First of all it says they are open until midnight so we show up at 10:45 and sit in line for 30 minutes to be told they are "closed" when the car in front of us ordered and we heard them and when we ask to speak to the manager the "manager" tells us to leave and that we aren't going to order and proceeds to cuss us out. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt for a long time, but they make it impossible to want to return. This last trip had a list of complete failures, from customer service to food quality. After finding a large, black hair on the rim of a cup, which they didn't manage to get the lid on all the way, we asked for a new one. The drive thru attendant was pretty obvious in rolling her eyes at this request and did not bother to apologize for the very gross mistake. I wish I would have checked the bag after this poor interaction. We were missing two items from our order altogether. The taco shells were obviously stale and appeared to be thrown together haphazardly. The Mexican pizza also seemed to have been thrown in the box as well. We ordered at the drive-thru and when we pulled up to the window, the attendant there made an unfunny and inappropriate joke. When we didn't laugh, the attendant tried to explain their joke by making more inappropriate comments. When we explained that we really didn't want to hear any of their jokes, that we just wanted our food, the attendant proceeded to threaten us, and then even came out of the restaurant to chase us through the parking lot yelling as we drove away. Once we arrived home, we called the restaurant to report this behavior, and the employee who answered, possibly the same employee, posed as the manager, and upon hearing our complaint, promptly hung up on us. When we called back, another employee claiming to be the manager answered and gave us a phone number to call to report these actions. We called and left a voice message...so far we have not heard anything back. I can't believe Taco Bell would let one of their franchises exhibit these types of business practices. read more

When you can get through the drive through in a reasonable amount of time, it's what you would expect from Taco Bell. However, when you sit what seems like forever in the drive through, you end up pulling out of line and spending your money at Wendy's, across the street. In terms of other taco bells in Columbus, this one rates pretty good. The service is fast, food is consistent, and the price is cheap. If I get a hankering for taco bell, I'm glad that this one is the closest to me. The only tough part is that during a busy lunch rush, the narrow lot and drive through makes things pretty congested. read more
