The lady who took our order was nice enough I guess but there were multiple issues with our order. First off, I ask for extra cheddar cheese on my triple nachos and there was less than normal( which I still had to pay extra for). Second I had to pay for a second side of sour cream and the cup barely had any sour cream in it. Then to top it off it comes to find out that the drink we got with our meal deal box was diet Pepsi and not normal. They always look like they're closed and their hours are wrong online. I have no idea when they actually close because I'll get here at 9:30 some nights and nobody answers. 10:30 on others and they answer immediately. When we told the person at the drive through we were finishing up an online order, the person taking our order said "ok". I use to go to this store 3 or 4 times a week, and as a business owner in Allendale & Coopersville I was appalled by the way I was treated by the staff there tonight. I used the drive through, and ordered. The man was friendly that took my order, and I went to the first window; which was shut and the girl was on her cell phone, so I went to the net window. The man came to the window and said, "You need to pay at the first window." I replied, I am sorry, but the window was closed. I only saw a woman on her phone who looked at me, but didn't do anything else." He shrugged his shoulders as I tried to hand my card. Instead of apologizing for his staff (I am assuming he was a Manager) he just shrugged. Now, if this was MY store I would not have even told the customer he should of paid.
