Luchadora as the name implies specializes in these types of burgers but they also have burritos also. The smash burger that I ordered was The Pachuco. This was a burger with guacamole, con safo sauce, fried pepperjack cheese and grilled onions. Yhe burger was great! The picture if this burger made it a little intimidating looking with the cheese fried and coming out on one end but actually having it in front of you is quite manageable. We also got a large portion of French Fries and split them. The fries were excellent as you bit into them they were creamy in the center which is perfect. Dipping these in ketchup is of course great but dipping them in the hot sauce that is with the other condiments is very good too!

We received our food promptly, but our milkshake sat unclaimed at the pickup window for 45 minutes -- despite our order being marked dine-in. When I asked staff about the delay, I was told the kitchen was behind on shakes. It wasn't until I went directly to the front counter that an employee checked the pickup booth and found our drink had been sitting there the entire time. No major complaints about the team -- they were clearly in the weeds -- but better communication between the counter and kitchen would go a long way. Next visit, we'll stick to the drive-thru.

The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end for this restaurant. The flavor of the food was severely lacking. It was noticeable in the salsa that was served with the chips and the 2 entrees I ordered on separate occasions. The consistency of the salsa was way too liquidy, almost as if the salsa was watered down. The flavor was dull as well. The first time I came here I ordered the chinichanga and the second time I ordered chicken enchiladas. Though the chimichanga wasn't bad, it wasn't good either. The chicken enchiladas were also severely lacking in flavor and just bland. Everything needed more flavor. This all wouldn't have been so bad if the prices were reasonable but they were quite high and not worth the value. Between expensive food and dull flavors, I would not reccomend dining here until things change.

But unfortunately this has happened the last few times I was there. This past time I watched the woman cooking pull out burnt pizza after burnt pizza and I hoped one wasn't mine but it was. If I hadn't needed to be somewhere in a few minutes, I would have had them cook me another one. Attached are photos of the last pizza I bought here. Crust was very burnt and cheese on top was hard and dry. The first photo is of a lunch combo pizza from the Northwest Road Little Caesars where I will be getting my combos in the future. I have not had the same problem with the round Tuesday special pizzas nor when the employee named Pam is working.
