Without a doubt the most garbage Taco Bell in all of Austin. I live close, so I find myself there a lot. Failure on all fronts. Terrible customer service, and they can barely ever get the order right. Just drove there and paid for an order, got home and realized they gave me someone else's tiny order. Wow really? Got into a heated agurment last night with the store manager, after he refused to take my call. All because they forgot a few to put some stuff in my bag. I was called a liar and that it was my fault that i didnt check the bag before i left. That was after he told me that he was someone double check each order before it goes out. STILL the worst place when it comes to customer service!! I am APPALLED at their customer service skills.. my husband and I went last night after work and we gave them a 20$ bill..the total was 13 something which meant we got 7 somethin back. All I got back was 2 dollars and 2 cents. I quickly questioned it and said "where is the rest of my change"? I noticed the girl who took our order and Money standing around talking to the kids and yes they were kids, at the next window just as fast as I questioned it and then they say "pull up to the curb we have to count the drawer" it took 35 minutes for them to do so and the manager for the evening came out with a HORRIBLE attitude accusing us of being wrong when the receipt in our hand said what we were saying so the receipt backed us up.. she said "well here's 5 dollars out of my pocket" I took it from her and said " that's not the point the point is that your employees are STEALING money from customers and it's not right I want MY original 5 dollars that's on her body, in her pockets" the manager proceeded to say "she doesn't have it the drawer is even" I said "yeah I know, cuz she's been pocketing money all damn day so of course it will be even"..this is not the first time this has happened and it's not the first time they got our order wrong. nothing has ever done to make the situation right especially when it comes to stealing money. If you choose to eat here I would watch the money very closely and demand they give you the right change right then and there..I would even venture to say call the cops if you run into the situation I did last night. The manger who allowed this to happen AND the person who was doing it needs to be fired ON THE SPOT! If this happens again to us the cops WILL be called and people WILL be searched! read more

Dude if I could give this location zero stars I would. I recently moved to nearby this location and I went for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've been back twice, I'll tell you about those experiences. 1. Go in and there's no line, but no one at the register for at least 3-4 minutes. Finally a dude walks up, he looks upset and right before I order the guy yells "we're out of ground beef, but can do steak and chicken". Next thing he looks at this older couple next to me and is all nice when he offers to replace their beef with steak or chicken. So then he comes back to me and I told him what I want and he asked steak or chicken and then tells me crazy price. I questioned it and he says "there is an up charge for the steak". So I'm all like "nah, you just gave it to those people and beef clearly isn't option." This dude looks at me and says "it's not my fault that we don't have beef, I can't control that." Y'all, I looked this dude in his eye sockets and said "it's not your fault that y'all didn't cook enough beef?" I was over it, so I just left and I called the 800 number and they sent me 2 $5 coupons. Now onto visit 2. 2. So I have 1 of my $5 coupons in hand and I drive over and order from the drive thru. I get up there and homeboy tells me "we don't accept these." I'm immediately shocked and explain to him why I have this thing and he was cool and went ahead and took it. But then he tells me that they ran out of the Cinnabon dessert that I just ordered and then I got home and my quesadilla was way over cooked. Whatever, it was mostly free, so it's cool. Now onto visit 3. 3. Just now I go up there and I walk in this time. For starters the dude behind the register looks like a homeless guy they pulled off the street this morning. No uniform shirt, no name tag, shirt all dirty and wrinkled and he just looked sketchy. So I'm ordering and he just looks so angry to be alive and working at Taco Bell. When I'm done I hand him this coupon and he snaps "we don't accept these, you can't use this" and he tried to throw it away. We go back and forth, I explain how I got it and he tells me something about headquarters won't take them. They sent me the thing, why would they not accept it? So he gets someone else and she condescendingly asks how I got it as if I'm printing these in my basement so I can save $5. She finally says "we'll accept it this time, but we're not supposed to" as if she's doing me a favor. Then the guy commences to tell me that I have to get some box, that I can't use it for what I ordered. Yet again, the coupon doesn't say anything about that. So I take the coupon back and I say "you guys suck" as I walk away and the guy says "f**k you, go to hell." Classy right? This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I order a side of fiesta potatoes and it took the employees 20 minutes to make it. This is outrageous. It shouldn't have tooken them that long. The food was good and the employees were very nice but the restrooms were dirty and needed to be clean. The employees would say your name when your food was ready but the say it too quietly. So to summarize the review I would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry or need to use the restroom. read more

