I must admit I have a deep attachment to Taco Bell from my youth. A TB was opened a few minutes from my childhood home and a welcome respite from burgers. One Father's Day my son said the kids always took Mom out for Mother's Day, so the kids wanted to take me out, anywhere I wanted. Steak, seafood, etc. I picked Taco Bell! This TB is the closest now and would have been a monthly stop after church, a block away. But with a number of jobs infilled they were only open at takeout window. And tacos they sit for a 15 minute drive aren't the best. But recently they reopened under new management, new staffing and inside dining. So we made the trip after church, my wife, our daughter, granddaughter and myself. Now I joke about my wife sticking mostly with familiar foods but I am pretty set on Tacos at the Bell. Service was quick, food was great. It will now be a regular after-church stop. read more

I don't usually review places but Marcus gave us the best service I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell. He got our order to us fresh and fast while being super nice and respectful. Honestly, he deserves a raise. This Taco Bell is not usually the closest one to me, but I would consider going out of my way if Marcus was working just to guarantee good service (because that is not usually the case at most locations). My daughter and I stopped at this Taco Bell on our way home from the airport a little after midnight. The first thing I noticed was that the line moved unusually fast for that time of night. We soon learned why. A young gentleman named Marcus was working the window. He was patient, efficient, and so courteous. When one of our items was going to take slightly longer than the rest, he apologized and asked us to pull around to the front. I noticed that he was running orders to cars, always saying "I'm sorry for your wait" and delivering with a smile. He had our order out to us very quickly. Worst Taco Bell ever. Staff acts like they don't care. Ordered 2 Chicken Chalupas last night at 11:00 p.m. Says they are open late and I had a late shift. Total trash food ! It's crazy that a corporate fast food joint can be so blatant and careless with your order. Several times in the last few weeks I have ordered from this spot and gave them several chances. I have a family of 5. And every time I order, I only get 3/4ths of my order, or less than that, or they try to add an item I didn't order to make up for their carelessness. I understand it's fast food, but can we Atleast get our orders right? Or if you can't fulfill my order, make up for it with a replacement upon your recommendation? This is the only Taco Bell that remains consistent. Polite staff. Orders are almost always correct. And best of all, unlike other Taco Bell's, they maintain breakfast hours. This location is the worst one I've been to. Truly dissatisfied with my experience. Most times I come there, they always mess up my order. Never had I once got a perfect order. And since I'm vegetarian, I am truly dissatisfied with how they took the black bean quesarito -my favorite thing on the menu- off of the menu. So last week I had Taco Bell for the first time in probably 2 yrs. I drive by this location at least 3x a week and always late at night so temptations are high. I finally stopped by but used the Drive Thru and ordered 2 Soft Taco Supremes (what I truly crave for are the hot sauce and the sour cream). The guy who took my order was super polite. The ordering process was super quick and my tacos were ready by the time I drove up to the window. My only complaint is that the guy asked me which sauce I want, but I never got any when I opened the bag at home. Taco Bell isn't as good without their hot sauces. As for the tacos, they're, well, they're exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell. There is not much meat and the ground beef tasted like it's ground very finely, almost paste-like. There wasn't much lettuce nor tomato. Oh well, at least I got my craving for sour cream satisfied. Maybe next time I should just stop by Publix and get myself a container of sour cream and skip the extra fat and calories. This location opens 24/7. Aren't they all? read more

Biggest challenge for this Taco Bell is location. It's currently on a section of road that is being torn up, so the main driveway into the parking lot for it is hard to navigate. Additionally, the parking lot layout sucks...you enter the same space that is the drive-thru's exit. It's on a mild grade so if you are mobility challenged or in a wheel chair, you may need help getting from your car to the door. Inside, they have not updated the seating since it was built: anchored swivel chairs with bench seating opposite. Only one spot had a movable chair for those who could not fit the tight booths or are wheelchair bound. read more

I've been eating at this Taco Bell for more than 28 years. When I was in high school, the Taco Bell parking lot was one of our many places my friends and I would hang out. El was always behind the counter taking our orders. I know my friends and I were probably pretty annoying as teenagers go but one thing is for sure, we all loved El. The lady at the drivethru window was beyond sweet! That is hard the find for a fast food chain. I got my food a lot faster than normal, and everything was correct, just how I ordered it!
