Project Pitch Phase: Gabriel came out at least twice to carefully assess the scope of work. He was thoughtful in his recommendations - for example, suggesting we update the bay window to ensure the entire bathroom felt cohesive and aesthetically aligned. While it added to the cost, he explained the reasoning clearly and never felt pushy. He was upfront about pricing and the overall plan. He even invited us to visit another active job site so we could see the quality of work firsthand, beyond just online photos. Additionally, he had his plumber come out to provide a free quote for the copper repiping, which we appreciated. Work in Progress: Gabriel has built an incredible team. His project manager, Israel, was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful - especially when it came to selecting tiles, vanities, and fixtures. He helped obtain contractor discounts from vendors and was on-site almost daily (even if just for 10-15 minutes) to check in and address questions. After each visit, he followed up with videos and written notes summarizing discussions, which we found extremely professional and reassuring. The crew was punctual (arriving between 8-9am daily), respectful, and highly skilled - special shoutout to Asa for his craftsmanship. There were typically 1-2 workers on-site each day, and the entire project was completed in about 6 weeks. Wrap Up: The team cleaned up daily, which made living through construction much easier. At project completion, Gabriel even brought in professional cleaners to clean the entire house and driveway - a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, he was responsive and quick to address any small issues we noticed once we began using the new bathroom. From the start of the design project, they used high quality sub contractors for design, engineering, and all the trades in the house. Fernando, our project manager was incredible. He approached the project with a keen eye for details and took total ownership over the sub contractors. He would stop by almost every night to ensure that the subs were performing their work and not leaving or damaging any other contractors' work. Sarmad is a problem solver. He sees an issue and thinks through how to solve it, then presents clear options to choose from. Throughout the process, we were not surprised by unanticipated expenses - all changes were clearly explained and we had the option to make changes via clear change orders. EDR uses Buildertrend for all program management and billing, which made payments, change approvals, and scheduling tracking seamless. While this sounds like a basic requirement in 2026, not all contractors use these services which just adds friction to the process. We couldn't recommend EDR more for the quality of work on our house, the schedule execution, care for detail, and just taking care of our project. Along the way, we never felt nickel & dimed, and the value of their services definitely exceeded our expectations.

We recently returned from a winter holiday vacation to find our basement completely flooded with…read morewater. The musty and moldy smell was overwhelming. What a way to end a wonderful journey! Fortunately, we had a reliable contractor named Rodolfo who had done work for us before and was able to come to our rescue. Rodolfo and his team arrived the same day I called him to assess the situation. They immediately started working to air out the basement and ventilate the room. Once they had a plan, they began removing the baseboards and folding down the sheetrock to air out the wet areas. While ventilating, they also investigated the source of the leak from the outside, which was caused by a clogged landscaping drainage pipe. They unclogged the pipe and built a new one since one end was completely blocked and unable to pass. With the root cause of the problem identified, Rodolfo and his team were able to restore the basement. Over the next two months, they worked diligently to completely transform our large three-room basement. They installed new tiles and carpets, replaced the baseboards, and painted the walls. They even did all this without making the rest of the house dirty by using plastic separators and sealing off the area being remodeled. Rodolfo and his team are incredibly hard workers and have exceptional craftsmanship. We trust them to take care of any project in our beautiful home. After the basement restoration, they immediately helped us identify another leak in the roof area and took care of the water damage there as well.
