Waited in the drive through for our food for a good little bit, we got 2 burritos and a #2. First we got our drinks both got cherry pep, wasnt the greatest Pepsi either. we waited, got our food we pulled out and parked, I unwrapped my grilled cheese burrito and the cheese on the outside came off with the wrapper! So it was just a normal burrito at that point!! I took a bite... it was COLD! The cheese inside was not melted it was still cold.. not good at all! Very disappointed in this location bc I've been here multiple times and never had a problem but of course the first time I bring my dad to that one saying it's not a bad one that fucking happens! You are lucky I was with him bc he wouldn't let me go back in and throw it in your faces!!! read more

Taco Bell is a quick and easy place for a lunch or family dinner. They have a variety of options for all family members. I love the basic regular tacos. The on item I would suggest is to put a bit more meat on the tacos. Sometimes they are a little light on the hamburger taco meat. read more

Made a online order, the line was huge and extremely slow which you wouldn't think it was from a fast food place but whatever it was right after a concert so who cares, made some modifications online to a Crunchwrap supreme, didn't want tomatoes sour cream or the nacho cheese instead asked for the shredded cheese. Not hard right? Wrong got to the window they almost never gave us our second drink which was ok the lady apologized and then when I opened the Crunchwrap to check it, everything I asked to not have was on it still as if they never read the order, but the modifications to the nacho plate was correct, so I don't know what happened but it was late and I was starving so that is the premises of this review :( read more

Great staff! Everyone I've ever spoken to there is super friendly! I once posted about them on my Instagram and the manager gave me a printed out email he got from some pr person about the fact that I mentioned them. He was so sweet and it was cool to feel like a valued customer, especially since I go there quite a bit. It's fast food so obviously don't go if you're looking for luxury or super healthy options but they have some really good comfort food and I absolutely reccomend their mini chicken quesadilla (it's only a dollar but it's so delicious and filling)! Also huge props to the guy who sometimes works the drive through, he sort of sounds like a surfer guy and he's always very cheerful and cracks jokes when he greets us and takes our order!! read more

Okay, I looked at the other review and I am confused. I love Taco Bell but this was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food was not edible. We were visiting our daughter from California, our grandkids wanted Taco Bell. My daughter warned us that the Taco Bells in New York were different. All nine of us dumped our food and didn't finish. Taco Bell started in California where It needs to taste like Mexican Food. This stuff in New York was not even the same food. You would think Taco Bell would have a quality control team that traveled the country. I had a similar experience but not as bad at a Taco Bell in Little Rock Arkansas. Oh well, I guess if you want good Taco Bell you need to get it in the South Western U.S. read more

Well I'm 6 months pregnant and me and my boyfriend went there tonight and first when we pulled up the drive thru window we sat there for 5 minutes with out the lady saying anything!!! Then my boyfriend stated I wanted no sour cream or tomatoes on my food!!! But what do you know I get home and open up my what was suppose to be double crunch wrap supreme box which ended up to be a crunch wrap supreme and guess what was on my food sour cream and tomatoes!!! He made it very clear NO SOUR CREAM OR TOMATOES!!!! And also the night staff is slower then the day time!!! read more

I've frequented many Taco Bell's before, but this one is a step above...and by that I mean it's a step above what is already a fine establishment. We got the new Cap'n Crunch donut hole things...came out fresh and hot....don't even have to wait the recommended 3 minutes. The best part was the service...the guy at the drive thru was incredibly nice for a Sunday morning at 8AM. Honestly, you expect all fast food restaurants to be the same, but I highly recommend going to this one. The one regret is not getting a Mountain Dew Sangrita freeze. read more
