Not a single hello, even as we walked through the entire place and passed another female employee on the sales floor. No surprise even upon walking out we didn't get a goodbye or even a stare because I watching to see if they were going to say anything to us and nothing.

After we moved to a condominium recently, Kitchen and Bath Mart was thus our only call for the work we needed done in our new home. They performed a complete remodel of our master bathroom and, most recently, an upgrade of our kitchen. On these two projects Krysti was the main design coordinator. She worked creatively with us to arrive at designs which met our requirements .The installer, Ilie, who had carried out projects in our previous home again did a first class job on both these projects. All the local Chicagoland lumber yards charged an arm and a leg for wood slabs and they weren't helpful at all. I made several calls and was directed towards Creative log and lumber up in Twin Lakes, WI. From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a positive experience. The owner Bob was incredibly friendly and passionate about his work. Jim and Scott helped me with all my questions and concerns. They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They guided me through every step of the way. The wood pricing was outstanding compared to other lumber yards. The guys found a walnut log big enough for my bar top (it happened to be a 175 year old tree that someone had taken down in their yard in Delavan Wisconsin and was repurposed for a bar top! talk about a conversation piece!) As the slab dried they helped me find additional wood for the face of the bar and quickly cut it to the exact dimensions needed.
