I walked into this business and was not greeted. The owner then came out from the back and also did not offer a greeting, only stated that they were closed at 4 today despite online information showing otherwise. I understand businesses may need to close early, but customer service and basic courtesy matter. Came here on a Tuesday at 1pm and This place was packed!!! Very small interior with only a few seats to choose from but all taken, and about 8 people waiting outside. I ordered the Italian sub and it took only 5 min to get my food which seemed very fast. All sandwiches seen close to 20$. You can tell they use high quality ingredients here. Everything tasted good, but maybe it was the portions that seemed off, the Cheese to meat ratio. So much cheese! Also I love foccacia bread and they make it in house but I prefer mine a little crunchier. It was good, but the bottom half of the bread kinda reminded me of cornbread. I enjoyed the food but definitely wasn't the absolute best imo. I will definitely be coming back, but to try some of their hot sandwiches and other sandwiches and see what I enjoy best. read more

The parking is bad outside. It's in an industrial area and there's not much street parking. Also, there's some construction going on a couple buildings away. You go inside order. The paper menu is a condensed version of the one on the wall. Then you wait for your name to be called outside. It took about 10 to 15 minutes. The Philly Cheesesteak was very good. I prefer a little more cheese. The 504 Italian was very good too. I prefer a bit more meat, but I know it's an expensive meat. There's a few tables and chairs inside, but we took ours home. They probably do most of their business doing classes, catering, local business orders, etc. They'd have to expand or get another location for a good retail eatery. Just my opinion. Finally tried this new sandwich spot and it did not disappoint. It's located in the industrial park behind WalMart/Sams Club. We found amble parking along the street or you could park in the lot. The workers inside were so friendly and helpful with ordering and gave us recommendations. I got the 504 Italian and my friend got the club. Both sandwiches were HUGE!! The meat was piled high, the focaccia bread was so fresh and good. Not one complaint between the two of us except; this is so much food but I don't want to stop because it tastes so good. The inside is industrial with just a bar and about 8 stools and 2 high-top tables for 2. We arrived around 1:30 and practically had the place to ourselves. I understand it can get very busy around lunch time but it would be worth the wait. The best part (other than the incredible sandwiches), they don't accept tips!! An absolute must try. I will be back to try the Chicken Parm sandwich next time! Can't wait. read more

My sister shared an Instagram post of this restaurant, so I went by to check it out. It was amazing! The sandwiches are so delicious and huge in size; it covered two meals easily. They're great for sharing! I got the Chicken Parmesan sandwich and my friend got the Philly Steak Sandwich. My chicken parm was so tender and moist, plenty of sauce and cheese. The bread was fabulous. It was nice to see Chef James come out and greet us, just checking to see what we ordered and if we were alright I hope to try other sandwiches on future visits. The desserts looked amazing, I hope to try soon. Nice to see catering menu options are available along with larger dessert orders. Keep up the great work and delicious food choices read more

It blew me away that I thought maybe, just maybe...this place with a cost of $21.00 for just the Italian Sub might be so special that I'll go there again ....and again....even for 21.00 for an ordinary regular size sandwich. I've enjoyed the 504 Italian with it's imported meats and the best focaccia I've ever had, the Philly Cheesesteak with succulent beef, the 12 Day Pastrami which I a fan favorite and the meatball sub. Every sandwich is two meals for me which makes the price worth it. While the sandwiches are 6 stars, so are the daily dessert specials. The Reese's Peanut Butter cup Rice Krispie treats are to die for! I will be trying everything sandwich here! read more

I went to this place on 5/11/26, and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. I'm a vegetarian, and they did not have a vegetarian sandwich option. However, they did have an option to create my own sandwich, so that's what I did--well, at least what I tried to do. I ordered a sandwich with all of the vegetables, some cheese, and mustard and mayo on a sub roll. My order was to go, so when I got back to my office and opened the sandwich, there was a bunch of turkey in there. When I took out the turkey, all that remained were two pieces of cheese, a few tomatoes, and a few pieces of arugula. I asked for pickles on the sandwich, and there weren't any. The bread was soft and soggy, and the sandwich was almost $20. I understand this place is new and is deserving of some grace during their opening weeks, but this was a pretty bad experience. C'mon, Table 504. Can you put a sandwich as a vegetarian option on the menu? It'll come in handy during Lent when the Catholics come in on Fridays. read more

5/19/2026 Very overpriced for the quality and experience. I ordered a meatball sub and a chicken parm. After ordering, I sat and waited while multiple customers who ordered both before and after me received their food first. Eventually I went up to the counter to ask what was going on and was told my food was "coming out soon." What was frustrating was that I could clearly see my chicken parm sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes while they worked on the meatball sub. When I asked again about the delay, I was told the health department was there slowing things down. To be fair, I did see inspectors in the kitchen, but it still seemed odd that only my order was significantly delayed while everyone else continued getting their food. Honestly, I would have been much more understanding if they had simply admitted they forgot part of my order instead of giving vague explanations. I finally got my food and took it across the street to eat. Unsurprisingly, the sandwich was cold after sitting out so long. I brought it back and explained that it needed to be remade because it had been sitting on the counter for an extended period of time. After another wait, the replacement sandwich came out and I was assured everything was corrected. By this point my lunch break was almost over, but I still tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, when I got back across the street, the sandwich was still cold, the bread was soggy, and they had actually given me the wrong sandwich entirely. So somehow the order was messed up twice, and likely someone else's order too. I understand new restaurants have growing pains, and inspections can definitely slow things down, but communication and quality control matter. Hopefully they tighten things up because the concept has potential, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. read more

Ordered the Pastrami. I felt like the size of it justified the 21 dollars it cost, there was a lot of pastrami on it. My only issue was the amount of clumpy fat on it. First time here after seeing it on whatsupscv. They seemed super busy but keeping up with it. There were like 30 bags sitting there ready to be picked up. I didn't realize it was off Golden Valley near Walmart, the Skate Park and Aquatic Center. In my head it was in north Valencia but it's actually really close to us in central Santa Clarita. I ordered on the website for pickup. The location doesn't really have seating, maybe a 2 seater and some chairs, definitely better for takeout so we opted to take our sandwiches to the skatepark and watch the kids skate. They seem to offer cooking classes and handle large catering orders. When I arrived they apologized for being behind but I got my order like 2 minutes after the pickup time. We ordered the Pesto chicken one and the short rib French Dip. Both were so flavorful. I added Burrata and grilled onions to the chicken and it was beyond perfect in every way. My 8-10 yo kids split the French dip and wouldn't let me take a bite but they loved it. I think they are only open M-F and am really jealous of the businesses nearby or non commuters who can make it there regularly. I highly recommend checking it out, especially for those dropping kids off at gymnastics and karate in the area, or swim lessons, it's right there and wonderful.
