This location is consistently terrible. I was with a buddy the other day, and he was like, let's eat here. We come in, and the dining room is a disaster -- dirty tables trash on the floor. I ordered up the Mexican pizza combo. I love Taco Bells Mexican Pizza. So I am not sure what has happened with hard shell tacos at Taco Bell, but I never to seem to have luck getting them crunchy. They are more chewy than crunchy. It reminds me when you get Ortega taco shells in the grocery store, and you don't heat them long enough in the oven. I asked for a fork or spork, and the worker stated they were completely out of them. They did offer me a knife and a spoon. I ordered my food through the mobile app, picked it up, and found one of my items missing and one with the wrong things on it. My fault for not checking when I got my food. I went back and explained that that to them at the drive through cuz the store was locked and they told me they could only replace what was wrong and missing and not just remake the order even though I had everything still with me. The food was ICE COLD AT THIS POINT. They offer to give me coupons on top of replacing the food. The cashier was rude and never even apologized for the inconvenience. On top of that it was still cooked improperly and thrown in the bag upside down so it was a mess. I just cut my losses and left cuz it was getting late and I don't have the patience or the time for that. I have worked in fast food before and I understand it's not the greatest job. If there was a way I could give this place negative stars I would. I went here almost two weeks ago, and my girlfriend was horrified to discover a piece of plastic in her power bowl. I assume it's from some big back of food and somebody wasn't paying attention. I call to get a replacement order and allegedly that wouldn't be an issue. Fast forward to 15 minutes ago. They claim they can't take orders, with no explanation, I try and clarify they don't need the computer for a replacement order. Crickets. I wait in front of the speaker for a few minutes eventually the worker comes back to the speaker and claims we don't do replacement orders past 48 hours. Which was not disclosed and usually not a thing, especially when they screw up this big... I tried to order from here today at 7:07 pm and was told they were in the middle of a shift change and couldn't take orders for fifteen minutes. I have been here on two other occasions within the last few months and both times they said they weren't able to take orders then either. One time their system was down the other time they weren't open yet (it was 12:30 pm on a week day). Not sure if they just can't find staff to work or if something shady is going on at this location. Should have gone to little caesars across the street after she didn't even give us 2 bought items off of our receipt. We had to turn around, against the flow of traffic and parked to go inside and negotiate for our lost 2 items that we order. On Southfield Road, just north of 13 Mile Road. Service during the daytime is always quick, and the food is well-prepared. Nighttime can be a little slower, and the food portions a little lighter.
