This location continues to be terrible. They miss items constantly, their workers are rude when they are not outside of the restaurant on their phones. They forgot the chalupas that I ordered, did not make the one other item correctly (which was not customized). When I went back through and mentioned I was missing items they said they ran out of chalupas. I ask why they did not tell me since I ordered and paid for them. She said she didn't know. I asked if I would get refunded for the missing items. She told me I got everything I paid for. I told her no I did not and she said get a refund through the app. I asked her how as there is no refund button and she said that she doesn't know his the apps work. She then did not talk for 2-3 minutes. I asked if there was any resolution and she said no there is nothing she can do. I then drove off. I was very calm the whole time, I did not yell or act like a "Karen" but am annoyed that that had not resolution, no apology, was very rude in responding and had no care to help. read more

The lazy workers just close up the restaurant whenever they don't feel like working. Sign says they're open until 5am but they decided to close at 8:58pm. But they're too lazy to even turn off online ordering, so now I'm out 15 bucks even though there were at least four employees standing in the restaurant not doing Jack claiming they were closed when I went to pick up my order. I understand working fast food isn't a glamorous job, I've worked in the service industry for years, but this is absolutely absurd. I don't know who runs this location but they should know the employees are just closing up shop whenever they feel like it. Ordered this volcano taco combo and it was completely inedible. Soggy to the point where you can't even lift it. Called the manager to ask how long it was sitting there before we had ordered it and they said they didn't know. They normally just keep them in the warmers and don't look at how long they are there. Me and my bf go here all the time and love this place, especially because it is one of the few places open late. The food is not bad, however, every single time that we have gotten a chicken quesadilla here, the last triangle/slice is just an empty tortilla with nothing in it. I've attached a picture. I can understand if it happens once or twice, but it's starting to become something to expect when ordering the quesadilla. We enjoy our quesadillas, so when we receive an empty bland tortilla as part of it, you can understand why we were so disappointed. The staff is always friendly and cooperative, but sometimes the food just looks like it was thrown together. Also, it's not really worth it to get the cantina chicken taco, there is a lot of cabbage and barely any cheese/tomato/chicken. The chicken is also kind of rubbery anyways. I would have attached a picture but it was gone within one bite considering how small it was, and the sour cream was just plopped on the outside of the taco. Overall, we are very happy with the friendly staff and convenient hours, but the food quality/presentation could be improved a little bit. read more

I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but nope. They really are horrible. I just waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to only be told they are only doing mobile orders. I don't, maybe open the lobby for mobile orders and close the drive thru? Or have a large sign before someone pulls into the drive thru and gets stuck as I watched all the cars ahead of me getting food. I didn't have my phone so I was SOL and was stuck. This is not the first time something like this has happened there either. Trash. I don't know how they stay in business honestly. The chance of this location being open after 9pm is less than 50%. They change their hours on Google weekly. Open til 4am one week, 10p the next. If the are shutting down early due to Covid, I'm sure the employees walking around with their masks around their chins and sharing headsets has nothing to do with it. There used to be a middle aged woman that worked nights and she was great. In the last 4-5 months, it's a bunch of younger employees that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by ordering. I hadn't dined at a Taco Bell in years but as a seasonal resident in Avon Lake, OH with one about 1 mile from my home, I decided to try it as a takeout meal. After reading a bunch of reviews about their Crunchwrap Supreme, that sounded like a really good choice beloved by everyone. My wife and I each ordered one based on the online recommendations (from other Taco Bell locations), the description of ingredients and the photo posted on the online menu. I hesitate to use the word fraud, but what you see it not even close to what you get. More precisely, the photo shows the base layer of ground beef and cheeses sauce as comprising a solid 1/4 of the height of the wrap. The reality was that the base layer was so thin that it seemed that so ground beef was visible though there were some brownish appearing areas that might have has a light smear of beef in it but not really visible or detectable by taste or texture. This was a total ripoff but they certainly built some customer loyalty with me. On my honor as a customer, I will never go back to that location. I hope everyone else has better luck! read more

Today I decided to try something new off the Taco Bell menu instead of the my usual order of 3 Crunchy Taco Party Packs. I ordered the popular soft taco. It's like a crunchy taco with a twist. Instead of the much loved crunch of a baked tortilla shell seen on crunchy taco, a soft flour tortilla is used instead. It still has my favorite ingredients like ground beef lettuce and cheese. On my initial tasting I found the soft taco to have a pretty savory taste. The taco meat was good and all but I felt like the rest of the dish was lacking. Maybe if the flour tortilla was fried in oil it would have been a bit better. Or maybe if there was crunchy tortilla strips inside the taco with the soft tortilla removed. The lettuce tasted great but could have been paired with some sort of crisp corn based product on the side. The soft taco ultimately gets 2/5 for me, I like the risk taken but execution was subpar. Ultimatley this Taco Bell still gets a 5/5 as it serves the best crunchy tacos around! read more

This is a standard Taco Bell however I have noticed their switch to extremely fine shredded cheese in their tacos and other items. They seem to be of normal speed for a Taco Bell. I am sometimes disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the chips shells. read more

Slowest Taco Bell at lunch time ever!!! Sometimes having to wait 10-15 minutes for fast food at lunch time when there are only 3 people in front of you....not good for people who only have 30 minutes for a lunch break! They get the orders right 90% of the time and always give free stuff if they have to correct wrong orders. Employees are entertaining to watch...looking confused and arguing with each other.
