Could be a good place but it's always ruined with constant staffing problems leading to incredibly long wait times (over 1-1/2 hours). Due to lack of staff, workers are forced to rush food orders. Items are also missing and done improperly. Have some respect for yourself and don't go here because whoever runs the place either doesn't care or doesn't think their customers/staff deserve better. read more

Today I went to this Taco Bell at 7:30. The drive-through had an OK line which kept moving, but I decided to go to the lobby because there was only a few cars. Once inside, I order on the screen and I wait 30 minutes for my food just for it to be all wrong and for me to be told that there is no drink machines working and I was not offered a refund nor given an apology or substitution. I go back through the drive-through at 8:15PM once realizing I'm missing several items or my items are wrong, in which I kindly ask the girl to correct my order and give me the correct things. Once again, they did not apologize nor offer any good customer service in the slightest. Their own manager/team lead had to be corrected on what he was reading off my receipt telling me I only ordered one thing when the pack I did order came with two items. These people always make food and somehow little particles of things that I selected not to add in my food are ALWAYS in my food, so anybody with allergies should be aware this place does not care about your wellbeing. Once I got my food ( 8:25PM ) I was still missing items and I was giving a bottled water for my drink substitution. I don't know what it is with these people if they need to be trained better but you guys have the wrong people behind that counter because they definitely do not represent your company well whatsoever. This place is a huge upgrade from the dump of a TB that existed for years over on Union Blvd but come on cuz, five stars for a Taco Bell? Have people lost their minds? In reality should any fast food place really get five stars? I have never been inside and I never will go inside so I can't attest as to how clean things might look or as to how nice the staff seems. While it's nice that they ask how you're doing before you order at the drive thru we all know it's corporately scripted. In reality does that really matter? For the most part the few and far between times I've come here it's been after 10pm which I believe is when they close up the inside part (I will not reference dining room when reviewing a TB) making everything drive thru only after that point. I've also never done breakfast here and to the few that have, God Bless. No, when I get in the mood to tie my colon in a knot for a day or two it's always the old school way with things like the fiesta potatoes or some random chalupa or gordita. One noteworthy change has happened since they opened that has helped. Initially both drive thru windows were utilized and at the first window you paid for your grease plus they gave you a bag with napkins plus whatever sauce(s) you wanted. It was inefficient and wasted a bag. Somewhere over the last two years the powers that be figured it out and went back to the old way of just jamming everything into one bag at window #2 while I haven't seen window #1 used in.......forever. If your coming to a TB you know your fate in advance and this place more than lives up to expectations. read more

So at the end of the day this is still just a Taco Bell - don't expect a world class meal. That said - this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever been too, and I've been to a lot. Staff is always super courteous (like Chic Fil-Et level nice), they've I think only once messed an order up out of probably 100 visits (I work around the corner), and they even take the COVID stuff pretty serious. Service is typically pretty fast even if there's a line of cars. Note most of my visits are around lunchtime, so if you go at night your mileage may vary. read more

Look, the food is Taco Bell and we all know it's fast and easy but not the greatest. That said, this review is more on the employees working the weekday lunch shift and the cleanliness of the store. The store is new only a couple months old but it's spotless and the music is pleasant to listen to. The employees working today's weekday lunch shift are the finest I've ran into at a fast food place. Very polite and helpful. Just tried to go to the restaurant and guy outside said they are closed at 11:30 pm . However hours posted say they are open to 1 am. I have been to this location many times and never had an issue with them being "closed" at 11:30pm. I personally feel like they don't want to work. Please change your hours to reflect your actual hours. Its very annoying when this happens. 2x I've gone here and gotten a burrito that tasted like sanitizer water, as if one of their employees didnt change their gloves after wiping down the counter with the nasty, grey sanitizer water that get changed once a day. (Im a former employee of the franchise- it gets changed once a day.) I called in to let the manager know that they need to have a training review, and I got a comped meal. Drive thru order and ordered two chicken and cheese soft shell tacos with nothing else on it but chicken and cheese - repeated it two times to the employee. Went to the pick up window and I reconfirmed my order - chicken and cheese soft shell tacos nothing else on it. The cashier asked the employee making the meal if she made it correctly and she started screaming (not exaggerating) "It's already made I'm not f*ching remaking orders all night" - we told them that we ordered it correctly - she didn't make the right order. He closed the window and spoke to the employee and then he reopened the window and said sorry, she said she's the manager and she's not remaking the order. We drove away and thank god we were smart enough to have this conversation before we paid. She was extremely disrespectful not only to us as customers but her co-workers. read more

This is the slowest taco bell I've ever seen, they have the watermelon freeze on their board even though they aren't offering it, they ask for your name for your order but they only type in the first 3 letters because they're lazy and then the person that comes out with your food reads a weird name and everyone is confused, then after all that you still get cold food with unmelted cheese. read more

Never had an issue with this Taco Bell until a few weeks ago... I wanted to order soft tacos with tomato. (Now I already know pricing because I looked online) The person on the drive through told me I could order supreme because they'd be cheaper... I don't eat dairy, so with the supreme I'm also paying for cream cheese which I don't eat... my boyfriend told her no, it's not cheaper just to have the woman give us attitude. "Fine have it your way since you know what you're talking about." *attitude* Pulled up to the window to have the manager curse us out! And she rudely closed the window on us. We went to the new Taco Bell in Bethlehem to have what we already knew confirmed... soft taco with added tomato comes out cheaper than a supreme taco. Moral of the story, if you have a manager who hates their job and speaks to customers with attitude and curses, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff treats customers. It's sad to say we live in an age where people can't be professional at work and make customers feel like crap and that they'll get into a fight with them. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I got on the drive thru line today and tried to place a simple order. The order taker kept getting it wrong and the wrong items kept appearing on the screen. After a few minutes of this I gave up and pulled ahead. After waiting on the line for quite a while I finally got to the window. Some arrogant young woman who seemed to be an assistant manager told that they would not take my order there because I was supposed to do it at the microphone and that I would have to pull around and get back on the line. She then closed the window and when I didn't immediately leave she repeated it through the window. I have never been treated so rudely before. This person needs to be fired and this store avoided.
