Slightly sour, but fruity coffee. Overall, I enjoyed it. Good mouthfeel too. Good temperature, it wasn't too hot nor luke warm. MANGO MATCHA At first taste, it tasted more like guava. But it was indeed mango. But a fake mango flavor. The mango flavor was there, but could not taste the matcha. It wasn't bad, but I had better mango matchas elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE It was okay. Not bad, but not great. Staff could smile more than just stare at you. Even say "Hello" or "Welcome" when you walk in the coffee shop. LOCATION Located in a small strip mall at Golden Springs Plaza. Parking is medium-sized for the amount of businesses here. I had no issues finding parking in front of the coffee shop, although more and more parking spots were being taken. AMBIANCE + SEATS The ambiance was relaxing. No loud music. Lots of people coming in and working on their laptops. Five small tables for two in the center. Along the wall there were bar seats for 19-20 people. There's a long communal table in the center for seats for 4-5 people. At the front and to the side, there were 3 tables for two. Outdoor tables for two right outside the cafe. Bathroom is outside of the cafe and you have to enter the other part of the building with a bathroom code to unlock. Will I visit again? Maybe if I'm in the area. But I'm in no rush to come back.

I love their cold brew here. It has depth and doesn't have a generic profile. The service here is good too. The staff here are very attentive and helpful. As for the ambiance of the place, it's like a mini gallery with minimalist decor and huge signature art pieces. It's a good place to get coffee and work. Don't let the small entrance deceive you. It's very spacious. The pricing here is very reasonable. It's also easy to find parking out. It's everything you want from a coffee shop. Although we didn't get to try the pastries, we're sure it's delicious.

For the pastries, it looked like a lot of the ones I was hoping from browsing online were not available. I ended up getting the biscoff cheesecake. It was on the sweeter side but it was very good. For the drink, I ended up getting the banana latte. Been on a streak of getting that lately so wanted to compare with other stores. I didn't get a lot of banana in the taste. At least it had an espresso shot for the caffeine fix and did not taste like the artificial banana. Nothing special there and stand out. For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

They smeared Biscoff spread on the cup and used just enough syrup so that I could taste the cookie butter but not to the point where it was overly sweet. In fact, I would argue that it wasn't that sweet at all and the espresso was a lot stronger. There were a few cookie crumbs at the bottom too so I'm not sure if they incorporated it in the syrup or if it just sank to the bottom by the time I got my drink. I also tried the hot horchata latte but it seemed more like a regular latte sprinkled with cinnamon powder because there didn't seem to be any syrup. I loved the vibes on the rainy Monday I visited and a lot of people were in there working or studying, since there were outlets against the wall. The workers were nice and approachable, and the drinks came out quickly.

Yet, once you go inside, you notice all the seating that is available. We have asked towards the baristas, and used a little tablet to scan their menu. We ended up ordering a tonic and a banana cold brew. They also had food items! We had chosen their breakfast burrito. Their coffee is strong and you can feel the caffeine. Yet, the sweetness is perfect and can mask your actual caffeine intake! It's amazing how they can do both. Their burrito was very savory and delicious as well. It's always quick and clean at this cafe. The baristas are always sweet. My fiancé and I do come here to do work, and their WiFi is decent, too. I highly recommend this cafe if you're ever in the area!

With the increase of Smoking Tigers, I heard from my friend that also frequents these that they're cutting a lot from their menu, food and drink wise. I was on the fence about ordering a limited seasonal Yakult cold brew style drink but feared that it was going to be more sour than a standard Yakult because of the cold brew and after explaining the flavor profile thoroughly, I opted for a safer drink that I've had before. Their banana milk latte. I'm a caffeine addict and this was a good pick me up. Not super strong and didn't zute me immediately, but this is perfect for those slow release caffeine people who like to sip on their drinks. Perfect banana milk taste after mixing and a perfect coffee for me, not too bitter or sour lol. There's outlets at the tables near the window and lots of places to sit down and hang out. Plenty of parking but it can get busy since a lot of people are in the plaza to go to 99 Ranch or the other businesses (restaurants, shopping, tea, etc.) but also everyone hates parking at the plaza across the street so they're parking here and walking over haha... It's insane this used to be a Diamond Bakery. They've existed since the 70's and 80's and there's only 2 left in existence (Vegas and MPK). Really makes you think of the passage of time. ANYWAYS, there's a point system if you sign up with your phone number and an app where you can access deals, order ahead of time, send gifts, and they have special days each month!

