I had such a great experience with Aysena! She was super kind, professional, and made everything really comfortable from start to finish.

We waited for almost 2 hours freezing outside and no one cared. Our reservation was 9 pm and we sat at 10:50 pm. Horrible experience.

The Turkish breakfast was a huge letdown. The components of it felt extremely low quality. Including rock hard bagels and pretty sub par cheese. The shakshouka was possibly the most bland I have ever had, not to mention it came out 20 minutes after the rest of our meal. Overall our experience was okay! Made the reservation for 6 people and last minute someone did not meet us there so we told the person at the front door it'll be 5. He told us to make sure and he'll give us a minute to figure it out and he seemed a bit annoyed and not welcoming. It was everyone's first time there so we noticed the attitude from the jump. We were seated and took a minute to go over the menu as we've never been and again, everything felt rushed. As our food was coming out, they sat us at a smaller table (thought a lot of bigger ones were available) and as food came out they didn't help us make room on the table, basically just waited for us to figure it out. We ordered a lot and had to get rid of plates or add stuff other plates for them to make room. Every time they'd bring something we'd say thank you- no responses. Another turn off was charging us the 6+ party surcharge when there were only 5 of us and I also ordered something to-go on a separate check & they also charged the 6+ party surcharge on my to-go order even though I paid the 18% auto grat and even added more of a tip to make it 20% even though it didn't deserve more than that. Just very dishonest practice. The food was good, overpriced a bit for the proportions but they coffee was delicious and hookah was great. read more

It's a beautiful restaurant but since we did a reservation for no hookah, we automatically got sat inside where it just feels like a small coffee shop with lots of employees constantly walking by. Our waiter was kind. We asked if there was any way we (just 2 people) could sit outside (where there were SO many tables open), but they claimed it wouldn't be possible. The food was okay, but there aren't' many options. The appetizers were good, but the truffle chicken lacked flavor. Unfortunately we found a piece of plastic inside our dessert, which they did end up comping. Not sure how I feel about the restaurant, but maybe I'll give them another shot in the future if my party feels like smoking hookah. read more

I've came to this establishment a couple of times now and I've typically had a good experience, and I like the vibe and ambiance. However during my most recent visit we had a waiter that ruined the experience for us. He was rude and purposely ignored our table and continued to attend the table next to us, even though we were the only two tables in the area and it was later at night and the place wasn't busy. It felt personal and we didn't understand why. We had asked him multiple times for certain things and he wouldn't bring them out, it felt like we had to flag him down or anyone else to be serviced properly. Majority of the staff were kind but unfortunately experiences like this has changed my opinion on this place and the sort of reputation that it has. read more

I was so disappointed by this place, especially considering I've been to the OG hookah lounge countless times. Our reservation was at 8 and we got there 5 mins early. The lady took us inside and showed us to our table, then goes on to tell us our table is actually not ready. Then says we're welcome to sit inside or at the bar cause it's going to be like 15-20 minutes probably. That didn't fly with me as I told her your policy states they won't hold a table any later than 10 mins so why would I, who got here early wait 20 mins after my reservation. She then let us sit at the original table. Took about 25 minutes and 3 employees later to get a waitress to our table. The only reason I'm giving this a star is because the servers were nice, but rarely checked on us. My salad was lettuce, a couple tomatoes, barely any pomegranate and cheese. It was super dry and for $18 I was so disappointed. I asked for a side of dressing, which is only oil and apparently they charged me $2 for the side? Kufta was good. Hookah burned within an hour and had to keep asking for charcoal. Why wouldn't a place that serves hookah have a charcoal boy going around. Got the hibiscus tea which actually was great. However, the kettle is a hookah? So when we went to pour, it was leaking and burned me. Was so over it we didn't even stay for dessert. Hope this place improves because I wouldn't return any time soon. Had reservations for this weekend that I went ahead and cancelled. read more

I would never spend $40 on breakfast with an experience like this. The food here was painfully bad. It felt like I was eating 2 week old chicken. There were like 25 workers and the service was still horrible. The workers had no clue what they were doing. They were just walking around in groups talking to each other. They were extremely stingy with water when we were paying lots of money for the food. It felt like my server just wanted my money the whole time. She also barely even knew 1 or 2 english words. The whole place also smelt like weed and hookah. There needs to be more clarification on the website when it comes to reservations. I never do reviews on restaurants but I felt like there needed to be one done for this experience. I booked a reservation a week in advance. I choose dine only I thought we would be able to choose between sitting indoors or out. That was not an option. They placed my date and I in a small corner in a coffee shop section of the restaurant which the ambiance is not the same. There needs to be more clarification on this during the reservation process. Then I asked if my date and I could be placed outside. They told us we are only restricted to the bar only after they told us to wait another 15 min. The lady did not even try to find us a seat in the outside area where the ambiance is so much better. My date felt discriminated against honestly because of the lack effort and obviously we were the only black individuals in the restaurant at the time. We end up not trying the food and decided to just leave because of the lack of customer service. Good luck to the restaurant but they need to work on their service and their clarification on their website. This was also a first date experience and for them to put in such a lack of effort towards their customers they need to do better. read more

Arrived with a large party of people tonight with a reservation and still waited over an hour, and yet still havent gotten sat. Worst part is that there are many tables getting sat for us without even a reservation at all. I ended up speaking to the owner and quite honestly, he tried to solve the problem by the end of the day didn't even care. I was threatening him by going on yelp to write a review, and I never do. He was telling me that they don't serve alcohol there, which I already knew implying. I was drunk when I don't even drink. He asked me what I wanted asked him to get sat to eat it was my friend's birthday and no empathy. Honestly rather go to a restaurant that isn't fancy and actually provides service that cares about the customers. If I can give lower than one star I would I wish I would've found out the owner's name but it's OK. I know I wasn't the only upset customer tonight and I'm sure I'm not the only one star review that they'll be getting tonight this place is not worth it. Don't waste your money there. If you booked dine in only you get to be seated in a small room that tighten your chest. The hostess at the entrance is careless and not responsive or respectful. The food is a joke and way overpriced for the taste. The service is slow. You need to be in luck to have your table serviced. The only thing that's is good is dessert and the way drinks are served otherwise it's not worth it. Customer service is lacking. The hostess kept saying she needs the table even we have not been seated for more than 1.5 hours and we have ordered everything on the menu from appetizers, entrees, desert and drinks. They ask you to leave while you pay them. Management definitely need to work on customer service and hiring seasoned respectful hostesses at the entrance and inside the lounge. Would not recommend despite the nice vibes due to disrespect and overprice. When you book online dine in only because you don't do hookah they seat you inside while the point of visiting to be seated outside. They would only seat you outside if you pay extra 30 dollars for hookah that you would not want to smoke. The website never specify what the hostess said that we get to be seated inside despite a two weeks in advance reservation because we don't do hookah with a disrespectful tone and attitude. This not a welcoming Mediterranean restaurant like others. Despite the food and drinks menu being very limited and no variety several food and drinks items were not available when we actually asked to order them. Based on all of the above this place seems to be doing a dry run and not actually being open with full service like you would think.
