The receptionists at an office I went to were swamped and didn't think they'd have time to leave to grab lunch. I told them I'd grab them something and surprisingly they chose Taco Bell (I think since it was literally within walking distance). The drive thru moved quickly to have such a long line, young lady working the window was pleasant and the heat from the food was coming through the box. I haven't had Taco Bell in forever, but used to love options on the vegetarian menu or the Crunchwrap with no sour cream. Used the drive-thru service - need to check bag next time as I was shorted on paid sauces. BUT, the real issue is a HORRIBLE meal overall. The TACOS had no flavor whatsoever. We ordered Avocado Ranch Chicken Stackers and they were just abysmal. Bitter flavor. Opened one up and found tomato plant stems inside- hence the bitter taste? Maybe TB has determined toxic alkaloids are a flavor enhancement? The 'chicken' was some substance masquerading as poultry (have they began using lab grown 'meat'?). The shredded cabbage add-on was below skimpy- maybe three micro slivers on each which was approximately 1 T. Overall a FAIL in flavor, prep, and quality. Yea, I know expectations for a fast food venue shouldn't be too high but this was off the charts low performance. Tuesday's meal confirms my exit from this franchise. read more

I just waited 17 minutes in a line to find out that I would have a 25 minute wait to get a burrito. Absolutely ridiculous

today I go to Taco Bell on my lunch break. no other cars in drive thru . no big crowd in dining area either. but let me just say how is it that I order a chicken quesadilla and a large sprite . pull forward pay and get food pretty fast. to just go back to work with a cold chicken quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted. how is it these people forgot to grill my food? how with no busy crowd? read more

I'm not someone who is just going to review someone 1 star just for the heck of it, and in order to be reviewed 1 star by me, you really have to completely screw up, but somehow... this Taco Bell seemed to do just that. Seriously, someone needs to fix this or they're going to completely lose the business they have. This used to be the best Taco Bell I had ever been to. It is a very nice-looking building, it was fast, and the food was fresh. The tacos were always crunchy, and I never had a single problem. Well, that all came to an end today. I didn't bring my luck to work today, and with it being Taco Tuesday, I decided I'd have Taco Bell for lunch. One of my coworkers did the same, and so she told me what she wanted and gave me some cash, and I ordered my order in the app to make it quick and easier, and all I had to do was order one thing in the store. On the way to the restaurant, my phone notified me that my food was ready to be picked up. I get into the restaurant and I told them the name on my order. They looked at me like I was bonkers, and so I pulled up my app to ensure I was at the correct place. I placed my order at the TATTERSALL Taco Bell, which is this exact store. For SOME reason they didn't have it even though it said my food was ready to be picked up. But, I excused it and told them what I had and then they went to work on getting the order ready. Meanwhile, I needed to place an order for my coworker. They told me to use the kiosk since I had cash. My coworker wanted some sort of special order that I wasn't able to get on the kiosk, so I decided to get in line to place a quick order. After all, there was a girl working the register and taking several peoples' orders. So 3 or 4 people give their orders and as soon as it was my turn, she just walks off for probably 5 minutes. In the meantime, my order which should have already been ready when I got there was just being bagged up. I finally placed the special order for my coworker and it was rung up correctly. I stand at the counter for about 10 more minutes, and I'm slowly losing my cool, and visibly so. Finally one of the cooks in the back asks me what I'm waiting on. I sigh and tell him, and he gets very rude with me, as if I'm just some sort of annoyance or pester in his life. So he puts it together and I finally head out the door, even though I have very little confidence that my order is even correct. I am just so ready to leave at this point that I don't even check, for I really wouldn't want to wait another 20 minutes in the Taco Bell lobby (seriously, I was there for about 20 minutes. It was ridiculous!) So, I leave with an order that should've been ready the moment I got there and an order that was one burrito and a couple cinnabon delights that should have taken no more than 5 minutes to put together. I get back to the office and my meal is missing a taco for which I was charged. My coworker's burrito is completely wrong even though it was rung up correctly (I checked the receipt) and I was fuming mad by the time I finally get back to the office. I swear, I will NEVER come back to this place. I will gladly drive further to the next Taco Bell before I ever come back to this place. It's a shame because at one point in time, this was my favorite Taco Bell to eat at. I am not writing this review to dog this place out. I am writing it in order for people to do something better with the management. This place is a trainwreck. read more

Being a vegetarian for 15 years, bean burritos were a staple in my diet. I've been eating at Taco Bell for 40 years. The last 2 times I was at Tattersall they served old dried beans that were crunchy and cold. I truly wanted this location to do well. I do not think the staff has been trained properly or maybe they have high turnover like most businesses today. I hope they figure it out. I'll go to the Hwy. 280 location next time I get a craving for a good ole Taco Bell bean burrito with extra onion. I wish you well Tattersall. Only Taco Bell I've ever had a bad experience with. Ask for no lettuce and no sour cream on everything I ordered but they still put it on there. I went back in to ask if I could have what I asked for and they argued that they had done everything right. So they then took my food back, opened everything, saw they had messed up, and then only fixed half the order. I thought Covid policy was you couldn't take back the food especially open it back up and touch it all. Wasn't upset they took back the wrong food, I was more upset that they became hostile when I said their had been a mishap. I now only go to the Taco Bell on 280 who was apologetic when they had a mishap and even gave us a free side. I guess they get their egos hurt over at Tattersall. read more

I live by this taco bell and I went there to get some dinner around 10 pm and they had a attitude with me. They were out of almost everything and I ordered the Mexican pizza combo. Guess what they forgot to give me? THE MEXICAN PIZZA THEY FORGOT THE MAIN DISH!!!! They are out of mild sauce, my favorite sauce. If I could rate this place as 0 stars I would. read more
