I tried calling and no one answered, it went to voicemail. When I went to the store they had not even processed my order. The restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure why they didn't process it until I showed up to ask about it. Once I was there and spoke to someone they processed the order and I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be put together. My order looks like it was thrown together quickly and the sauce for the enchilada is all inside the bag and handles. I usually love la tolteca and never have issues but this was super inconvenient and it's unfortunate that now I am most likely not going to go anymore. Thankfully I wasn't working and needed to pick it up within a certain time frame!!
