I had such a stressful day today and when I went to get dinner for my family at this location, it was so nice to have such a kind and polite cashier greet me! The food was also super tasty and so much better than anything I could have made at home in the state that I was in at the time. AM Crunchwrap and Cinnabon Delights. These are my new extremely guilty pleasure breakfast items. We came in here for a carpool team breakfast to try the new menu out. I'll start off by saying we were all really excited for this in a slightly ironic but really curious way. I mean come on waffle taco?!? The waffle taco was ok, it met the requirements but I wish the waffle had a nice crispy caramelized exterior. The AM Crunchwrap (Steak) was phenomenal, I can see myself getting this again on a road trip or something like that. It's "steak", hash browns, eggs, cheese, and a sauce wrapped in a griddled tortilla. Whats not to love? The Cinnabon Delights were absolutely amazing, a total sugar bomb and a recipe for stomach pain if you eat more than 3. All in all we were really satisfied with our breakfast experience. read more

When he approached the counter and spoke to our daughter, the girl at the counter laughed, (there was no one else around) everytime he spoke, she laughed. my daughter asked her to "please dont laugh at my dad" she gave no response. she made a mistake on the order, and manager came and fixed it, again laughing everytime he spoke!. I attempted to call later to confirm the employees name that was on the reciept, and acquire the district managers contact info. The person answering identified herself as shift manager. refused to give her name, when I asked if for the name of the girl working at the counter her response was "oh my god she wasnt laughing at him" She refused to tell us saying "these are MY employees and I wont tell you who they are" then hung up on me. I attempted to call back 3 more times, they just picked up the line and hung it up. In all honesty, who knows REALLY what she was laughing at, my husband? maybe. some back room shenanigans? maybe. BUT he pointed out that he felt she was laughing at him. seemed that way for sure. He told me" I could not even look at her, she made me feel like a freak" The fact that he pointed out how she made him feel and did nothing to dispute that she was ridiculing him, the fact that the "manager" did not step in and own a possible issue, but take part in the disgraceful behavior sure does point to his feelings being spot on. take away. It's Taco Bell. I'm not happy at the new nickel and dime attitude. $0.25 for onions? And as always it's a franchise location so advertised dollar menu items go for between $1.19 and $1.79. Most disturbing is they disable online ordering frequently. So ... there is always the Woodinville Taco Bell, or any of the more authentic Mexican places in the area. I know this is Taco Bell, but dang. I ordered $20 worth of tacos and burritos and they skimped out on everything. The tacos were nearly empty and the burrito's were skinny and barely had anything in them. OBVIOUSLY the owner is sooo cheap. And most of the food was cold. This establishment is terrible. In particular, the mornings are the worst. First of all, the worker's there are surprised to see someone walking in the door at 715AM. Secondly, they don't even bother to greet you...just a blank stare and a disgruntled look. Not even a smile? I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for the two cars in front of me to get their small bag of food. The slowest fast food I've ever had. The worst part is when I get to the window, the lady forgot to make my coffee so she went a few steps and began to make my iced coffee. While she waited for the coffee to brew, she bent down and cleaned out the floor drain with her bare hands, then handed me my coffee without washing her hands or anything. This place gets my order wrong about half the time. Their order verification screen broke over a year ago, and hasn't been fixed yet. At least when the screen was working, I could catch the errors in my order most of the time. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered four things: two tacos, two burritos. They were open late on a Sunday and they got our order to us very fast. Even though after seeing all those cap'n crunch ball commercials I decided to try them. I didn't bother to check the bag thinking that they could do a single order right and they forgot it. Unlike most people at this point I stopped caring about it since I had already driven off and it was only a dollar for 2 pieces. Would have taken more money in gas to come back and it was probably pretty unhealthy. Despite that mess up everything else tasted great! One time I went through the drive through and 2 of the employees were yelling at each other because one of them was talking bad about them to the manager behind their back and another employee had to step in to break up a fight. Despite my normal good tastes, I actually do like Taco Bell's food. And while this Taco Bell tastes like most any other Taco Bell, it's service is terrible. Nearly every time they mess-up our drive-through order, leaving us to wait in the car with our tacos becoming soggy and our potato bites becoming cold, while we wait for them to fix it. Delicious food great service the prices are incredibly low and affordable to feed your whole family and the time it takes to get your food is usually between 1-5 minutes very fast 5 minutes is only if there are a lot of people and my order is always correct.
