We have been here twice in the last two weeks last week. Both times here five stars. Last weekend, We had a party of 10 I made my reservations ahead of time. Food was on point as it always is. The weight for food was quite long longer than it should've been, but our waitress seems to be teaching other new people coming in, so I believe that's what the delay was. She was super nice so I can't bring her. She had her hands full. Our food is always excellent with 10 of us. We start with a bunch of different appetizers and everyone else gets an individual meal and the food is always on point. Then we were just here again on Friday. Weather sucks so it was pretty dead, but we were able to sit outside at the bar on the cover deck. Our waitress was fantastic super nice and fast. I had an orange crush and he had a jack and cake. Both were on point. We did the new blackened crab cake appetizer that is many times as we come here. I honestly never even realize was on there so I have to assume it was new. Was very good but pricey for only four little crab cakes. The lemon sauce that accompany the mini crabcakes was fantastic! Then for lunch, I had the crabcake sandwich absolutely fantastic with the bump crab meat. I don't understand why people give Lee's Bad reviews we are here quite a bit. We never have an issue with service and we never have an issue with the food. Yes it is pricey sometimes especially for the seafood. I think it's par for the course seafood is expensive right now but we love going there drinks are always good and we love the atmosphere so we're willing to pay it. We arrived to find 12 parties ahead of us for both indoor and outdoor seating, despite there being over 10 empty tables. I sat down at a table outside. Nobody was brought out to the table in 30 minutes. Once our name was finally up, I asked if we could just sit here... No one came to our table for 30 minutes--no menus, no check-in, nothing. It took 30 minutes just to get a simple order of fries at the outdoor boardwalk stations. The whole operation felt like a chaotic "first in, first out" system--super inefficient. A lovely location along the waterfront with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing views. They do have an outside and an inside bar, along with seating in both spaces as well. There are tables closer to the water that have umbrellas for your comfort. There is a very small parking lot if you drive over the railroad tracks, and some very limited parking in public lots in front of the restaurant near the post office. It can get very crowded on the weekends so could see where this wouldn't be the best place to come if they are crowded. However, the outdoor space could be worth the aggravation. It's beautiful. The service here is great. Our server was friendly and attentive. Very pleasant experience. They do have lots of drink options. We tried the crush flight which is a terrific deal. You get 4 flavors in 8oz cups for only $17. Super cool concept, but the cups are not made for the holder they give you. They get stuck. One of our cups broke when we tried taking it out of the holder and the crush spilled out all over the table (they are flimsy plastic). Our server quickly gave us a bigger cup as she was standing there when it happened, but half of the drink was gone before we even started drinking it. The flavors were okay. Nothing that was memorable or wow worthy. I wouldn't recommend the flight even though it is a cool concept as they need to work on finding a way to serve it that is more effective and less likely to make a huge mess when the plastic cup cracks. We ordered two chicken Chesapeake sandwiches. It's a grilled breast topped with crab dip and served on a pretzel bun with melted cheese. It comes with chips but you can get fries for a $3 up charge. One of us got fries and the other didn't. The sandwich itself wasn't that great. The breast was tasty, but the crab dip was extremely salty and not very much crab in it at all. The pretzel bun is a nice concept, but a little too dry (maybe just not a fresh one). The fries were good. As we were eating and chatting we watched other food get delivered to tables around us and everything looked really tasty - especially the pizza. There was also a delicious looking salad that had chicken on top. Makes me think that we just made the wrong choice and need to come back and try another entree to see. I didn't get a pic of our meal as we were still trying to clean up from the sticky spill of the flight when the food came out. Would be a nice place to just come enjoy the outdoors and the river if you are in the area during a non peak time. The outside bar would be a cool place to relax and grab a drink on a nice day. Again, would try again just to order something else that could be tasty. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit and for sure would avoid busy time as the parking situation is not worth the trouble. read more

Decided to take my mom out for her birthday tonight, and it was honestly terrible. We get sat right away which is nice, no complaints. Then it's about 20 minutes before we even get handed menus and had our drinks requested. We put our order in, another 20 or so minutes go by and our appetizers come out. Again, no complaints. After the appetizers came out, we had been sitting there for over 30 minutes before we got an "update" on our order. She said it was "coming right out". We had already been at the restaurant for over an hour at this point. We then don't see another server or get our food for another 30 minutes so we left. Absolutely terrible experience read more