It also had a nice texture. Overall, I would recommend this place to get your sushi craving satisfied! Good value, fresh fish, and quick service.

The manjoos were 7 for $7 or 15 for $14. I was sharing with my boyfriend and these pastries are gone in a bite, so we went with 15. You shoud bring cash or they have a $0.50 fee on credit card paymenys under $15. A bit pricey for how tiny the snack is. To my surprised they were individually packaged and this location had multiple flavors compared to the locations I've been to prior. They were individually wrapped and premade, not as fresh as what I have had prior. We got 2 of the walnuts, 2 redbean filling, 2 chocolate looking ones, and the rest in original custard. The others were fun to try but the custard is my favorite. A nice snack if I'm already at this H-Mart picking up groceries but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I like the locations that sell them fresh, when they're warm and tasty. The taiyakis are made fresh to order but it's a bigger pastry.

Tacitas Coffee is hands down one of my new favorite local coffee spots in Diamond Bar! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the warm aroma of fresh coffee and an inviting, cozy vibe. It's a great place to relax, get some work done, or catch up with a friend. The coffee here is excellent--super smooth and well-crafted. You can really tell they care about quality. I've tried both their Matcha Latte . I highly recommend the latte (perfectly balanced) and their rotating specials are always worth a try. Their pastries are also a pleasant surprise--not just an afterthought. Fresh, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with the drinks. You can tell there's attention to detail in every part of the experience. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to offer suggestions or customize your drink. It's those little touches that keep me coming back. Only thing I'd say is that seating can fill up fast during busy hours, but that just shows how loved this place is. I've been to a lot of coffee shops over the years, and what Erik and Mel have created at Tacitas really does feel special. The coffee is genuinely good (not just "Instagram good) but actually good in the way that makes you start thinking about your next visit before you've even finished your drink. Everything tastes carefully made, and the quality is super consistent. But honestly, what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. Tacitas has that rare feeling of being genuinely welcoming without trying too hard. It feels open, relaxed, creative, and community-oriented in a way a lot of places claim to be but really aren't. You see people working, hanging out, catching up with friends, studying, or just quietly existing for a while, and nobody feels out of place there. Erik and Mel are also just incredibly kind people, and you can feel their personality in the space. There's something really cool about seeing young Chicano business owners creating a place that feels this warm and inviting for everybody. Tacitas is absolutely worth checking out. read more

I recently visited this cool coffee shop and fell in love with its charming ambiance! I tried a mini concha, jalapeño cheese bread, and a café dulce drink. The mini concha was incredibly fresh and soft-absolutely delightful. The jalapeño cheese bread was both delicious and quite spicy, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of heat like I do! What truly stood out was the care they put into brewing their coffee. The café dulce drink was a perfect balance, allowing the rich coffee flavor to shine without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated. It's a refreshing change from the overly sweet drinks some other places offer. They nailed the Spanish-style drink perfectly. Diamond Bar truly needed a coffee house like this, and they are a fantastic addition to the city! I recently stopped by Tacitas Coffee and had a great experience. The coffee was amazing! I ordered the Casa Dulce and it was delicious. My friend ordered the Buzzin Brew, and honestly it might be one of the best coffees I've had in a while. The shop itself was really nice and had plenty of seating options, including tables, chairs, couches, and countertop seating, which made it a comfortable place to hang out. The service was great as well. We asked for a few recommendations and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit and I'd definitely come back. read more

