I 've all the reviews anout this taco bell and can tell the employee or owner posts..lets get some facts first: whenTB had nice viynal setting , nice tile flooring, festive painting of color. Anyway the dark black painted flooring sucks it shows dirt, food crumbs, etc, the bathroom looking tile on the walls equals yuck. The front counter use to be to order , well now itd got a big " order" rack on it. Next they are taking online orders, drive through orders, the ipad looking thing inside and really have driven the walk in customer away.The menu board is so small you need binacholars. Last the bathrooms are terrible! Look I don't liked writing negative reviews but the store must be owned by the same owners of hiway 64? read more

every time I order from this location, it is so bad. They always forget something and the food is always so cold and stale. ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo. they put in nacho cheese when i requested none. i also got 2 sides of guac. only got one. i also got a doritos locos taco and it didn't come. my food was cold and half the things in the crunchwrap were stale. requested utensils and got none.waste of money. everything was awful read more

Best taco Bell in the Sarasota Bradenton area. I've tried a Taco Bell every few months we usually do not go because every time we go they skimp on the toppings. I order extra toppings and don't get the extra they don't know how to make it meaty and cheesy but I tell you what this place has it Dead on! The employees are great they made my food fantastic there is plenty of meat and cheese. I'll be back to this Taco Bell only. The crew here had it right and because of how great they were I will now be a weekly regular to this store only!!!! I left and for once my belly was full!! Holy crap... I have never felt so robbed in my life. Im an avid fast food eater so I understand things don't always come out perfect and I don't expect that because let's face it.. It's fast food. But holy cow were the burritos and tacos we ordered so disrespectfully empty. My wife's tacos were LITERALLY almost just shell. I've been to this Taco Bell like 8 times because I live 60 seconds away and every.... Single... time... I've been extremely disappointed with the filling of the food ordered. This has to be one of the finer establishments in Lakewood Ranch, staff is always friendly, food comes out piping hot and delicious and they never mess up my order which is more then i can say for most tacobells. 10/10 keep up the great work guys! read more

I went through the drive thru at 8:50pm on a weekend. The hours clearly say online and on the door that they are open until 11pm. Someone spoke through the drive thru speaker saying they were closed. There was multiple cars parked in front and I could see they were open. They were just too lazy to do their job. Ridiculous and a waste of time. read more

Customer service is so important to me, it makes or breaks a place. It's not hard to smile. The guys in the drive thru were so kind, helpful, smiled, and even when the food took a little while to come out, they apologized, made conversation and were super nice!