This place has made me hate all Taco Bells. Everytime I go, my food is cold by the time I get home, which is literally a block away, and the order is always wrong somehow. ALWAYS check your food before driving off from the Drive Thru. My order isn't that difficult and they get it wrong about 25% of the time. I always order a Crunchy Taco without meat, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and a Volcano Taco minus the meat. Does that sound very difficult to punch in? Other than that, it is a Taco Bell so the service is quick. read more

We were just at the location around 7:30 pm. We left because when we went up to the drive through and waited and waited and said "hello?" Multiple times and there was zero response. Finally, we thought maybe it is closed. We pulled through the drive through to find ourselves trapped in by a car waiting on their food. Ignoring customers is unacceptable service. If you are busy, simply say so and request we wait, which we would have been more than happy to. We shouldn't have to question if you are open when you are. This particular Taco Bell is seriously flawed. They've closed up early because they supposedly ran out of everything. The next time was several months ago - we placed and order and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. Finally the employee working the window looked pained and said that the Manager was refusing to make our order because it had been given to another customer. They blamed the ordering system. They did refund the money but we didn't go back there for months. Tonight we took a chance and went back. We ordered a meal and 5 additional tacos. We got the meal but only 1 of the 5 extra tacos. So back in the line we went to retrieve the other 4. The guy at the window asked to see the receipt which we gave to him, he told the guys making the food that they shorted us 4 tacos. They looked at us and said they'd already made all of the tacos we'd ordered like we were trying to rip them off. Then gave us 3 of the 4 tacos they'd shorted us originally. We still never got the correct order. We would have been only too happy to hand them the bag of food they'd given to us so that they could see for themselves exactly what we'd gotten. It's bad enough to have paid for stuff we still haven't gotten, but to hear the kitchen staff bad mouth us in the process sealed that deal. This one has proven to be a total bust. Won't EVER be going back there again. The store over by Southpark Meadows is more efficient and far friendlier. read more

Tacobell .i have pictures of everything.. and don't Taco Bell don't close until 1 p.m. it doesn't make sense why this Taco Bell is closed for 30 minutes either I need my refunds back or something free I am waiting in the front of Taco Bell why this food that they gave me is getting cold and I need my food that I ordered I am really f****** pissed right about now. I don't usually write reviews here being that I'm in the service industry myself and I know how harmful one person's experience can effect a business but I've had the unfortunate experience of trying to get some TB after my shifts ranging from 11pm to 1 am and something is ALWAYS out. Couldn't order anything yesterday 8/2/2019 due to ground beef being out. Today I get there several hours earlier (11pm) and place my order. Feeling a bit more confident and okay with my choice to give the staff a 2nd chance. However I get to the window and I'm told once again they ran out of beef and can't complete my order. Gave me the option for chicken on my nachos and had to make sure I wasn't charged extra for it.(Was reminded that they don't usually allow the upgrade without the extra charge but seeing as I had already been rung up he would be okay with it this time!) I don't know what is going on but it sounds like this place needs a management overhaul!! Late night shift leader said not enough product was dropped for his shift by the previous shift lead. Considering this has happened several times for me ( I know it's nuts that I keep going back, it's the closest drive thru besides McDonald's and their product upsets my stomach every time) I'm going to completely stop going thru drive thru's and just plan accordingly to eat after my shift. Absolutely horrible product. Items I ordered tonight were cold. I've witnessed several staff members outside. Couldn't help but think if your out of a major staple to your menu first: why do you need 3+ staff members on the clock and why are you open? Learned my lesson and hopefully this helps someone who may not want to sit 30 minutes in their drive thru only to be disappointed. read more

Please teach ALL your employees what Fresco style means. Part of what it means is no Baja Sauce and no cheese. I'm tired of getting home from the late night drive-thru to find it was made wrong. I hate throwing food out and my money away. This happens close to 1/5 times. 20% of the time is too high to be throwing improperly made food away. The cheese I can check quickly, even though I shouldn't have to. The Baja Sauce usually isn't easily detectable in a car at night until after biting into it, at which point I want to barf. If you could train your employees what Fresco style meant it would be great. Don't assume they know because I guarantee you...they do not. Thank you. read more