My first time to Lee's Landing in about 10 years and the experience was quite disappointing. Overall the atmosphere, band, and food were just fine. However, we were sat in a section, waited about 10 minutes to have a waitress come to ask us to move not what our drink order would be. I would have understood if self seating, but they sat me there and then changed their mind when a bigger reservation came in- so off the start letting me know I was not as valued as other customers. We willingly relocated and then waited another 15 minutes for a new waitress. So all in total, 25 minutes to place first drink order and no consideration for the inconvenience. Waitress did the best she could, but there were significant delays throughout the whole experience. Having to remind staff about missed drinks and food, menu not reflecting what it says (salads say includes chicken- they don't), and what should have been maybe 1.5 hours turned into almost 3 hours. Personally had the 1/2 pound jumbo shrimp and the half and half crab soup which was a mixture of manhattan and New England style-all very good. The shrimp had a good sauce to it with bay seasoning, melted butter, onions and red potatoes. I also ate a fresh fish taco with jalapeño on it -very good. If you want fresh seafood will not find it better than somewhere along the bay or ocean. We sat near the water which was nice because kids played in sand/entertained them. Also you get the view out there. Service was a little slow at times but the place was packed and they were doing their best/well staffed. I've been to other places on the bay where u wait too long just to be seated like over an hour, we were sat right away so keep that in mind. Live music is a plus! Not sure why this place had such mediocre reviews... we stopped by last night in the midst of a massive storm that knocked the power out at great wolf lodge. We called ahead to make sure they had power and they said they'd be happy to have us. We arrived, there was no wait and we were sat right away. Our server Sage was friendly, quick, and attentive. We put orders in for a flight of crushes (highly recommend) and crab soup. They both came out quickly and were tasty! The watermelon and creamsicle ended up being our favorite flavors! The grilled cheese was MASSIVE and our daughter ate almost half before deciding she was full. The jerk chicken tacos were tasty (if not a tad bit dry, but it's chicken breast so what can ya expect) the chicken pieces were big. The pineapple slaw was tasty too! The fish tacos were also a big hit. The ahi sandwich was a hit too with my parents. The only hiccup was one of the sandwich's didn't come out but Sage was quick to recognize, fix the problem, and took it off the check. Talk about amazing service, the food did show up but after everyone else was done eating so we opted to grab a key lime cheesecake while we waited. The music was absolutely amazing!! It was a guy on the guitar and our daughter loved the music selection! I was here on 3/22/26. It was a nice day, so Lee's was extremely busy and had no outdoor seating available. The shrimp tacos were very good and a generous portion, enough that I took some home. I love the casual, unique decor and the bartenders were working very hard under hectic conditions. There is live music and the location on the water is wonderful. But the devil is in the details, and this restaurant loses so many points by letting basic standards fail, despite some very creative menu items We ordered the Ahi Tuna Nachos as an appetizer. It was amazing. The tuna was perfectly seared. The wonton chips were crisp, and the sauces drizzled on it were yummy. They set the bar high with the appetizer. My mother saw the Ahi Tuna on the nachos, and immediately ordered the ahi tuna sandwich. What a dissapointment. The tuna was fully cooked and flavorless on the inside. We sent it back, and a 2nd one came out; still over cooked, but minimally acceptable. The potato bun was thick and generic, and didn't compliment the contents. She ended up just eating the tuna by itself. My Salmon BLT was just odd. It didn't work, and the salmon was also overcooked. When we ordered the sandwiches, we were asked 'Chips or Fries?'. We both said fries. They came out soggy and room temperature. We didn't eat them. The time limit had passed. We mentioned that to the waitress, and there was no action. When the bill came, we saw that fries added $3 to each sandwich. I'm guessing that is hidden somewhere in the menu, but it wasn't made clear and certainly wasn't mentioned. We felt that the waitress should have removed that charge from the menu when she saw that we didn't eat them because they were inedible. We just paid it without further fuss. My mother's wine glass was a very stingy pour. Not even close to the 5 oz standard. Overall it feels like decisions here are purely profit motivated. We'll think twice before returning. This is a real pretty place to come for lunch on a sunny day. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You can sit on the top deck, or by the water. You can also drive here by boat to eat. They say this place is really popular at night in the summertime. They sell their own popcorn and merchandise. We sat outside by the water since it was a nice day. The inside has an odd smell. There is a lot of tables and it's a big place but the staff was not as attentive. We ordered a round of drinks which were all to our liking. Although the blueberry mojito was really good, I wish that the blueberries were overwhelming where they could get in your teeth easily. The frozen blueraspberry was really sweet if you are into that. I ordered Lee's fish tacos but today they did not have fish. So I got them with shrimp instead. Which they were so good. Everything came out at a good time and we all enjoyed what we got. I found this place with a bunch of motorcycle riding buddies. So heat is my review...... I honestly love this place the vibe give you just enough for the young crowd to enjoy plus a little splash of the old heads who want to go here for great food and good drinks and music. Not to mention inside and outside seating. I will forewarn though this place gets slammed in the evening and limited parking makes it a headache sometime. But the atmosphere good food and drinks and music makes up for it. Service that I had was outstanding. Everytime I've been there which is every other weekend with the guys was on point. The food I had was fresh and hot and taste was really good! So get your behind down to lees landing. Also there is a nice little spot across the street called granite run taproom that is a little golden gem you should try as well there wings were off the chains lol. Came here for probably the 10th time today and had a poor experience. My wife got pulled pork and we know it comes at different times than the kitchen. I ordered wings. My wife was almost done her sandwich and my wings finally come. I knew when I looked at them they wernt done. My first few bites were rubbery and inside was pink and bone was pink. I pulled a few more open...all undercooked. Waited for our server who never came so asked the kid cleaning to get her. I tell her about the wings and her response was "where". Really? Showed her the pink meat and bones and said I'll take the crab pretzel. That came out and was good. It was HUGE. Gave the rest to the table next to us and they were enjoying it. Still waiting for her to come for like 10-15 minutes while the sun dropped below the roof and was cooking us! I came early to avoid that. My wife has MS and cant handle intense sun and heat. Anyway she finally comes back and we check out. Just a shitty experience and I usually love it here and always get the wings. Oh yeah...whoever was singing /playing were freaking TERRIBLE. I was super excited to visit this place for lunch even though it was a good hour + away. My friends were excited too. First off parking is a nightmare. The lot is small and was full so I had to turn around. Considering they have security at the entrance why couldn't they have said that? I parked by the tracks by some cycles and was told to move by security who directed me to a tight space on postal property. I expressed my concern about not being able to get out, and he told me to park in the 15 mi utensils parking at the post office where I stayed. That security man was awesome! Inside is quite the vibe. A live band was playing and we were given complimentary Fishers caramel corn from OC. We were seated outside at a bar height table. Could they have better seats than metal backless stools on a 90+degree day? Yes. But the atmosphere was cool. Service was pretty prompt taking our orders and bringing out the meals. I was the only non drinker at our table and they forgot my ice tea, but did bring it when pointed out. The menu was a tad pricey but they were having a pit meat special for 12.99 which included fries. Our table of 5 each ordered one. Two beefs two hams, and one pork. Instead they broke out two pork and one beef, but did give my friend a free sandwich. I had the pork, which had so much fat and gelatinous chucks I had to pick them out and put on another plate. Once taken out there was very little meat. Fries were good though. The other meals lacked any kind of sauce and was bone dry. One found a long black hair in hers and they were to take if off the bill but didn't. She was too turned off to eat anything else. As a whole we all agreed you come for the atmosphere not the food, which was pretty bad honestly. While the website says they don't split checks without pre-approval from a manager they did for us. I do wish I would have paid more attention as I see in the other reviews they automatically add 18% than try to get you to approve another 18%, which if they do I fell for. Disappointing experience and frustrating parking, if they weren't on the water they would have never survived as that's their only redeeming quality. read more

Kevin was our waiter and he continuously checked on us. The drinks ok. The trash can drink was watered down. The pain in the ass and the Scooby snack was delicious and refreshing. I ordered mussels. They were extremely dry. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla. It was decent. My friends ordered a sandwich, chicken tenders, and fries. I don't think the food was that amazing. Sorry to say this place has gone downhill, stopped after a day on the water looking for an environment to keep the mood easy going, but unfortunately the complete opposite, sat outside, table wobbled all over the place, service was quick for drinks but food took longer than expected flies everywhere, the quality was sub par and was so overpriced for what you receive it is a slap in the face. Also the sound system is so overbearing you feel that you're in a torture prison. Love this place by the water! Great views no matter where you sit. Staff is super friendly and the drinks are so good! Food is amazing. The cream of crab soup is house made and you can tell because you might find some fresh shells along with the huge lumps of crabmeat in every bite! Orange crush is refreshing and delicious. Shrimp was very well seasoned and hot. Wings were well cooked. All in all a great experience on a weeknight.
