The food was ok I guess I'm 0.2% Mexican so I can handle spice. But after... It came the darkest day of my life, My stomach was upset after just one bite of that horrid taco. I Instantly rushed to the Lady's room But all the stalls were Full! Immediately grabbed the nearest trash can and decimated it. It was like a nuclear explosion and I was Oppenheimer creating a nuclear concoction that would put North Korea to shame, everything within a 10 mile radius was dead from just the smell. But the rupture that it created in my body was strong enough to send me into organ failure. Still sitting on the trash can every thing in my body rushing out like a river from my butthole. I screamed in pain from my make shift toilet but the stench from my colossal fart shook the ground so hard it created a earthquake (one of the worst in history) so everyone probably had already evacuated the sene. Around five hours later I was finally able to resin from my make shift toilet. Stumbling out my body weak from the torcher of demons being shot out of my butt at a 2200 mph speed. As I walked out of the Taco Bell I was met with a waste land and bomb squad lining the Taco Bell. That day meany innocent people died due to the consequences of that meal and my mistake of ever trusting Taco Bell. Normally Taco Bell falls short on orders and service but today my experience was amazing! The woman taking my order and at the window was very nice and quickly put everything together. My food was hot, exactly what I asked for, and had lots of sauce/seasoning (people who get their chicken quesadillas know the struggle sometimes). NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Second time within a week that we have been completely screwed over by this TB. Again, we were asked to wait, so we waited in total 15+ minutes to receive inaccurate, cold food. I assumed we waited because they were making us fresh potatoes, for the 5 spicy potatoes we ordered WITH EXTRA POTATOES. This was not the case at all, so I have NO IDEA WHY WE WAITED FOR THIS CRAP FOOD. But I just visited this location - and here I am! Service was great, I talked to who I believed was the store manager and he was so pleasant! This might sound silly, but on my recent birthday my husband went to Taco Bell to request a perfect Mexican Pizza. Andrea, the woman at the drive-thru, was exceptionally awesome. She actually went out of her way to tell the kitchen staff to make my Mexican Pizza "impeccable". And they did exactly that. She also gave our cat a little piece of chicken because we take our cat everywhere. I would give this location more stars but my only complaint is it seems like it's never open. read more

Below is a pic of a large piece of plastic that was in my daughter's burrito. Not only is this a choking hazard for a 2 year old but this is disgusting and absolutely not ok. This location gives their hours as until 7 PM or some sources say 6:30 yet I've driven by at 5 PM and found them closed. I just don't think they care to ever be open. Taco Bell locations are known for their late night hours, and often have lines around the building at 12:30 or 1 AM. This location doesn't even care to be open for dinner. read more

I don't normally write bad reviews. But people should be warned about this place. I drove thru at 215pm. There was no one in the store or the drive thru. I was the only customer. Ordered 3 soft tacos with meat and cheese only, with a large drink. First, I pulled off without my drink. No biggie. I backed up and grabbed it. But the girl said she didn't know why she had a drink sitting there. (She took my order 20 seconds earlier and I'm the only car in the drive thru) So I leave, park in a parking lot to eat before getting back on the road & immediately realize there is no sauce. She asked if I'd like sauce, right before handing me the food. But somehow didn't put any in the bag. So I drove back and grabbed sauce. I left again, parked to eat & realized that none of the tacos are meat and cheese only. So I ate 1/2 taco because I'm starving. The rest are in the trash can. Can't be sure, but it seems like they'd have to do it on purpose, to manage to get everything wrong. The only way it could've been more wrong is if they handed me a hamburger. These guys clearly do not take anything resembling pride in their work. And it's possible that they're screwing up orders on purpose. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Pretty horrible service. I honestly wish I could give this location negative stars. I've live in the area nearly three years, there's three Taco Bell locations in Broomfield and this is by far the WORST. I know it's fast food, cheap and quick and I never expect to be really wowed but at this location, I'm wowed at how terrible they are. Consistently cold quesadillas, often missing the sauce that goes in them, I've had a burrito just rolling around in my bag because the wrapping job was so poor, have to remind them about sauce multiple times, ice in drinks when no ice was requested, onions when asked for no onions, the latest that really pushed me to writing this review was today when I ordered a chicken power bowl, I'm handed a bowl that's about the weight of a soft taco. I start pulling away, realize there's no chicken in my CHICKEN power bowl. I walk inside and explain, no sympathy, apology, nothing, the woman just take it and walks back with it. I receive it back with about four bites of lukewarm chicken on it. Im not an especially big woman, but I'm doubtful this was even enough food to fill a child. I'm glad I paid $6 for that. The other two Broomfield locations will occasionally mess up or just not be that great but it's occasional and they've all been great about any mix ups. They're also pretty good the majority of the time but I'm constantly disappointed by this location. I keep giving it changes because it's closest to my new apartment but I'm 100% done now. read more

Our ambulance is too large to drive through and the manager wouldn't let us simply walk through the drive through to order either. This kid's going nowhere with his discussion and he's holding the coupon back to me like he's not going to honor it, so I try and spare us a whole lot of mindless chatter and state that right out front - you're saying you're not going to honor this coupon with your store brand on it, eh kid? "Well, no, what I'm saying is at a *franchise* Taco Bell, you'd save $1.10 on your order, but since this is a *corporate* Taco Bell, you're only saving $0.65 on your order..." The coupon clearly states "2 Item X's for $3.99". What do *I* care how much I'm saving? I try a different tactic: "So, you're trying to save me from using this coupon at this store, because you think I could save more elsewhere, is that it?" "Well, no, I'm just trying to tell you..." At this point the shift leader comes over, puts a virtual stake through the kid's head and cuts $2 off my order for my inconvenience. That's worth .48 stars to me. Noooooooooooot quite enough to round it up to 3. So. You(r store) failed, and your store should train its employees better: if it says 2 X's for $4, tell the high school cashier kid to stop f**king around with the customer and do what the coupon tells it, not to give a sidewise juke down Econ 101.
