Worst Taco Bell on earth!!! Sixth car in line at drive thru, took 40 minutes to get to the window. I had ordered about four items and two sodas, was handed a bag with a taco and a small coke. Last time I was there (probably 2 years ago - on my way back from Tahoe) - I got an ice cold bean burrito...nothing was warm, the tortilla was hard to bite through and the interior was same. Got a crunchwrap this time....it was haphazardly put together so it fell apart AND was also ice cold inside. At least the grill warmed the outside. After waiting in line for over a half hour because the drive through speaker was broke, I finally get to get to the window and I tried to offer an idea to make the process quicker to be told that wouldn't work. Then the young lady repeats what I said to the lady ringing up my order. Who then walks over to the staff preparing my food, they all look over at me. Yeah, not a good feeling to wonder what they are doing to my food. I leave with my food, then call to speak to a manager. The young lady who answered the phone says, "there is a lady on the phone who wants to speak to a manager", they all laugh. I made the mistake of sitting down and a younger girl very rudely told me "You can't sit there" I get it with all the rules following COVID that's fine. Nobody expects Taco Bell to be really good the most you can get out of it is filling. But there are some days when it's worse than others. Today was one of those days, the Mexican pizza was soggy it didn't look like anything it's just thrown together the taco shells were mushy you couldn't even really tell what it was. The bean burrito was decent, the tacos were decent. They had no tomatoes which was kind of weird to me considering they're right next-door to Safeway if you can't send an employee to Safeway to go get some tomatoes it's because the owner is cheap and probably doesn't want to spend the money.
