I like to ask lots of questions when I visit a new restaurant and our waitress was all too happy to answer all our questions. This is a family run business which I appreciate supporting. When our food came out everything was very fresh. You could tell someone had been slaving away in the kitchen to make it happen. The tortillas I believe were even hand made which you don't find around here much. Our only complaint when we were finished with our food was how full we were and most of us took food home. The agua frescas were very good too. I had already told two people about this place before we even left the restaurant. I get the chimichanga when I visit, they, like most locations I've visited over the years pack meat into the chimichanga without cheese (I once worked for a restaurant that put cheese in the Chimmi - was so darn good. But the cheese and sour crème served with the Chimmi is quite good and it's a filling and tasty meal. The Mexican rice and refried beans mix nicely with the Chimmi. I'm often there after attending a sporting event at Jacksonville State, and if you are doing the same this is a great stop before you head home. They have a ton of space, lots of tables, friendly servers and and large menu. Check them out when you're close by.

He decided to DRIVE all the way back (4 miles) and when he talked to the manager, the manager said, that is what it is supposed to be.. My husband was appalled and said this is barely the size of a taco and there's hardly any steak or cheese. To which the manager replied, "No sir, our tacos are way smaller." CRAZY!!!
