it before, and wanted to give it a shot (before we'd realized how bad everything else was here): it ended up tasting like buttery chlorine which, hey, that may be just how uni is, but given the circumstances, I suspect that is not the case. Big props to our server Lisa, who was wonderful, and the only reason (other than the delicious complimentary taro chips) that this review is 2-stars instead of one. Otherwise, in the words of my wife, this was "the worst meal" she had ever had. We wouldn't eat here again, even if you promised us a jackpot pull on a slot machine outside. read more

A staple when I'm playing at Snoqualmie Casino. Food is fresh, comes out fast, and everything I've ever ordered comes out tasting great. Went for dinner and ordered off of the chefs special limited menu. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and was so delicious! Fried rice is a must, and can't go wrong with their sushi. The taro chips are addicting! Service is always great, never any complaints. Water glasses always stay full and making sure we have everything we need. I have eaten here about once/twice a year for the last 10 years. It's consistently excellent w/great food, great views, and great service. I was there tonight for a family birthday dinner and felt the need to comment. I used to travel in various parts of Asia, from Indonesia to Korea, India to Thailand. I know Asian food. They do various "pan Asian" dishes EXTREMELY well. If I was served this food at a fancy restaurant anywhere from NYC to Bangkok, I would be pleased. Underrated restaurant. This place is awesome. Food: is actually delicious! I wasn't expecting this in a casino, but their Langzhou noodles are the best I've had in Seattle. It was recommended to us by a friend. Very nice sour tangy salty umami spicy flavor with tender oxtail and noodles. It's like a burst of flavor in your mouth. I think it's a must have here. We also tried our hand at the sushi and was pleasantly surprised at its quality and freshness. The quality matches its price. They also serve taro chips which are delicious. Ambiance: classy and beautiful. I wasn't expecting this little escape from the hustle and bustle of the main casino floors. So when we walked in to a peaceful beautiful setting with views of the trees and mountains in the Snoqualmie area, we felt at peace. It's beautiful and spacious inside. Service: we went at opening time after playing in the casino. They sat us pretty fast and Kimberly served us. She was very attentive, nice, and gave us nice recommendations on our food. Absolutely beautiful decor, huge ceilings love the stonework and the view. We started off with drinks and fried spring rolls, and the shrimp tempura, absolutely amazing very hot and delicious right out of the fryer. My fiancé had two different types of sushi rolls and he said they were some of the best they ever had. I had the teriyaki chicken with the curry rice and it was wonderful. It has a lovely ambiance, with the dimmed lighting, live music and a gorgeous view of the mountains. It would've been perfect if the noise level was quieter, it was difficult to hear. Our server was amazing, very attentive to details. The only complaint that I have about service is the extended wait time. We put our name down at 6:20pm and they said it'll be about 40 minutes. Checked in at 7pm and see where we are at the queue and they said it would be another 20 minutes. Finally, we got sat down and order by 7:30pm, it took them another 30-35 minutes to get all of our food out. If you're in a hurry and/or hungry, I would recommend going somewhere else, the food is not worth the wait. The only dish that I enjoyed was the shoyu ramen. They give you three thick pieces of pork belly and the overall flavor is great. I would not recommend ordering the katsu Don, the fried pork wasn't juicy (yet not dry) and the batter has lost its crisp by the time it came out - it's probably because they drizzled the sauce over the pork instead of putting it on the side. The lemon grass chicken is also a no go. There's no lemon grass flavor at all, it's literally just fried chicken wings with sweet chili sauce. read more

After we spoke to one of the assistant manager, Amanda, she swapped out our mushy tasteless pad see yew. The re-cooked pad see yew came much better minus the shrimp toppings, when we asked about the shrimp, we were given a bowl of 'raw shrimp', LOL, ( bring it home and fried yourself !!) I was on the way home from suncadia when I realized how hungry I was and wanted to stop off somewhere after getting through the pass. I decided to go to the casino and find a restaurant option. I chose 12 moons for the sushi. There was no wait, it was about 5:30pm on a Friday. I was greeted promptly by the waiter, Angel. They brought out a basket of taro chips which were soooo good! I've never had it before and thought it was a fun and unique snack. I ordered the Yuzu mule which was AMAZING! For food I ordered the miso soup, yellowfin nigiri and the Las Vegas role. The miso soup was soooo yummy and I loved the mushrooms and fresh tofu they put in there. The sushi plate presentation was beautiful and it tasted fantastic. Very fresh. The real stars were the staff. Multiple staff members checked in regularly making sure that I was all taken care of. I feel that it was moderately priced. I paid about $56 before tip for the Las Vegas roll, miso soup, 2 yuzu mules and yellowfin nigiri. I left incredibly full and happy. Will definitely be back ! read more