Tacitas Coffee is such a great addition to Diamond Bar. The atmosphere is welcoming, thoughtfully designed, and feels like a place you actually want to spend time in rather than just grab a quick coffee. The drinks are consistently excellent, with unique flavors that aren't overly sweet and still let the coffee shine through. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. I got a honey lavender coffee, I love lavender infused drinks and this was no different. I also got the chicken sausage which essentially was an English muffin with cheese and egg. The customer service representative was very nice and answered my questions, as I wasn't use to the options and needed some guidance. I'm giving this place a 5 stars because as far as coffee shops goes I think it deserves 5 stars, from the helpful staff, to the decorations, good seating choices, you can tell the owner put a lot of time and effort into this location, also the chandeliers (?), the wall art and ceiling wall paper, it's all very beautifully green and gold. Also there was a chocolate cracker that I also tried, also good!

Located in the downtown area, the café was easy to find, and parking was surprisingly convenient. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax. I ordered the Chai Latte, while my husband went with the Coffee Latte. Both drinks were well-made and enjoyable. We also tried the Tiramisu, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste since I'm not a fan of overly sweet desserts. Overall, this is a lovely café to unwind, catch up with friends, or even spend a few hours working or doing college homework. I'd definitely come back for the drinks and the relaxing ambiance.

But it was indeed mango. But a fake mango flavor. The mango flavor was there, but could not taste the matcha. It wasn't bad, but I had better mango matchas elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE It was okay. Not bad, but not great. Staff could smile more than just stare at you. Even say "Hello" or "Welcome" when you walk in the coffee shop. LOCATION Located in a small strip mall at Golden Springs Plaza. Parking is medium-sized for the amount of businesses here. I had no issues finding parking in front of the coffee shop, although more and more parking spots were being taken. AMBIANCE + SEATS The ambiance was relaxing. No loud music. Lots of people coming in and working on their laptops. Five small tables for two in the center. Along the wall there were bar seats for 19-20 people. There's a long communal table in the center for seats for 4-5 people. At the front and to the side, there were 3 tables for two. Outdoor tables for two right outside the cafe. Bathroom is outside of the cafe and you have to enter the other part of the building with a bathroom code to unlock. Will I visit again? Maybe if I'm in the area. But I'm in no rush to come back.

One of the staff members approached the register immediately when we looked ready to order. They double-checked that I didn't want cinnamon in my drink (different person made my drink than who took the order, so they wanted to be sure! I appreciated that haha) And when we said the logo was cute, one of the owners(?) sounded vv happy! Quick & efficient. Our coffee and matcha were ready in under 5 minutes, even with the line that had been there before us :) The drinks were perfect! My Spanish latte was the perfect balance of sweet and rich, with the exact amount of caffeine I needed. My friend said their matcha latte was good!! Also has a cute photo spot in the corner with a mirror and potted plant/tree! Absolutely gorgeous!

I love cafe de olla and as they say, it didn't disappoint. I got an exceptional cup of cafe de olla latte, thanks to Elijah, who was a very welcoming and and friendly young man who help me at the counter. He answered all my curious questions. It is such a small shop. There are no seating arrangements inside the small shop that has a lot of merchandise from T-shirts, sweatshirts, to coffee beans to mugs, etc.. from the looks of the mugs that are featured here. This shop has been in business for a decade, more power to you. I hear vibrant and cultural music that is faint enough for you to be able to carry a conversation, I really love that. This is right by the Metrolink train tracks street parking noted and there appears to be a public parking that's free along first street this shop is in the corner of first Street and Main Street. . This is another shop. I wish that would be closer to me, and I would be visiting it very often at least once or twice a week if I could help it at all. Another wonderful experience. Dalgona Coffee: The coffee was strong and perfect for us because we prefer expressos and stronger coffees normally. We had to let the sugar on top melt first because the coffee itself wasn't sweet until it had melted. We were pleasantly surprised by this little hidden gem inside a supermarket. Service was friendly and pretty quick, considering they had to make the taiyaki. Prices were fair, and we liked everything we got today. We will likely be back, whenever we are at the Hannam market again.
