Bethany is an angry woman that has no reason to be in management. We ordered a large order and they didn't end up giving us all of our food. We noticed that when we got back to our cabin. Raul, the nice guy who made the mistake was very accommodating, but Bethany is a horrible human being that needs to get her life together before she gets her life together. And then she proceeded to discipline Raul like he was her child and they were from a 3rd world country. She then told Raul that we were difficult to deal with and that he needed to take care of us, and we hadn't even started complaining. One of the worst experiences , I ordered and paid for the cheddar beef chalupa and they gave me a regular chalupa. They also forgot my two soft tacos. Went back and everyone in the store was fighting and yelling at each other in Spanish. It makes me sad to see there are so many bad reviews for this location. We were getting food for about 15 people which meant a ton of items. The guy at the drive thru window was super cool, funny and thorough on making sure our order was correct. We had a line behind us and I told him I would drive around to double check.
